The attention to detail and the overall experience that the staff puts together for you feels like you’re a millionaire walking in through the doors even if you’re there to just take some pictures! Jamie doesn’t only have a beautiful smile but a deep knowledge of Bentley’s heritage and key points as does Oliver and the rest of the staff that are lucky to work there. Importing only the best of the best, this is truly one of if not the best and well put together luxury car dealerships in the greater Austin area!

My car(a DB7 2002) was sent to them by my mechanic with a mysterious problem .The car would start but them be switched off by the pats system. All we wanted from the dealer was to make the car stop cutting out. After nearly 2months we were advised the car would run but with a misfire, (it did not have a misfire previously).My mechanic towed the car back (350 miles to were we both live) and discovered that one of the 2 ECU.s that was replaced was defective.Back and forth over the phone and the car was towed back at my cost, only to be told that Aston would only take ownership of the defective part if Aston Martin of Austin ensured that there was nothing else that could cause a misfire . They quoted me another $6,000 to carry out this work. The initial bill was nearly $8,500.If it was discovered after all this further work that the issue was a defective ECU would I be charged for this work I asked -silence. Rather I was told that if the car was not removed from their car park they would charge parking fees.The car was towed back again and it has further been proved that the ECU is defective. No satisfactory response from the dealer.Their were myriads of other problems with the dealerships response but this venue is too limited to give all the details. Suffice it to say, do not take a car to this dealership to be repaired under any circumstances unless you have decided to make them another charity.

Take the time to read this whole review, its worth it.When I first came to the dealership (about 2 years ago) I was completely ignored. Mid-twenties guy in shorts and a t-shirt, eh probably not interested. I felt pretty bad and bought my first Vantage in Dallas. Now under new management, these guys are FIRING ON ALL 12 CYLINDERS. Sonny, Shawn and Bryan are incredibly set on helping people find the right car for them, and building a family of enthusiasts. The events they put on are FANTASTIC, and they are incredibly friendly.So when I decided to get a new Vantage (last week) I came to them, told them just what I wanted and told them my budget, which was pretty tight. They looked across the country and found one in California. I couldnt believe it, it was just the way I wanted it. They worked out the financing and in the end I had my dream car. As it turns out, they made almost nothing on the sale (due to the negative equity on my trade in) but it was worth it for them to build the relationship with me.WHEN DOES THAT HAPPEN ANYMORE?!?!?These guys cut out their profits to build our relationship and trust. Incredible. I cant speak highly enough of these three guys, each one took a genuine interest in me and knew what the car meant to me.Ill buy cars from these guys for the rest of my life.
