Josh was really professional with me and helped me really understand the plans and what I was getting. The phone I got was perfect for all my needs. He really listened to what I needed the phone for and matched me with the perfect phone. Not to mention he set the phone up and got all my CONTACTS back he is really smart and I highly recommend him and this store. If you have any problems ask for josh! π

This would be a zero star! Worst customer service ever. I came in there to purchase a new LG Stylo 6 that another store referred me to. I drove all the way across town to purchase this phone to be refused. She told me I couldnt out right by my phone shes trying to say that I needed a new SIM card and I needed to activate it or I had to purchase a new line of service. After I went home I called the store back to get the managers name they refused to give me their names and proceeded to hang up on me like I was nothing. they are the rudest most disrespectful two individuals I have encountered dealing with MetroPCS and this is the first time I have had a bad experience with MetroPCS in 2 years. I do not recommend the store to anybody take the extra time to drive down the street and go to the next one.These people are out of control. $300 I was going to pay and they refused my sale. A few weeks ago, I went in to make an insurance claim for a broken phone. The girl behind the counter kept asking me to repeat what I was saying. She probably wouldve been better able to hear me if shed turned down her music playing next to her computer. When I suggested she do just that, she seemed put out, as though my business were an imposition.Yesterday, I went in to pay my bill, and was told I owed $109.00 because I carry insurance on my phone. I said there was no way I owed that much money, my bill is $51.00 a month. I had to convince her to re enter my information and she discovered shed put in the wrong phone number. I wound up paying $58.00 because theres a three dollar fee for paying in cash, and a $4.00 fee for Caller ID. I asked her to remove Caller ID because I know who calls me, and she said it was too late, Id already paid the bill. Small things, yes, but still not the kind of service I want to pay for. If you cant be competent, at least be pleasant.
Appalling service and unacceptably rude and abusive. I am in the process of returning a phone and disputing a charge.Tomorrow I will find out the name of the regional or district manager and file a claim with the Texas Secretary of State office. They sold me a phone I cannot use, when they should have replaced. I got the MetroPCS customer service to honor the warranty, and I am in the process of disputing the charge with this store. They are abusive, dishonest and disrespectful. Do not shop here they will attempt to rip you off and call you names stay away.

Terrible went to 5 store this day and still did not get my sons line transferred from at&t. I got a new excuse Everytime . And these incompetent people kept sending me to another location ... If I could afford at&t I would switch back In a second.
Given one star just so I can write a review.... Anyhow. I went in to get my four kids new phones with cases and pay my next montmo bill. The total with the bill and phones and cases was $588 and some change. I handed the lady my Debit card... In return she stated that they could only debit $200 per day per card.. really ???? Asked if I had another card to use... I stated no... This is my only debit card. I asked if she could do two separate transactions... The answer was no.... That is the weirdest thing I ever heard of !!!! You lost a almost $600 sale because of a limit on the card your store made up... Wow !!!! Not only that she was rude... Didnt offer anything to help with the sale.... Im appalled ! Wondering if I should switch services... Ive been with metro pcs about 6 years, and granted Ive had some problem but this by far is the worse... !!!
