I have gotten now 4 vehicles from him (Chevy Malibu, Chevy Cruz, Chevy Traverse, and now Chevy Silverado) The others are awesome and very friendly. They make sure to work with you on what your wanting and what your needs are.
It was easy to make an appointment online. I also had the option to wait while my vehicle was being serviced or choose a ride to my home or work. Henna had a very good lounge if I decided to wait until my vehicle was being serviced. Very courteous personnel.

Wayne Andrews was my Service Advisor, my truck had been having issues for several days prior. I tried to get in to Capitol, the dealership where I purchased my truck, and they had a week wait time. I made an online appointment at Chuck Nash, They called me the next day and stated it would be a week out for them and that my scheduled time slot shouldnt have been available. Wouldnt you know it, my truck broke down, and i had it towed to the nearest dealership which was Henna. I had it towed in on a Thursday and picked up the following Monday, Wayne kept in contact the whole time and answered my questions in a timely fashion.
I worked with Sohlin and she was great. Very informative and in constant communication with me about the status of my vehicle. On top of everything, I was out of town for 2 weeks and this dealership let me leave my car there for the duration of that time. Great customer service and will certainly continue to give them business.
Customer service and poor communication ruined our experience at Henna Chevrolet.We sold my wifes car at Henna on 8/26 and were told that a check would get printed on 8/27 and then mailed to us (moving out of state). It was strongly implied that we would have the funds arrive by early September.We called back around 9/7 when the check did not arrive. We asked where the $ was and if there was tracking information.Gina at Henna Chevrolet shared its normal to not receive your $ within two weeks.She confirmed Henna delayed filing our paperwork until 8/30, even though we were originally told the check would be printed 8/27 and sent. Gina blamed the salesman for not filing the paperwork instead of offering to make the situation right.The check was printed 8/31 and sent 9/1. For a large check, Henna did not give us the option for tracking or overnight. Basically, Henna has no urgency to pay us even though they said they did when we sold our car.Henna did not offer to make the situation right. Gina said to call back if check didnt arrive after 2 weeks from 9/1.9/14 Henna called my wife to say the check got sent back to them... because Henna mailed it to the wrong address! We confirmed the right address when selling her car.9/14 I called Henna back to ask if the new check was sent overnight because of the significant delay and sending the original check to the wrong address. Gina confirmed she just put the check in regular mail with no tracking, overnight, or wire option.I asked why is the check not being overnighted to us with such a significant delay? Gina then told me shes done talking to me because the car was in my wifes name only. Pretty salty comment from Gina, because I coordinated every part of the sale and had done all the talking up to this point.Henna displayed absolutely no urgency to pay us back or make the situation right.Henna and Gina offered poor communication and customer service on multiple occasions. If you have any other options, sell your car elsewhere.

I took my 2015 Chevrolet Impala for an oil change. It was easy to schedule the appointment. Drop of was quick and efficient. The dealership was clean. I was greeted almost immediately. I was welcomed into the dealership waiting area, which was clean, relatively emtpy, and configured for socially distance seating. The service was correct. I received my vehicle as promised and the service was accurate.

My boyfriend and I were preapproved through our credit union and Had visited a few dealerships just to see what was out there. we wound up going to Henna and had the best and fastest transaction I think either one of us have ever had. Hector went over the vehicle with us very thoroughly and knew we were preapproved so he didn’t try to upsell any of the bank rates that they work with. We were in and out of finance quickly and the best part is we got the vehicle we wanted at a low price.

Had to replace windshield sprayer nozzles.$6 part ended up costing me $250 + “Shop and Data” fees. Seems excessive but the the staff is courteous and convenient… but the “shop and data” fee was offensive.Not sure I’ll return unless there is a major issue or recall covered under warranty.

