The salesman Alex, who is no longer employed there was awesome to work with. Now that he is gone I wont be doing any further business once my vehicle is paid off. Collections people call you the same day your payment is do BEFORE business hours are even over, way to pushy, as the payment isnt even late at this point. I am overall happy with the vehicle I purchased.

Saw one car I liked I wasn’t sure I could afford it but Idelfonso made Everything possible for me to drive out of the lot with it. Free oil changes while I’m paying it off brand new tires and stereo and a nice detail before leaving the lot. Also the young lady (Leila I believe her name)who wrote up my contract was fast and very exact to explain every single sheet I signed. Definitely thinking of coming back for an SUV after I pay off my car.

They are not professionals they are scums from the bottom of the barrel. I can almost guarantee that some of those 5 stars are employees or fake accounts created by employees.

Bought a 2013 Kia Optima in May 2020 and already having to get a new engine. Car kept cutting off while I was driving several times and was fortunate enough that I didnt have a bad accident. Notified Evan of the problem and got an appointment two weeks out. The same thing happened again and due to the severity of the problem was told by Pearla in automotive that if she had any cancellations Id be able to bring it on sooner.My overall experience has been mixed.Car is now in the Kia dealership. You take your chance buying any used car but you shouldnt have this experience. One year after going back to dealer for a map sensor that they didnt fix. This was verified by Kia techs. San Fernando never acknowledged that the map sensor had not been replaced. They are the WORST. You buy from them youre taking your chances. Go somewhere else.

I did hear from one of the employees that they have a new sales manager by the name Evaristo Gaytan. After a few minutes of looking around, Mr. Gaytan came to greet me and answered all my questions. I am totally not happy at all with San Fernando Motors!! I have paid my money for my vehicle and due to San Fernando Motors’s foul up I have set without my vehicle for two days and it’s completely their fault!! They haven’t even offered me a loaner vehicle due to their negligence!! I guess that’s why it was handled so quickly cause a year later I am totally getting screwed!

Went in and the guy who attended us was rude from the beginning. The staff inside didnt even acknowledge us when we walked in. Asked about a specific vehicles mileage and they went around our questions. We went with all intentions of buying a vehicle and walked out dissatisfied and disappoint with their service.

Purchased my vehicle on a Saturday following Wednesday I noticed it had a really bad power steering fluid leak asked them to schedule me for a service they never got back with me. When vehicle broke down due to leak they finally fit me in for a service on the vehicle they havent fixed the vehicle and will not give me an update on vehicles progress. One lady that works their will never talk to me over the phone she always want to talk to my husband even though he gave authorization for me to give payments she wont allow did the other ladies to take my payment of my spouses vehicle. We were here about 2hrs with staff moving around constantly but yet not one person besides the car salesman spoke to me, after sitting in the office/lobby for over an hr no one said a word to me but walked by me every 2min. 👎 my friend got a lemon took it back within 2days & they have him another lemon, he should have just got his money back but he chose not too in order to give them another chance but they just didnt make it right. Just do your home work before spending your money there.

STAY AWAY! I bought a truck 3 months ago, and transmission is TRASH. Not worth it, go somewhere else and get you a reliable vehicle.

HORRIBLE, NO COMMUNICATION, & WILL REPO CAR FOR SOMETHING THAT IS THEIR FAULT!!!!I purchased a vehicle with them on 03/05/2018 and when I signed the contract my vehicle was being financed with Credit Acceptance. Apparently they did a buy back, and transferred my information back to San Fernando and I had no idea! I mailed in my payment via Money Order to Credit Acceptance (considering I did not know any of the above information) on April 2, 2018. An then on 04/10/2018 I got a letter from Credit Acceptance saying that they were not the Lien Holder on my account, that it was actually San Fernando........ So I then called San Fernando on the same day and asked what was going on, and I was told that I was provided the incorrect information, and that they would look into it and then get back with me! I should have known that something was not right at that point. So I waited for a call back and did not get one, so then I called everyday and still no new information was provided, I was just told that they were trying to figure out what was going on. On Saturday April 14, 2018 a tow truck pulls up to my house to REPO MY CAR THAT I PAID FOR!!! I immediately asked the 2 men that were getting out of the truck why they were repoing my car, and they proceeded to tell me that Credit Acceptance put out for the repo ( I told them that was not possible, as I had received a letter stating they were not the Lien Holder on my account). I then call San Fernando Motors, and spoke with Julio who said that he was not sure what was going on and that I needed to contact Credit Acceptance as they were my Lien Holder........ So I immediately hung up and called them and was told that San Fernando is the Lien Holder, and has been since March 21, 2018. As I am told this information I call San Fernando back, and ask for Julio (who says that he is the manager) and asked again what was really going on and why he lied to me. He asked me to give him 30 minutes and let him call Credit Acceptance and find out some information. He NEVER followed through anytime he said that he would call me back EVER!!! All week goes by and there is 1 lie after another from Julio, and callbacks have piled up by now, so I just decide to blow him up until he tells me something (which he NEVER did, other than more lies). So now we are at April 20, 2018 with this same issue that should have been handled by now, but was not! I took it among myself to contact someone within the company that was higher up (Perla) who was the head of Finance. I called her on 04/20/2018 and explained to her what was going on and she apologized, but then advised me that she needed to obtain my file from the location I purchased the vehicle at (which was the Pflugerville location), and then she would be able to look into it and let me know what is wrong. I did not hear back from her until Monday 04/23/2018 and she concluded to tell me that there was bad communication on the companies end and Credit Acceptance, and that she was going to see what she could do to help... I spoke with her again on 04/24/2018 and she advised me that I would have to pay all the repo fees even though the issue at hand IS THE FALUT OF MISCOMMUNICATION FROM SAN FERNANDO MOTORS! This makes absolutely no sense AT ALL... If this is how they run business I WILL TELL ALL MY REFERRALS TO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY THAT I KNOW NEEDS A CAR. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST (and I do mean ABSOLUTE WORST) SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD FROM A COMPANY.I have put in a complaint with the BBB, because what they are doing is against the law!!! If I could rate this company with 0 stars then I would!
