The service department is tops! Travis was so helpful and explained everything. Plus I love the no contact video they sent me to show me what they did. Im so glad we bought our Mini and added the maintenance contract. Over the life of the contract I would have had to pay at least the cost of the maintenance. The biggest plus was I caught something under warranty that I may have let go if I was using an outside firm.The sales staff are exceptional. Never pushy and willing to go the extra mile for you. They came through on all promises as well.This is a fun car!

This is hands-down one of the best dealerships in Austin. My wife drives a Mini Cooper and weve taken it in several times for routine services and this dealership has always gone above and beyond to take care of the customer.Yesterday she was trying to pay online so I can go pick it up this morning and it kept declining the cards for some reason. When I was paying the service manager this morning he had already noted that there was a problem with the online payment system and they contacted their IT department to get working on it.Again everything weve ever done at this dealership from the initial purchase to routine visits has been met with the absolute best customer service Ive seen at a dealership.
