First time coming here and absolutely LOVED it! My kids picked out there own bear, had it stuffed, put a heart inside and said a little quote with the employee and then she sewed it closed. There is a wall of clothes and accessories and even scents to customize the bear with. They also get to name their bear at the end and get a certificate and house for the bear.

There was this one girl employee who wouldn’t let us come in because I didn’t have an adult. I have came here many times before with this never happening, even my sisters go on their own sometimes. I’m 15 and brought my sisters to buy a bear had to wait in line only got get told to get an adult, overall most of the staff is great. Still giving a 5 star since this has only happened once. Happened on 12/13/20

My 2yr old was turned away for Build-A-Bear event, which was hard after waiting several hours. Staff didnt know what to do. Mall security was as confused too. Both saying there is a line, then there is no line. Being told you could create a line. When everything was finally figured, we went from being in front of the line to the end. By the time we go to the front, sorry we are closing at 8pm and if we made it by then, we were good but didnt happen. Whole day wasted.
