Fast and easy process low down payments as well

Worst mistake of my life! They took 500 dollars out of my account for no reason and then dont even attempt to compensate the 250 dollars of overdraft fees it caused in my account. I have never dealt with a business that will not fix a mistake that was THEIR fault. They made no attempt to make it right. I will be getting out of this contract as soon as I am financially able. Just save yourself the trouble and dont go here.

I was told by a young lady out front to turn around and leave because they were a rip off, but Deno ran outside as I was walking away to stop me from leaving. He saw the young lady talking to me and knew she was letting me know THE TRUTH and ran outside to stop me. I made a HUGE MISTAKE by deciding to go back in with him. I was tricked into signing the contract thinking the 2008 jeep was 10,999 only to find out after everything it was 17,999. They didnt service nor detail the vehicle and told me to drive it home and return the next day to have it serviced and detailed. . I asked for a refund because the vehicle was way too high and I wanted my 1,800 back they told me they couldnt refund me and it hadnt been 24 hours yet.

Don’t go here if you’ve had some dings on your credit! Their website is a joke saying no hassle! They will look at your bank account and ask for every dime you have in there for a down payment for a vehicle over 10 years old with no Bluetooth. I rather try my luck somewhere else! If you want a hassle then go here if you’re looking for a smooth process keep looking. Someone will give you a deal just keep looking.

Then he basically told me I didn’t have enough money for my down payment then gave n the option to give bank info OR pay Stubbs I gave pay Stubbs they insisted I show bank statements so I showed them my account that my paycheck is deposited to n that wasn’t enoughDONT GO THERE ITS A SCAMTHEY LIE TOO TOLD ME I COULD ONLY HAVE 1 car loan but if I put down $2000 I could get a carWhich is it I can have more than one car loan or notThey should get shut down

They claim their cars a good to be purchased. Every car purchase from them from iaai are all trash. .Business owners, individuals and other customers be Aware, be Aware. These guys are bad. .

While we were there he found the perfect truck for us and got on the line with finance department making sure we got everything we wanted. We payed 600 down and our payment were under 400 a month if you need an amazing car sports and imports is the way to go. They work with your finances to get you a car that you can afford without breaking the bank. If you want a good deal come to sports and imports.

I have requested my car title or a lean release for over 2 months. Every time I ask for it they said theyll let the title clerk know. Ive started asking to talk directly with the title clerk and shes conveniently on vacation.

William was quite personable and professional. Got everything squared away despite a few hiccups along the way....However, on day 2, not 24 hours into signing the paperwork I get into the car, go to adjust rear view mirror, and am left with a mirror hanging by the cord plugged into the back. Call them as soon as I get to my destination and am told my account manager was not in and she would be calling me the following day. Today, hour 36-40 I get the call back... And despite the fact that the amount of force used to adjust a mirror is in no way near the amount required to break it free from the window, much less leave a 3/4 of the way through divot... That since I touched it that it was my responsibility to file an insurance claim... This is less than a full 2 days into purchase. Of course I requested to speak with someone higher up than my account manager to see what options were available and I was told by the receptionist that there is nobody higher up she could let me talk to. So I pressed harder, met the same resistance, then the lady laughed at me! Im not in customer service so I am unsure if this is the new normal, but Im pretty sure that is not the case. I have attached the photo for the rest of those who read this to decide, but I would steer clear of at all possible... That is unless you dont intend to adjust anything in the car should you decide to go with the company in question.

Hands-down the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had in 25 years. I set an appointment to come in see your salesman about one of three vehicles I was told to be there before 6 o’clock which I was. Needing a vehicle I went ahead and Uber $150 to get to the dealership and then get back home. After making several arrangements to get the cash and get the Uber ride arrive at the dealership told that none of the vehicles are available they’ve all been sold previous to my phone call to check on them, And there are no vehicles that are like those vehicles for me to look at and choose from. So I was wasted my entire memorial day to make this happen and not once was I told none of the vehicles are available even though I made sure before I left after explaining everything I had to do to make it happen still told to come on in. That is the absolute worst method of selling anything and I am a professional salesman of 25 years and you do not treat people that way it’s absolutely horrible.
