A few weeks ago I visited South Point Dealership, found my dream car unfortunately it was already being purchased by someone else. I decided I would wait till they got another with the features I feel in love with. Brad reached out every week until they received the car I wanted. When they got it on the lot, they got it ready for me that same day. It was a pretty quick and easy purchase. Very pleased with this dealership, and very pleased with my new Cross Sport.

I purchased my car from Southpoint VW bout 4 years ago, the purchasing experience was great and the team really listened and worked with me to help me find exactly what I was looking for.I’ve since moved out of state but schedule my service here when I’m back in town visiting family because they are without a doubt the most honest and trustworthy VW dealership I’ve experienced in Louisiana, Texas, and Georgia. I never worry about them overcharging me or parts /service or asking me to perform a service I don’t need.Recently they didn’t even charge me the $140 diagnostic fee that some other dealerships have tried to in the past for services that are covered under warranty.It’s refreshing to find a service department you can trust and this one is the best!

Rewind two months ago when i visited Southpoint to test drive a new Taos. This was my first time car shopping and I made sure to let the salesman know I was just looking. Not trying to buy. He was helpful but not pushy at all. A few days later I was ready to start the process to buy. Told him which color and model i wanted. Everything was set and i went in to sign papers. While he was getting everything together, he gave me the keys to check out the car. I walked outside, he had pulled a black car for me. I wanted white and the white one had sold earlier that day. Upsetting, but not a huge deal. Waited for the next shipment to arrive and bought my car later that week. Fast forward three weeks, my engine light comes on. It has been in and out of the shop since then. Ive driven it for about 4 weeks total. While the issues are frustrating, i know it is not the dealerships fault, but their customer service is insanely terrible. I dont know if it is because I am just a 22 year old girl, but they treat me with no respect. My car is there for the third time and they have yet to offer anything to help. I will be making my second payment while driving a base model loaner vehicle, again. The least they could do is pay for gas. They treat me like my car issues are a huge inconvenience to them. I also usually have to call myself after several days to get an update on my vehicle. I have contacted corporate, and the manager who was in touch with me was very kind, but it did not do much help. This has been a nightmare to deal with. Truthfully, I was not supposed to be given this vehicle in the first place. It was because of their mistake. Cant say i recommend.

Friendly folks but products arent that good. 2014 Jetta SE repair 1200 dollars still has check engine light. Response 90% of the time a car is perfectly fine to drive with a check engine light. Thanks Greg great information. You didnt fix my car and youre going to make me wait two weeks for next appointment. Car to be sold. Never buy another Volkswagen.

Drove from Mobile, Alabama to purchase a vehicle took a picture of the cashier check on Friday text it to the salesman. After I arrive I realized I had forgotten the check .I offered to leave a $ 1000 deposit and send the balance electronically on Monday they refused my offer. I called back about 4 hours later to get information on how to send the money electronically the salesman informed me that the vehicle had been sold an hour ago.

The customer service and help was great. My car is a 2011 used by two other owners before me Volkswagen Jetta. There was a bad problem with the breaks where I would have to push them down to the floor for my car to stop but I brought my car here and they were able to fix the problems with my breaks and now my breaks are not loose and are very tight! Bring your car here if you have any problems with your Volkswagen.

OMG!!!! Where do I start. I didnt think I could get a new car because of my credit. But i had the best salesman, Brad Beauvis helping me. He spent somewhere around 3 hours to get me approved for a car. He could have giving up but he didnt. I drove off that day with a silver 2018 Fod Escape Titanium. The service team at the counter always seem frustrated. The fact that youre spending money over $100.00 each visit and the choice to come and spend money during a pandemic is upsetting. My first encounter was great. The third time coming the guy was not welcoming at all. Im glad hes not the mechanic for services because Id then feel hes overly aggrivated during the repair and maintenance. I booked several services. I received a call on Thursday to verify services, that person fail to say we may need to reschedule some of the services. I then arrive and the guy grumbling about the time itll take and theres not enough techs for the services I selected. Nobody mentioned that the AC service could not be performed on a Saturday over the phone, until I said one service was left off when reviewing the document at dealership.

I NEVER write reviews. This is my first review ever. The experience was so bad that I felt it necessary to warn others before making the same mistake I made...DONT BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!!Complete and utter scam! I brought my 2013 Volkswagen CC Sport in due to my check engine light coming on. Long story short, I spent about $3800 to get everything fixed. Within about two weeks, the check engine light was back on, and they wanted about another $1200 to fix it again. Don’t go to the dealership!!! They are a total rip off!!! If I could leave zero or negative stars, I would!! Look at all the rest of their negative reviews...it’s all service and technician related. They are the worst.

Just bought a Touareg TDI and love the SUV. It was older but had very low miles. As with any older vehicle there was several scuffs on the car. This dealership/salesman (Brian) has worked to help get all my issues resolved. Staff has been friendly and I feel as thought I have been treated fair. I would recommend going to this dealership and driving the car of choice before just reading online reviews of the VW product. I have had incredible reliability with their cars for the amount of driving that I do. You may find a suv with better mpg but I dont think youll find one with comparable drivability as their SUV, esp with all wheel drive features. The dive experience is like no other I have had. I understand that people have different tastes and needs, but after driving a VW for the last 5 years I believe that given the chance that any VW will last or even out perform most vehicles out there. Do your research and go to Southpoint VW, test drive and talk with their salespeople and give them a chance to make you a Volkswagen customer for life. A side note. The vehicle I bought is discontinued, but if I had the extra $$$ I would buy another now and keep in storage until I drive the wheels off of mine just so I will have another when needed.

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and the price. I was willing to spend. I was met with a handshake and honesty. Within an hour, I drove home in the exact vehicle I wanted. No smooth talking. Just 100% customer service from start to finish. The entire team, from sales to service, are phenomenal.

Brought my vehicle in for scheduled service. Allegedly they checked over everything and everything was in good working condition. A few hours later the vehicle broke down on side of the road and had to be towed. Dealership took absolutely no responsibility for what was either damage they caused or something they were supposed to check (and charged for an inspection and overall check of the vehicle) and failed to do so.
