I have nothing bad to say about Jimmy jazz.

Store was nice and clean staff was courteous as usual and social distance was exercise all the apparel shoes and accessories Ware easy accessible, on a scale of 1 to 10,10 being the highest I give this story a 9 plus.

I recently given this location a great review, but not after today. The store was a little crowded, and I definitely understand that I had to wait, no problem with that. But the problem that I had, was that people who came in after me, got waited on and serviced. When someone FINALLY asked me, if I need help, I proceeded to give her the shoe along with the size that I needed. She never went to the back to get the shoe. She proceeded to wait on other people and get what they needed. I will not be going to this location every again. The whole staff was rude and nasty.

If I am able to give zero stars I would! It’s a disgrace in customer service especially the manager. He is angry and extremely aggressive towards customers. I walked in and wanted to purchase 2 pairs of 2 shoes which were on sale (not release date shoes) so 4 pairs of shoes total. He comes to the register and says “you can only buy 1 of each shoe! And he adds I am tired of Y’all keep coming up in here!” So what does he mean by Y’all??? Is it because I’m not African American? Is it because I am a customer? Which one? The girl at the register starts to apologize for his behavior, but he is the store manager. Then he goes and says to me directly “you got a problem? You wanna say something??” And starts making a mean face as if we were in a altercation. I am here to buy shoes, I didn’t attempt to steal or disrespect anyone. I actually felt as if he was going to assault me and kick me out of the store for being a customer. I have never been treated this way before and this is a disgrace. I have never met a employee let alone a manager so angry and aggressive towards customers. This is a store in the mall, not a liquor store in the streets of Baltimore. I’m sorry Jimmy Jazz but you have to correct this behavior. The store is definitely ran on fear and intimidation and is beyond unacceptable.

Jimmy Jazz. FRAUD ALERT!!! THEY WILL NOT ASK FOR ID. THEY ALLOW BANK AND CHARGE CARD TRANSACTIONS WITHOUT ASKING FOR ID. One of their customers used my bank card to purchase over $400 of items yesterday!!

Nice variety but customer service isnt too good. The salespeople stand around and talk to each other you have to walk to them to get assistance.

Great selection of options to choose from! The only thing bugging me is that your employees are holding pairs for themselves and friends. But overall great shop! Hope you guys do well! Will be back to try to grab something avaliable again!
