I purchased a Range Rover in Denver and moved to Austin. I tried the Land Rover dealer in the city and they sucked. They never got back on requests for service on 3 separate occasions. Sewell did a great job. I had a roof rack installed and they were on time and under quote. The facility is spotless, clean and safe. This is the best dealer in Austin hands down

JuSten Green answered and immediately was able to locate a vehicle that was on order to arrive in a few months. He set up a time to meet with me to show me one similar to what was coming in. I loved the vehicle so I put down my deposit to reserve. Justen kept me updated every step along the way without me having to reach out. He let me know when it was done being built, ready to ship, on the ship and as soon as it was put on a truck. He helped me with the financing process and answered all my questions. Signing was so easy and easy to understand. It was great not having to talk to a separate person in the “finance department.” Justen helped with everything. Impeccable is not really an everyday word. But that is the type of service you receive at Sewell Jaguar Land Rover Austin. With using RR Sports as company vehicles, one of them is always up for maintenance. I have never seen a team so ambitious on helping customers. Every person I see them talking to gets treated as if they owned the place. I have had the pleasure of working with Kris, Matt, Tony, & Natalia. I would highly recommend this whole team. Anytime I had any issues on the car one of the Managers (Kris/Matt) would step in and let me know that not just my vehicle but I would also be receiving the highest quality of service possible. The way they handle situations, and the quality of service is the reason I continue my business at Sewell!

No returned calls when promised, non responsive, and left me without updates or a vehicle for 3 days and counting. Very dissappointed. This is a disgrace to the Sewell name. You all should be embarrassed that Hendrick BMW/Audi provide better service than you all because they are not good at best.
I purchased my Jaguar 3 months ago at another dealership in which they never really explained much to me about the features of my vehicle as well as my warranty. Today I took my car to Sewell in Austin to get a line replaced that was leaking and all I know is I was extremely satisfied and highly impressed by the customer service. It was such a pleasant experience! Matthew Humphrey the Service Director was very informative and answered every question we had. After being shunned at the downtown Austin Land Rover when attempting to have a check engine light addressed, I drove up to Sewell to see if they would be willing/could help. I didn’t have an appointment. It didn’t matter. They greeted me with the same kindness as always and ran diagnostics on my LR2. The problem was identified and repaired in 2 hours time. This is the Land Rover community you deserve and should want to be a part of ❤️!
I cant say enough good things about this dealership and my experience here. From the moment I walked in, back in April, I was given expert customer service from sales professional, Kennedy Okello, who walked me through the order process for a 2022 Defender, helping me make several changes along the way. Then, by Harrison Engelby, who helped me take delivery and close the deal, with little hassle, in under 2 hours a few months later. I live in south Austin, but the drive up north is well worth it. In the future, it will be hard to do business at any other Austin dealership. Well done, everyone — it’s been an absolute pleasure!!

