When a couple of issues were pointed out, he offered to fix them if I purchased the vehicle, and he followed through! The car itself, a Lexus, is beautiful and by far the nicest car Ive ever owned, and no other used car lot could compare in quality and pricing. I would not recommend buying a car from this place. Rick sold my family a car with a major problem, that know reputable dealer should sell. Told me they inspected the car. But with the kind of problem the car has there is know way they would have missed it. So either way he lied. He told me to bring it in and has been giving me the run around ever since.

I purchased a vehicle on 09-28-2020. I have to admit that I was a bit nervous. But when we arrived, Rick was very nice and professional. The customer service was excellent. I definitely would recommend a friend.

Just purchased a vehicle a few hours ago from this dealership. We purchased the vehicle under the impression the car away a ONE owner car. All of his ads stated and he stated this. (Not that they have to disclose this but shows his untruthful ways) We checked a few areas of the vehicle that we suspected damage and thought they were Okay and manageable. We know the vehicle needed tires and the air shocks were removed. However we did NOT know that the vehicle had rust holes under to the point you could see the carpet once the vehicle was lifted to see under. We did NOT know that the lights were blacked out on the dash to conceal any and all warning lights. When we removed our seat belts the seat belt light does not shine hints the first clue. We called within 1-2 hours of purchasing the vehicle asking if we could return the vehicle as we have seen all of these major defects upon arriving home. He stated no and that he had already spent the money. I asked him many times to be just that this world has enough bad in it. This is our ONLY vehicle our family has and its very disappointing and disheartening to see someone not stand behind something they sell. He stated that the vehicle is perfectly fine (Seems to me if he felt it was so fine hed have no problem putting it back on his lot) I have filed a complaint with the LOUISIANA MOTOR VEHICLE COMMISSION. He did not provide us with a buyers guide which states a major defect is rust holes in the body of the vehicle.

Mr. Barnes at Auto Connect lied to my entire family on a number of things about the vehicle we purchased. I trusted this man based off his nice personality, but it was all a front. He is a very horrible person who takes advantage of people. He admitted after we purchased the vehicle that there was a mechanical issue.. even after I asked him several times prior. He assured me there was no issue whatsoever. He is not a trustworthy person and he refuses to answer any of our messages now. After we paid full asking price too. And he is a self proclaimed preacher? He has no conscience whatsoever. Please message me for further details if needed. I highly suggest avoiding this HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE excuse for a person.

This guy is textbook used car salesman. Fake friendly and once he makes the sale he immediately turns rude and his true colors show. His cars are not the like-new condition he advertises. Most, if not all, seem to have some sort of issue he is unwilling to point out. Highly recommend you avoid this place, because it is not worth the headache. I promise you, he is not worth it. Horrible businessman. I recommend looking for a used vehicle on facebook marketplace from a private individual over this person who is highly dishonest about the vehicles he sells. Very very shady man.

It took almost 2 weeks to get my tile.he didnt tell me that he didnt have tile until I paid him and sign papers . then the car was 2 quarts low of oil and needed to be change and needed brake pads.
