Customer service and delivery outstanding!!! Im renting a washer/dryer and recently purchased a sofa sectional from Phil the manager. I work nearby at DDs Discounts and several of my regular customers share my very positive experience with Phil; he always keeps his word and gives you the best deal on purchases and rentals!!! His delivery guy is totally professional; he delivers on time and moved my washer and dryer from the truck, out of the boxes and into my apartment laundry room with complete installation in just 35 minutes!!! I highly recommend Phil the manager as honest and professional, thanks Rent A Center!!!

Worst customer service Ive ever encountered. I have ordered several pieces from this store and in the short time patronizing this location, have had the misfortune of sub par service and even damaged product! They gave me damaged products, and when they came to replace them, they took the damaged products and left the new ones in the box with the excuse its against company policy to go into a home. Did I mention THEY CAME INTO MY HOUSE TO GET THE DAMAGED ONE THEY SOLD ME!! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The store has HORRIBLE customer service. They will harass you on the day your payment is due. They have had so many managers come and go. This is my first AND LAST time purchasing from ANY Rent A Center!! ALL of these stores should be SHUT DOWN!! There collection efforts and phone calls are violating every COLLECTION guideline there is. The newest manager at this store Deborah calls me twice sometimes three time a day the day my payment is due. She even sent me a text message which is TOTAL HARASSMENT!! If I could have given this entity a zero I would have. I am SERIOUSLY thinking about taking this legal. consumers DO NOT rent from this place.

I have experience worse kind help with this place.. I was inform that they like cut deals with Hispanic families when they late on payments. Mr. Larry like sending threatening messages over phone. I had to call headquarters on him. They should check some records and see where they let their kind people slide through cracks but help with single black mom that has to work jobs. I really feel that this store is racist when it come helping black families with payments. One black man moving stuff out while he( Larry) was on phone. I hope this reach out others that don’t rent out nothing from this place!

This store is the biggest joke ever. Not only have i bought many of items and thousands of dollars worth stuff from them over the years. When i moved they didntwant to transfer my account as i only had one item but when i got behind a few days they harass u. Worst place to get stuff from. Make sure to trya diffrent store. Hope this one closes