I had an amazing experience with this dealership and Parker Brown, the gentlemen who helped my wife and me. I had been driving a Subaru Outback for the last eight years and had been wanting to move into a Jaguar for quite a while. So, I did a lot of research wanted to try and find an XF initially. There were none available in the area, but there was an XE. Its similar to the XFs and there was a certified pre-owned one at this dealership. I called up and asked if I could come by for a test drive. I had prompt responses for both people I talked to. I went down to try it out. Research aside, I still had questions and they answered them all, sometimes twice. It was a lot of information, so sometimes I didnt retain it. I went for a test drive, and it was a great experience, but it wasnt quite right for me. Ive been driving trucks and SUVs for 15 years. There was nothing wrong with the car, it was just an adjustment. We went inside to talk and I saw a 2019 E Pace in their showroom. We talked about it briefly, discussed the features, it had a lot of what I was looking for. We sat in it, talked about price, and ended up going on another test drive. This car drove like a dream, and it felt similar, albeit better than what I was used to. I sensed no annoyance from Parker at all throughout the experience and we continued to talk about the car during the trip. It felt like the right car. I asked for some time to talk to my wife in private. They had a very comfortable sitting area, and apart from the occasional eye contact to see if my wife and I were still talking, we were never hurried through the decision or hassled. We got a fair deal on our trade-in. The warranty was excellent, and the financing options were comparable to what we were being offered at our preferred bank. We werent handed off to a finance person or shuffled around, we dealt with Parker the entire time, and he also answered all of our warranty and finance questions. We ended up leaving with the E-Pace. Ive only had it a day so far, but I love it. This was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone considering a Jaguar or Land Rover.
Dropped of the wifes Range Rover for service at Park Place Land Rover North Austin and was greeted by friendly staff. Tony Rangel the service advisor was detailed in everything he communicated to me. The shuttle driver dropped me off at my workplace. Tony communicated as promised while the vehicle was being serviced. I was immediately notified when the vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon my arrival the vehicle was clean and ready for delivery. VERY smooth experience from start to finish! Look forward to using this new convenient location!
Finally Austin received the customer satisfaction expectation of owning a Land Rover when compared to other luxury Vehicles. We had not so good experience with the other Land Rover Dealer in the city before. Even though I live close to Downtown Dealer, I am so glad that we could get our vehicle serviced in Sewell Land Rover North Austin. I understand that Downtown dealer was overwhelmed since it was the only dealer in the city before where I had to wait at least 30-45 days to get in serviced or even get a loaner,. But when you compare the customer service which Sewell provided was simply excellent. Scheduling a service was a breeze with same day availability and even provided a loaner. Tony Rangel, the Service Manager was the best! He is patient to listen to all the car issues and he is awesome in communications and is courteous. Even though I live 45 minutes from the Sewell against 10 mins to my downtown dealer, I would always prefer Sewell in the future. Cant thank enough!
Ive been sitting at this dealership for more than 30 minutes they have 10 Sales Associates on the floor no one came and helped me but when two white people came they immediately got up and start helping them........when they heard me complaining on the phone someone who came to help me then I never been in this situation and it hurts me to see it being done to me today. This got to stop......The The sales manager Britton made a comment that you dont see like me in this position...What that have do with my complaint....Nothing....
Good customer service until you need a part or to schedule service. I tried calling for an entire day without any luck of someone actually answering the phone. So i called back asking for a manager and the girl just replied that he is busy you can try back another day. Wont take my rover back to them again!