Henna looks the vehicle over when my truck goes in the shop. Sometimes it might be a day or two before my vehicle can get in a bay. As long as that is communicated, Im cool with that. They fix what they say they are going to fix. It might take a bit longer than originally estimated, but I trust them to get it right.I tried AutoNation Chevrolet before, I will never go back there. What they said was fixed wasnt. A friends family member bought a car from them. She took it in for warranty work and had the same result. She took it to Henna at my recommendation, and they fixed it the first time.
Bought a used Subaru BRZ in 2017 from them. Seamless sales process, was done with everything in less than two hours, including the test drive. Warranty I bought with it was legit, used it a few times before it expired. Car has been running strong with no signs of stopping any time soon! I was looking for an SUV, and had looked online at the inventory at a few vehicles. I needed a much bigger car to be able to fit large canvases in, for my work. I was fortunate enough to buy a new 2021 Texas Trophy Hunter Edition truck and it is everything I have ever wanted in a truck -AWESOME!What is also awesome is kindness and fairness I was treated with. My sales rep “BUDDY” Brown is a pleasant gentleman who is the kind of person you want to visit with all day. John Smith, finance, made the hard part (paying) easier and he even drives the same truck as me. Lastly I cannot forget Frank Quintiliani of the parts department. Hello ATX,I always took my car to the shop and never had any issues getting in and out for minor things like oil change and etc. Recently back in March my car went down hill. It was in the shop for a long while, since end of March back and forth and the issue wasn’t fixed. The communication could be better and the timing to fix my car could be better as well. My car finally got repaired until last week September 1st. This experience was very frustrating and stressful. Thanks to this one man who looked into the detail of my notes and notice something that could of been resolved in a timely manner. Thanks Henna for resolving my car issue but wished that this didn’t take as long as it did. Just remember communication is the key for your customers regardless what the issue may be. Im happy to have my car back. Hopefully all issues stay away. Happy driving!! 👍❤️🩹
7 weeks to get my catalytic converters replaced. It took 6 weeks to get the part from GM. Randell Holder did a wonderful job of keeping me informed. He did a great job of delivering unpleasant information, and delivered it honestly and timely. I appreciated having Randell as my service advisor.
If you are under warranty go for it and dont show it to them until they fix everything then baaaam I got a warranty.. Otherwise it is a rip off even for an oil change and minor stuff they will charge around $1000 not to forget they never say the truth about diagnostics otherwise ask them for a report which they will never give you as they are afraid you will sue them. DONT COME HERE.

After the advisor returned my vehicle and I drove off, I pulled to the side of the road to put my paperwork in the glove compartment. I noticed it did not open properly; it was partially jammed. It was already approximately 6:15pm and I knew they had closed at 6pm. I went back to the dealer in hopes I would find someone who could assist me with the issue. I came across Mr. Wayne Andrews and Mr. Jorge Guzman and asked for help. I knew Mr. Andrews from a previous consultation, so he quickly took action to take a look at the problem. Mr. Guzman was able to detect something must have broken around the glove compartment area because there were several rubber-like pieces all over the carpet. After about 20 minutes, Mr. Guzman was able to fix the jam. Mr. Andrews took a picture of the broken pieces and told me he would first consult with the advisor who had serviced me the following Monday morning before giving me a call back to return the vehicle. After Mr. Andrews and the team looked at the vehicle, they were not able to locate where the broken pieces could have possibly come from. The glove compartment works just fine - now being August 23, 2021 - and has not presented any issues. I would like to thank Mr. Andrews and Mr. Guzman for their professionalism, service, and most important of all, going above and beyond. These two gentlemen stayed well after closing time to assist me. Needless to say, taking their time to thoroughly look through the glove compartment. Keep up this type of outstanding service, Mr. Andrews and Mr. Guzman!
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Their attention to customer service was the best I have ever received from any dealership. I was on the hunt for a truck for my husband but couldnt find the one he wanted in Dallas so I decided to look in the surrounding cities. This is how I stumbled across Henna Chevrolet. I spoke with Anthony and in the same day I was able to secure the truck. He was nothing short of amazing and provided me with everything that I needed to know. I also worked with John in financing who was the absolute nicest person and explained everything in detail, answered every question I had and found us the best financing. Although I live 3 hours away, I will definitely be buying from them in the future. They made this process so easy and were just so helpful along every step of the way. How they made long distance car buying so simple and made me feel at ease, is beyond me. I cant thank them enough!
I called about a Tahoe that seemed too good to be true. Our main vehicle was in an accident and I found out due to the current market it was going to be around $450.00 a week to rent a vehicle to hold all of us and with availability of parts during this time, no clear end in sight there either. Anyway I called Henna Chevrolet and the salesman (Dustin I believe) answered all questions and was upfront about the current condition of the vehicle. Went out of his way and sent pictures the website didn’t show. He also told me I’d never see any of the “damage” anyway as they we’re going to take care of that before I picked it up. My credit union automatically pulls a car fax for you and found out the vehicle had a recall. He went ahead and had all the taken care of since it was going to the service center for detail anyway. Mind you this was all done from 10:00 Friday morning on July 2nd and I picked it up at 12:00pm Saturday the 3rd. Upon arrival I drove the lot and found the vehicle in the service area, and have been bent more than once at a dealership, my guard was up. If anything was a miss and they weren’t selling me this vehicle. We walked up to the door and asked where the Tahoe was They said “oh it’s sold”. Then came Constantin. The most respectful and honest salesman I personally have ever dealt with. No pressure no games straight up and shoots straight from the hip. The Tahoe while not exactly perfect is and was a good price low miles for the year and runs like a clock everything works as is and I have no complaints about it. Thank you for your courtesy and respectful treatment. Once this crazy car market dies down I will go back and deal with this dealership again.
This was a spur of the moment purchase. I had been preparing to purchase a Trail Boss Custom, blue, at the end of the year. Just happened to be at the Henna dealership for Recal maintenance when I saw the Trail Boss on the lot and it checked all my wish list except time frame. After hearing about the chip shortage.....I jumped at the opportunity right in front of me! It was a great and wise decision. After 2 days driving the truck.....I am very glad I did. The Receptionist Georgia was a very wise ally when I started inquiring about the vehicle. She is probably the primary reason I purchased it. God makes NO mistakes!!
Parts and their cashier are next to each other. Unlike Capitol, their cashier for parts is on the opposite side and you have to walk back and forth. Covert Bastrop on the other hand their parts department and cashier are on the same desk, just walk in ask for your part pay right there, turn around and walk out. Only down side in Bastrop is that they dont normally have the part in stock and has to be order.
Called the service department for an information and the guy was very rude. Train your people on customer service and how to talk with customers. This is basic for a dealership.
This was my first visit for servicing our 2021 C8 Corvette. I was pleased to learn that service writer Mark exclusively deals with Corvette service needs. He knew exactly how to diagnose the problem. I appreciated that he was able to schedule our vehicle for next day service.

