This store deserves zero stars and gives T-mobile a bad name. After coming in to see if anything can be done for my bad cellphone coverage, a representative suggested changing my sim card which I did, once I left the store I realized my service was not working at all. Went back and spent 3 hours of my time at that store for NOTHING the store manager did NOT care about getting my cellphone service to work, kept blaming it on my phone when it was clearly a sim card issue as it was not working on other phones either. Made me software update my phone and suggested doing a hard reset! I left the store with NO service and NO accommodation and NO alternative or short term solution from the manager, staff or customer service. Long story short, they lost a loyal family of 6 that are now happily AT&T customers. I am expecting a followup from T-Mobile about the terrible customer service I received, the store manager Justin Browning should be FIRED

Seriously, dont bother with this location. First time I went in to get my new phone, the helper person couldnt figure out how to run my debit card, I was told to call my bank as it was a bank issue, my bank told me t-mo didnt even TRY to run my card that day. I went back in the next day got a super sassy manager who told me that they didnt even have the phone I wanted in stock because she knew the store inventory and I didnt but shed check anyway, lo and behold she found it in the back. I went back in today to get my screen protector replaced in warranty, got the same helper person I got the first time who couldnt figure things out (like how to check my lines and run my debit card), and guess what... 20 MINUTES LATER AND CHECKING MY DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH SHE DIDNT NEED TO DO, she had to ask for help just to figure out she pulled up the wrong line on the account. THEN she wandered a bit aimlessly around just to tell me that they didnt have the screen protector even in stock because its a popular phone and the guy that came over to help told me what I already knew which is that I have a phone warranty but that I should just got to another location and maybe theyll have what Im looking for. I repeat, DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER. Go to the one on Whitestone, they know what theyre doing.Update: To the T-Mobile person who reached out to me, I already called corporate customer care and stated exactly what I did here. Ill be going to the Whitestone location from now on regardless of any commentary. You had 3 chances at this location in less than a month and all of them have been strikes, my business at this location is concluded.

Went into this store to upgrade my phone the other day and Shannon was very helpful in getting everything set-up. She made sure that when I left the store I knew everything I needed to know about my new device, and was great to work with every step of the way. I would highly recommend this store as they made the process painless for me.

Went in to the store after being pushed on buying Unnecessary product that I don’t even needed. They don’t even know what they talking about for sure especially the manager she is very rude and very low patient towards customers I went in there wanting to exchange something called sprint drive.And just told me that I couldn’t do anything about it and if I didn’t get out the store she was gonna call the cops on me which she did and 20 minutes later I got on the phone with Sprint customer service and they got all that figured out for me and I they fixed everything all my problems manager said she couldn’t and I just very very bad customer service.I went to AT&T and Verizon down the road and it was completely different day then push me to buying anything they treating me like your family and they are 100% better to go too. Wish I knew her name. Older looking lady she has a lot of wrinkles and she tricked me into saying that my When Bill was going to be below $100 after the first one too Two months. In music and played opposite my phone but I just kept going up and she denied his claim and got me banned from the sprint store even though I’m a valued customer and been with sprint for over three years. I switched to AT&T (HIGHLY RECKMMEMD) anything better than dealing with this type of a toxic person.

Not happy.Went to switch service to my old phone since Squaretrade sent me a Verizon phone for my replacement - one of the many wonderful things about their 3rd party insurance. The kids running this place were not professional in the least. Another girl threw her keys at the guy helping me and in hit my replacement phone with them. This was before finding out it was a Verizon phone. Upon inserting my SIM and realizing that, he kinda chuckled and said, I can actually understand them doing that, technologically speaking. Not what I wanted to hear. Then when I asked if he can change something really simple about my plan, he said, Well, that can be done online, so. . . . .SO?. . . . .WHAT?! Im here right now! Do you know how to do your job, dude? I would not recommend this store OR Sprint to anyone.Go with literally anyone else.