I wanted to share my recent experience having shopped at your location. I came in wanting to test drive a Range Rover Velar. I had spoken to a lovely man on the phone before arriving but by the time I arrived, he had gone home and I was given another sales person. The woman I was given was not only dismissive, but made it clear that she didnt think I would be buying a vehicle, whether this is because Im Black, young or whatever her bias was- she did not make an attempt to sell me a a vehicle. While test driving the only available Velar, I asked about the Land Rover line of SUVs and rather than giving me an answer- she told me there wasnt one she recommended that I drive and said range rover and land rover are the same thing. Of course, I am aware that they are all made my Land Rover- my question was asking about the Discovery, LR3, etc. I also asked about the Evoque and she again told me that I wouldnt like it.Additionally, I asked her to send me the specs of the Velars that would be arriving in July/August (she told me there were a total of 3), and I gave her my # to text them to, Ive never heard from her again DESPITE telling her that I wanted to put a deposit down on the Black one that was arriving in August.I am fully aware that I am most likely not what your idea of a traditional customer looks like, however, I do expect to be treated as a buying customer, rather than having your sales person make an assumption based on my looks.Although I am still very interested in buying a Velar, I will not be doing it with Sewell. May I suggest that the next time a Black woman comes in and is interested in spending her money, you dont question her financial status based on her looks.I suggest taking that approach with all of your customers, not just the ones who you fit into your idea of who drives a range rover.
Other car dealerships could learn a lot from Sewell. The most pleasant car buying experience Ive had by far. I worked with Matthew, who was extremely patient and accommodating. Owning a red Jaguar has been a dream of mine for years. Finding a really nice one happened to coincide with getting my house ready to sell and doing chemo. Finally one day everything just fell into place and the whole process was smooth and actually enjoyable. Thanks for helping me cross one item off my bucket list.
I could go on and on about the quality of service at Sewell Jaguar on both the sales and the service side. The service is second to none. The shop foreman, service associates, and service manager all communicate often and in detail as well as set expectations with customers. Everyone there is kind, happy, and extremely understanding. I felt advocated for when Sewell was working with Jaguar on my behalf, and would trust this team with any car challenge that may happen in the future.
Sewell Jaguar Land Rover North Austin DO NOT BUY A CAR HEREThis was my first Range Rover purchase the car is amazing the buying experience was horrible. First, there is a difference between a new vehicle and a vehicle considered new after its been used for 2000 miles as a courtesy vehicle. They advertise home delivery and that was not the case. After 3 to 4 days of asking when delivery would be scheduled and I was told maybe the weekend we finally decided to drive to Sewell Austin to pick it up ourselves. The salesman told my husband it might not be scheduled until the following Wednesday. Don’t advertise door delivery and then tell the customer they can’t find anyone to deliver it. I was handed 2 keys not even a keychain for a 90000 dollar vehicle. I changed my mind a couple of times due to pricing and features. When I asked for numbers on a different model I was told they didn’t think they could submit another vehicle anymore since they had already submitted 3 times. One of which I wasn’t even aware of. Bottom like do not buy your car here. Inventory is low but dealerships are restocking. San Antonio has great sales customer service and if you’re willing to go to Oklahoma the sales manger offered 2000 off the sticker price for a fully equipped model. Do your homework and shop around. Matt the service manager and the service advisors are all top shelf. I couldnt differentiate whether I was arriving at a five-star hotel or a car dealership. Believe me this is not your typical dealership. Theyre professional, informative and make the experience as pleasant as can be expected. Kudos, they have their act together!

Let me begin by stating I’ve visited numerous dealerships with Landrover as I’m a traveler.I had an issue I was facing with my Range Rover and initially took my vehicle to Land Rover Austin and they were far too busy to care for me or be concerned with my issues. Thank God because I decided to go further north to Sewell Land Rover and may I say this dealership is bar none, the most spectacular dealership I’ve ever experienced!From the moment I arrived I was instantly greeted by Mary, the most sensational service agent I have ever experienced, who not only cared for my vehicle but made certain I could continue working with a larger than average Land Rover that would accommodate all my things. She is incredible and a reflection of this majestic dealership. As if that alone was the end it wasn’t because Kobe the most remarkable Valet (I hope that’s the correct spelling sorry ) offered to wait well let closing time to receive me and get me back in the road in my own vehicle!!! These two should be commended greatly as they exhibit world class service and an experience like shopping at Hermesor Goyard!! I will keep this SUV forever!The Technician Jay Samuels is brilliant and took extra care of this Range Rover. He took his time to diagnose the concerns and got them fixed correctly. The repairs were highly technical and Jay is very experienced to handle a multitude of systems on the Range Rover.Some of these issues were years old and other dealerships were unable to resolve them.When I needed a larger SUV for the kids Christmas days, Mary and Kobe got me the largest one and delivered it at the Bank since I was busy in a meeting there.The culture of Sewell is so aligned with Customer satisfaction! It has become an obsession for the entire Team!Mary and Jay along with Matt (Service Director) all shared resources to get everything resolved and delivered Range Rover back to me in better shape then I ever had. Even the Shop Foreman was helpful and got some of the difficult repairs done.I took delivery 2 days ago and she is purring like a kitten!By the way She was as clean as a whistle! At pickup!5.0 V8 Supercharged! And all there once again!So much power and torque!Thanks to the steller TEAM at Sewell.
First appointment get canceled because no loaner car. Even though I requested when I made the appointment. Get pushed another week and second appointment I stayed in service driver through for 45 and no one help me so I left. Not good first visit 😕

