Located on Baltimores Harbor East, this Headquarters store is an standout! They have the most tempting window display along the promenade and the customer service experience inside outdoes this display. Be prepared to become overwhelmed by the selection and quality of the sporting goods on display. A must see and you will likely leave with more than you expect and pay much less than you expect as well.

The staff are friendly overall, and they did asked me if I need any help.

I had gone in and gotten a homeless guy a set of socks, the staff were so helpful in guiding me right where I needed to go.

Really cool store! Staff was great and the print your own shoes was flawed but cool. I like my pair and hope they hold up for the ink.

My experience at this location was horrible condescending, fraudulent offensive and discriminatory. I made an online purchase Monday August 9, 2021. I went into The store Wednesday, August 11, 2021 to return or exchange my merchandise. I was first asked who made the purchases Even though I presented a receipt. The female sale representative looked at two merchandise throughout the store. & then proceeded to tell me there’s nothing in my size. Therefore I was forced to find my own merchandise. After my transaction was completed. I noticed the price of my merchandise were increased. The sales representative and the store manager both conspired to charge me extra on an even exchange. When I brought the transaction to the manager attention he wasn’t apologetic. Contrary to that, the Manager gave me a furious look while refunding me for the additional charges. When I asked for the manager name, no one was forthcoming with the information. I guess this location is for the bourgeoisie, or maybe this is a common practice used on customers.This doesn’t look good for under armor, especially during a racial climate.

This is kind of a boutique-sized version of an Under Armour store. The only reason I go here is to find Baltimore branded stuff thats only available at this store. Otherwise everything is regular price which is pretty expensive.I find the sizing kind of strange--sometimes an XS is too small and sometimes its too large... Its never quite perfect for me, but I like to support them bc they are a Maryland based brand.

Fell in love with these tennis when my son and I visited the Under Armour. So my son brought them from me.

Staff was great, helped me right away.

I pulled up at 6:53 and the door was locked even though closing time is 7:00. An employee came to the door and asked what I needed and when I told him I only needed 1 item he rushed me. Then when I was trying to pick out 1 pair of youth shorts that my child needs for an event 3 employees bombarded me to speed me up because they wanted me out of the store. I was at the rack and they said what are you looking for and I told her the shorts in my hand. I made my selection and was in and out of the store in about 4 minutes but they definitely made me feel that I was not at all welcomed in the store.

I liked the Maryland based shirts from the brand that you usually can’t get from national stores. It’s mainly shoes though that takes up the whole center of the store, or work out clothes. Not much variety. It’s very small compared to other national chain UA stores.

This store is pristine. Perfection. Visually engaging and really impressive. DEFINITELY my new favorite place to shop!

I had not been in this part of DOWNTOWN in a long time. I was very impressed with the newly renovated area. Under Amour is part of the new Baltimore. The store is very pretty in its design and all the staff is young people.

They were so nice and helped me find a replacement pair of running shoes! When they didn’t have my size in women’s sizing, they let me know that the men’s sizing was the same shoes and I’ve been wearing these shoes for a few months and I love them. The customer service is great and the shoes are awesome

This place is awesome. I was vascilating between a couple different pairs of sneakers and the gentleman who was helping me was incredibly helpful and patient.Clean, bright, attentive staff. Really enjoyed the experience.

Beautiful location. Selection of Under Armour clothing is a little limited and season dependent, but the store is very well designed and stylish. Unfortunately, not great discounts similar to an outlet store. Also cool selection of Maryland and Baltimore specific Under Armour t-shirts and other items that Ive never seen before.

Always a good experience there. Not too many options in larger sizes no sport related shoes (football or baseball cleats). The city specific shirts are a plus if you love to rep your city

Would be 5 stars, but they only have a limited selection, and it might be worth a long drive to go. Great pricing on everything they do have. Also, a very friendly staff. Do not go there if you are looking for a specific item. Its not a general Under Armour store. Its like an outlet and they wont have everything under armour makes

I was really excited to visit this particular store being that I am a personal trainer,competitive bodybuilding competitor and really ONLY wear Under Armour from socks to hats! I literally drove from Va. Beach, Va. to Baltimore, Md. to visit. I found a pair of sneakers that I really wanted only to be told that they only had one pair in my size but could only find one of the sneakers! Okay, so then I begin to look around for some clothing. I instantly saw a shirt that I liked because of the huge manikin that it was on. Not seeing the particular shirt on the table that the manikin was on, I asked an associate where I could find them. He responded with, Were out of them but you can find them online. I was irritated on a few different levels but what put it over the top for me was the matter-of-fact attitude in which it was said along with him immediately trying to sell me on how great the other shirts on the next table were. Ultimately, I simply bought another shirt simply because Id come such a long way. Sorry but I expected much better and was extremely disappointed!

