The customer service is terrible. There rude and not always helpful. They lied to me like 3 times that the new pc parts I bought were compatible with my Dell G5 Desktop.
Awful. Best Buy contracts with Pacific to handle in store appliance sales. Delivery is handled through yet another third party. If theres a problem with the appliance, Best Buy defaults to Pacific. If theres a problem with delivery (and there **always** is), Pacific defaults to the (unreachable) delivery service. The only option for lack of satisfaction is cancelation of an order. None of the separate parties care about the performance of the other. Since there are no sales commissions, salespersons do not care about your satisfaction: you may as well cancel if youre unhappy--so what? is the attitude. Your salesperson is not your advocate. A missed delivery (even on the fault of the delivery service) sends you back to the end of the delivery line, and just try to reach someone by phone. (Seriously: try it now!)Truly, only masochists need shop here. This is, bar none, the best case for buy local that I have ever encountered. Caveat emptor: use at your own risk, and dont say you werent warned!