Terrible experience. No greeting as salesman opened door. Was immediately sizing us up. Not friendly at all & they are to be the best. Sewell takes great pride in their sales force. Offered us water &/or coffee as we were to leave & walk out without a getting a quote since he did not show inventory for car we were interested until after the 1st of the year & didnt get back the next working day as promised, but rather 3 days later. Very disappointing....
Brought my F-Type by for some small items to be covered via warrant. Dean and everybody there was exceptional. Super friendly, doors opened for you, the whole nine! I think the biggest impression for me was that they made me feel important and valued even though I didn’t buy the car from them. The facility is immaculate and very clean. Probably one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had.
The ABSOLUTE WORST customer experience Id ever had ANYWHERE in my life. I walked in to the parts dealership on Wed, Jul 15th 2020 and ordered a new key for my Range Rover, paid $402.20 and was told it would take about 6 weeks to arrive. 3 months later, I called back to check the status and a JOHN in PARTS said We dont have any record of your purchase, let me do some research and get back to you. Needless to say, the guy never called me back. I have literally called over and over, left VMs and still as of March 8th, 2021 I have not received my key, a refund, NOTHING! What an absolute joke of a dealership. Straight robbery. I will be going in real soon and raising hell, receipt in hand!!!!
Thank goodness there is a Jaguar dealership up North now! I’ve been happy with the friendliness of the staff at the downtown location, but it was super inconvenient to have to arrange service downtown with Austin traffic. Tony and the rest of the staff were super responsive and helpful. I made an appointment one day, the next day i dropped off my F-Type, and the next day I picked it up! That was the fastest service I have ever had done with my car. I love my F-Type, and look forward purchasing a new one next year at this dealership. 5 Stars all the way around!

What a beautiful new dealership! I took my Range Rover in for service and Jose took great care of me. He was very friendly and efficient. My car had to stay overnight and Jose got me into a loaner and on my way in no time. The quality of service at Jaguar Land Rover North Austin is nothing less than exceptional. The building and amenities are state of the art and all of the staff were wonderful.
My first service appt at Sewell exceeded my expectations. The service manager was very knowledgeable and he kept me updated. The use of a loaner car made my maintenance service completely stress-free.
I have never had a car buying experience quite like the one I had at Park Place Jaguar Land Rover North Austin today. Normally purchasing a car would be somewhere around the same pain level as a root canal. Not here. Seamless, painless, friendly, including the negotiation. I worked with Justen Green. He is awesome. Park Place does things differently than I have experienced. They call it “one touch “ which basically means the sales rep goes through the entire process with you. No hand offs to a sales manager or a finance manager. Justen was a true professional, not pushy, listened to my needs, and truly made the experience enjoyable rather than intolerable.

What a great dealership! Our time at Sewell was a pleasant experience and thats not always the case w/ dealerships! With dealerships comes hassles, pressure, dishonesty and lengthy hours of headaches. We sent an internet inquiry on a QX80 that we were looking to trade our QX56 in on. We received a text from Dennis Cardona w/ additional pics and information on the QX80.We scheduled an appointment to go in for a test drive. While out w/ Dennis, my husband and I was chatting about vehicles we really enjoyed and owned in the past. We shared our experience about a Yukon Denali XL we rented while in Cali on vacation 2 years back and fell in love w/ all the space and features it had to offer. Dennis mentioned having one on his lot they just took in on a trade....1 owner and low miles....my husband and I just stared at each other...get outta here we told him! Weve been looking at that vehicle for a while now. We took the Yukon out on a test drive and we knew that was the one we wanted! Everything about the vehicle spoke to us. Dennis made it happen!
