We found a car we were interested in on line, great price and low mileage. I emailed the dealership and received a response shortly after. We scheduled a test drive which was quick and easy. It was late in the day so we came back the next day to finish paperwork. Camey was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. The facility was clean and everyone was very helpful. The car was detailed beautifully when we picked it up.

This is my first Lexus. I have always heard about the experience and treatment that goes above and beyond. Unfortunately I didn’t have that experience. My car has been acting up and not wanting to start sometimes. Since it is under warranty I took it in to find out what is going on. They had it two days, and couldn’t find the issue so called me to come get it. (I was afraid that would happen cause it never acts up when you need it to) When I got there everyone was polite and friendly. I went to leave and my gas light was on and my dash said 0 miles remaining. My car was also covered from front to back with a sticky sap like substance, and the central Texas dust had a field day sticking to it. 21 miles were put on my car as well, which was odd since it wasn’t a driving issue I was having so I am unsure as to why it was driven so much. I asked one of the gentlemen if they had a gas can I could use, so I could put a little bit in to make it to the gas station. He was shocked when he saw I had no gas at all, and he filled my tank up for me. I returned my loaner vehicle in better shape than I received it in and I filled up the gas tank even though I didn’t have to. The service was sadly not reciprocated. My car is still having the same issue, but I really just don’t want to go back. 😞

My daughter had to have a new alternator installed on her car and he got it done ahead of schedule below the estimate and great customer service along the way... They were quick with a loaner car and did a really nice job cleaning her car before they got it back to her! Just want to say thank you to Adam and Lexus of Austin!!!

Travis answered any question I had and was upfront and personable! We found the perfect gently used NX and I’m so happy with it! Overall the servicing and general care of the car provided was great. The servicing was done and my car is running great. However the last couple of times the lady at the check out counter was a bit rude. If it wasn’t for the checkout experience I would give them 5-stars. I do understand that with Covid going on the staff may be stressed due to short staffing or other issues but I had a similar experience at my previous visit too so I thought I would share it.

I recently purchased a vehicle from here. Jared was my salesman by default; as I called to inquire about one of the vehicles I saw on the site and was forwarded to Jared. Without getting into too much detail, I would recommend going with a different salesman.Christie, the young lady in finance on the other hand, was very helpful. My car was serviced very quickly! Only glitch was they forgot to reset the message reminding me to get service and I had to call several times to get someone to help me reset it over the phone. I actually had to send an email before anyone called to help. They kept saying just come back and we’ll reset it, but they are almost an hour from my house so that’s a waste of my time. Some guy sent a utube link which I thought was lame plus I didn’t have wifi where I was. Anyway finally some service person called me and it took less than 3 minutes . Thank you ! to whoever that was.

Experience was very good except for the discrepancy of quoted price for programming 2nd FOB key. I was quoted $89 on phone. At check out price increased to $96.00...not sure why. We discussed the discrepancy and price now was $90.95. Not sure why price quoted on phone by Patricia was not honored at check out time around. Would had preferred not going back and forth about price quoted. Would have appreciated the $329.00I paid for the 2nd. key to also have included programming. A very expensive key for me.

The service is excellent and very efficient. The only thing that could have been done better was the carwash. The interior was well vacuumed and the exterior was good except the bugs on the front of the car could have been washed off and the front windshield on the inside had been wiped with a dirty rag leaving it smeared.

Started off with no explication of why the only 3 times I got an oil change it was different amounts all 3 times, then used 2 different credit cards both approved and deducted on banks end to then hear it happens a lot and you need to call the bank, called the bank and they told me the same thing I told the dealership, it was an error on Lexus of Austin end. So I had 2 transactions paid for so I had to sit another 45 minutes in the dealership until Lexus decided to cancel the transactions and run my card again. To say the least I spent 1 hour at a dealership unnecessarily and being told absolutely false information

Stay away from this dealership. I was there yesterday to checkout, whoever the bald guy at the front was very rude, I went to another building the salesman took less than 30 secs did quick search on his phone and said Lx350 and LX450 are very similar, he seemed to have gotten really upset when I asked him that I wanted to take a look at the vehicle, I wanted to test drive but after the experience that I had so far I backed out.Overall terrible experience, I went to Acura and loved the car and the dealership. Few other people complained about the same on this dealership and they are spot on.

Additionally, when I requested the vehicle be detailed, I was questioned to me wanting it done instead of it being done and not waiting and constant asking of it to be done. I know there is shortage of vehicles due to chip shortage and also huge demand for vehicles; that doesnt mean you treat your customers poorly. The salesman that was assigned to me, doesnt care about the customer. When I asked him about the differences between premium package & luxury package on RX, his answer was, it is all on the website. I asked him for test drive of the vehicle, he gave me 2020 model and said there is not much difference between 2020 & 2021.... Well I am taking my business else where, Lexus of Lakeway. The sales lady there was very gracious and took time to explain things, offered the 2021 model for test without me ever asking me for it. Its difference of day and night !!!

I love the Lexus service. It is normally top notch. However, yesterday, I was in line in my car at the service area and had to wait 18 min. in my car in line to get checked in, which is unusual. People that got there at the same time as me, and behind me, and on side of me all got checked in before me. Me and my car got overlooked. It seems they should take first come first served.as a rule.

We approached Mr. Mike Gruver and from there Mr. Gruver provided us high level of assistance, very patient, knowledgeable and made sure all the boxes are checked during our visited. Service team is top-notch!!! We were traveling and had to get a new windshield in Waco. The company did not do a good job and on our way to Austin one of the side brackets blew off and the wind was coming in around the new windshield. We showed up at the Lexus dealership in Austin with a mess of a windshield and needed a quick solution to allow us to drive back to Kansas City. Cameron worked with us to give us a quick and good solution to allow us to make it back home. He worked with their glass professional to fix the issues to the beat possible scenario give we did not have time to order a new glass. I had a wonderful experience working with Paul Sakahara at Lexus of Austin to purchase my new RX450. Paul was very helpful, informative and patient with my many questions throughout the car buying process and did a great job of managing expectations and being realistic In what to expect with low new car inventory and production immediately following the lifting of Covid restrictions. Through Paul and management’s ongoing efforts, I was able to get the exact car I wanted. I’d left my car for service and got a loaner. I had soo many errands to run and I was running behind schedule. The service center was closing at 6 and I was just minutes from NOT getting my car back. I called and said PLEASE PLEASE… just give me 5 extra minutes. I have to get my car because i have to pick up my dog since I’m not allowed to put him in the loaner. I never got all their names but there were 4 people that stayed a few minutes longer starting with Ms Linda who took the loaner when I got out…a younger Latino gent held the door for me( I was limping) and young Black man at the desk with a Blond haired lady as well, who walked me out after I paid. You may not realize that small things like that matter but those small things make other things happen. You guys made my day. You guys ROCK!!!

We needed a part that was on extended back order (as in several weeks) and Jamie had us set up in a loaner immediately, plus kept us informed on status with periodic phone calls throughout the wait. Dont come to Lexus of Austin for a battery replacement. Warranty on the battery is tricky and lots of trouble. Lexus is a great car but the service here is not great.