Edit- Went today and had a much better experience. Better selection than the last time I came here. Better fitting front clasp bra, much much better design but wish they had more options. Will probably come back.Not the greatest selection... bunch of people working but not a single one asking if I needed help. Finally found the only bra that was front zip up and had a hell of a time trying to figure out if I could walk back with my merchandise or if I had to have a sales associate escort me back there.... asking doesnt seem to help cause they just point in the general direction. Do they even English? Who knows. Wouldnt call it the best quality sports bra Ive ever worn. Two ladies at the counter couldnt figure out if card or cash would be easier.. thus my luck would have it that there wasnt enough change in the drawer.. great. 5 minutes of waiting just for her to recount what was in the drawer and hand me my change. All in all probably wont ever step foot in another underarmor store again.

No wonder under armor might go into bankruptcy. My son bought his dad two shirts. Returned them with all tags on and a receipt. I explained to the cashier that I wasn’t from ocean city . Had to take a really reduced price because it was after the date. Poor customer service. Your clothes are cheaply made. No one wants to work in your corporate office and you have terrible customer service.

Very cool place to see exclusive UA items. I think a lot of these they only sell here and in other outlets- not online or in the big UA store. Definitely worth looking at, although extremely expensive.

Rude, Rude, Rude..............I went to the store on President Street on 10/3/16 to purchase a gift for Christmas and when I walked in the store the two girls working up front looked right at me and turned back to continue their conversation, never saying a word to me. They acknowledged the people who came in after me so I am not sure what the issue was. Where is the great customer service I keep reading about? Not one employee in the store spoke to me as I wandered aimlessly looking for a $60 shirt. I never did find it or get any help. I ordered it online and frankly I dont plan to give Under Armour any more of my money. If I could give the store no stars I would for poor performance.

Dont bother wasting your time heading to the local store. Not the first time we have visited this store with college students on a break and they only have size L in the shirts the boys want to take back to school. How can you show off your MD pride when you cant get your size. Local shirts cant be ordered. Arrogant sales staff. Not worth the trip downtown or parking.Nike online order is the way to go!

Better have some money saved. All new release items it seems with zero sales. Definetly higher end clothing and a lot of new release gear though.

The staff is always attentive and friendly. The brand house always releases exclusive gear that you wont find anywhere else. I cant leave this place without buying something. I think I have a problem.

Ive been to much larger UA stores with better selections.

First time visiting the Baltimore store and I must say I was truly impressed. The store had a wide variety of clothes and shoes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Dressing rooms are cutting edge with a leather seating area, huge mirrors and carpeting flooring with extra padding (my tired tootsies felt relieved) - nice touch UA. Also the dressing rooms are MASSIVE! I could have taken a nap with 2-3 people in there. Originally, I was going to exchange a pair of shoes, but walked out with $500 worth of merchandise. I will definitely be back for more! Thanks for the great experience UA of Bmore!P.S. Get there before they open to watch the mechanical gate rise (see pics); what a show!

Low on merchandise, dont waste your time

I usually shop online, or at the outlets. Went in to try this one...Im a 62, 260 lb. bodybuilder. Built like one of the store mannequins. Lol... Decked out in my brand new, perfectly fitting, head-to toe teal Cam Newton short set (with his teal speedform phenom elite shoes, which u guys dont even sell! Not online, in store. Got them online at footlocker...isnt Cam the reigning NFL mvp? Anyway..) Went in was greeted by the guard at the door. Walked around the store THREE TIMES. No one even lifted a finger to help. No hello. How can I help? I clearly looked lost.I was so disgusted, I left without a purchase. After thanking the guard for being the only one showing hospitality...never again.

Expensive store with awesome gear to wick sweat away from your body. No other store like it. They even have a station to charge your phone while you shop.

Selection is meh. I find more at Dicks than I do at an actual UA store, which is pretty bad, but I did find a good hoodie that I didnt find anywhere else so theres always a chance. Its more of a show-off store, to display the newer or pop-culture items plus shoes.
