Purchased a used phone from someone 9 months ago. My phone one morning became locked with rent-a-center logo stating my device has been locked due to contract expired and to call the number provided. I call the store and first guy, I assume he was manager, tells me it might be a glitch but needs customers info, which I dont have! I called back like 4 times during the store hours because I called another location and they gave out more solutions to get this resolved but only so much could they do since phones information wasn’t in their stores system they directed me to this location. Almost 10 months with my phone and it gets locked, I just wanted to find a solution maybe pay it off if that was the case but useless customer service. No help was provided.

Louis steven and alex are the most disrespectful workers raising their voices are customers and refusing to take a payment because its late. Unacceptable.

I was not greeted when I entered store. I had to ask one of the associates for help/ assistance. As he assisted me he was still in his area fixing whatever he was working on.

If I would have know I would have avoided that location. I new when my items where delivered and NOT right I should have just sent it back with the way he was already being RUDE & UGLY on the phone. Airport is another location they have I would recommend you to go there or any other location

Very rude manager. Calls early in the morning. Been in the hospital and he didnt want to hear excuses. Cussing over phone. So unprofessional. They start calling the same day its due. He sais before hanging up oh good you almost have it paid for so I will just close your account. Also lied about my stepdad cussing at him for calling so early, stepdad has never cussed in his life. He although did tell him he didnt need to call so early...no cussing.

Worst company you could ever deal with. Scheduled an appointment with them to pick up my furniture. They are late and when I called, they said they need to reschedule??? Um no? I am literally moving lol? They kept transferring me, getting attitudes then “Alex” gets on the line and mumbles something, puts me on hold, tells me I’m interrupting him after he asked “How can I help you?” Don’t rent here.

This store is the best all the employer are helpful. Luis is alwYs a good help just want to thank rent a center for doing a great job ill will be bacc to get more

Saw the store manager getting chased around the counter by and angry old man as they continued to curse at each other. Thought it was hilarious that all the employees where just recording the whole event instead of stepping in to fix the situation

Very unprofessional And very unorganized, could never keep up with my payment dates. Theyd Call diff times of the month saying payment is due when it isnt.

They were friendly. I almost had a new phone but I needed a local address. I took the money and bought clothes and food instead.

Luis S, who is the store manager by the way is unprofessional and rude he had the nerve to tell me when I get some sense to call back and hung up on me that coming from the store manager !!! I would NEVER EVER recomend anyone to this location and or take out anything from them again!!!!!