I CANT NOT EXPLAIN THE AMOUNT OF JOY I HAVE WITH THE EXPERIENCE I HAD HERE! First Christian C.was just awesome. He helped me save over $100 on bundle with my chargers, screen protected, and case. I honestly thought I was going to have an issue, but he walked me through what I needed to get done. No judgement. I was able to meet the store manager as well, and Andres was great me with attitude. Very Hubble man. Last but not least. Daniel, he help place my screen protect on. Did such an awesome job! Over all just the best experience Ive ever received, definitely going back and Highly recommend

Super great staff, Ayunne (cool as heck name) & Channan Wade the store manager both helped me out a ton getting swtiched over and setup with a new phone. Now i actually read agreements and terms and ask alot of questions and they were knowledgeable and helpful. They were both super polite and friendly, and with the help of both of their advice i was able to leave the store confident in my choice and happy as hell that I went to this location & continued with sprint!

They closed and locked doors literally 6 minutes before they were supposed to, I was in need of 2 new phones and lines badly, very poor customer service, literally locked the doors when we were only 4-5 ft away from opening them. Disappointed now going to At&t

Worst store in the history of any cellophane stores . Do your selves a favors and run the other way from this store their employees lied to my whole family about their promotions and their services being good .. supper slow internet drops calls and bad customer support.. the guys name was Donavan . So far 15 hours on total hold time dealing which sprint customer service and the bill was wrong 3 time over charged.. never switch to sprint.

I wanted to switch to Sprint, I really did, but they just make it too hard to make the move and this store was a big part of the problem. I went there Thursday evening to switch 4 lines over and take advantage of the online specials. They were down to one working computer when I walked in (really?), but since there were only 2 in front of me, I decided to wait. Almost an hour later (not a good sign), my name finally came up. They simply need to verify my id, so I could complete my online purchase. It should have taken 5 minutes or less, but midway through the process, they lost the connection with their credit department...twice (strike 2 Sprint), then in order to complete it, they needed to provide their credit department with their unique store credit PIN, which they did not know. Calls went out to the store manager, assistant manager, even the district manager and they were all dumbfounded by the request (from Sprint credit), and no one knew the number. An hour and a half later, there was still no solution, and although I was told my stellar credit allowed us to get 4 lines without conditions (something that seemed to impress the team), I was told that they couldnt help, and Id need to return later in the week, assuming they could track down this mysterious number. I tried calling when I went back home, but they said I had to go the store (try another store they suggested, strike three...Im out). For what its worth, the staff at the store was very nice (hence the 2nd star), just ineffectual.

Not trust worthy at all. My bill for all four lines was supposed to be $ 160 taxes included but when I got my first bill it was $600 and they can’t explain why it’s high but they agree it’s wrong but yet to fix it. Sprint is really horrible.Stay away

I recently had trouble upgrading my phone because there was a fraudulent claim on my account. I had trouble for days trying to resolve this issue with Sprint Customer Service and Assurion and had given up - only to find out that the Store Manager and his team had resolved the issue for me and called me at home to tell me the issue was resolved! They went above and beyond to help me. Their customer service is excellent and I recommend them wholeheartedly!! Great job!!!

Went in to upgrade and change my plan, turns out the only thing I actually got from them that I wanted was the type of phone. The plan was wrong and Sprint customer service refused to help. I went back to the store and the only reason I am giving them a 3 is because JOHNNY was super helpful in changing my plan to what I actually wanted and was way more professional than the other gentleman there.

I had very bad service experience. The rep was not knowledgeable, had attitude issues, assured me a deal. He was struggling with his system while setting up account. Month later I realized that the cost numbers promised were false. It was a shock. Then the toll free service couldnt answer my questions. I wouldnt trust this store guys.

Switch and Bait. I brought all my business lines from AT&T to sprint and I was promised credits for porting the numbers. Obviously it was all a scam and fraud. They refused to give me the credit they promised me even though I have it in writing including text massages. If you don’t do what you promised I’ll definitely take my business to Verizon.DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Sent there after 2 hrs on phone with customer service. They said to return phone to coporate owned store, no charge during free return period. Two employes gannged up on me and wanted $45 restock fee. I Called customer service...again. They said again, should be no charge. They will send shipping label for mail return. Someone straighten out these non-service guys.