Stopped for a quick oil change in Austin, while the service was quick they never washed my truck despite asking for a wash and giving me a receipt for it and didn’t adjust tire pressure. If their techs pay a little more attention, that’d be great.
I took my Tahoe in on a Wednesday morning & had it back Wednesday evening. They said it would probably be a fee days. So happy they got me in & out!!

This may be a strange start for a 1 star review but my initial experience buying a car from these guys was great. Papers were signed, we had the vehicle, everything went smooth. About 6 weeks later, we were inquiring about our license plates for the new car, we didnt have them because the finance office botched something and we had to resign paperwork. I didnt complain much because they got us a better interest rate so a better payment. Fast forward a little bit and I get a toll bill for the car I traded in. The toll charge occured over 2 months after trading in the vehicle. Small problem that should be easy to fix. I have called 6 times since, keep getting transfered to the title departments voicemail, keep leaving messages, never get a call back. I would expect this sort of thing from some bad credit lot but not somewhere like this. If you buy here, expect a headache and make sure the deal is worth it.
Took my vehicle in to have the front camera replaced, my service advisor (Randall) was very helpful and kept me updated with the status of my vehicle from start to finish.
I typically dread the thought of having to talk with car sales people, however everyone at Henna has been amazing- especially Hector! This was the 4th vehicle that we have purchased from Henna Chevrolet and we keep returning for a reason. The sales staff is not pushy nor do they put any pressure on you to purchase. We have also had great experiences in the service department as well. They have a large loaner vehicle fleet and if they have to keep our vehicle for any length of time they offer us a loaner. Their motto We will stand by you is a true statement.

Hi I met Calvin Chumness at Henna. He was good in explaining, giving info about vehicle and process involved after buy confirmation. He kept his schedule intact by delivering me the vehicle in one stop. Even though I was buying a used FORD at Chevy dealer he was just dealing it as usual.Wish they give their best in providing such experience to others too, especially new to purchasing at a dealer. ( MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL THE PRICE WAS THE BEST ). Keep in mind about taxes and other charges for titling based on the vehicle.
Finance manager was rude, acted like he was doing me a favor selling me my 60k plus truck . Salesman did not know what features my truck had . Make ready service has been the most pleasant to deal with on return visits to address minor paint issues . Have been waiting for over 5 weeks now for my wheel locks, still on backorder so I am told so not their fault. Not sure if I would buy from these guys again, miss the old days when customer satisfaction was priority. Love my new truck, the 6.2 makes me smile, GM got this engine right for sure.
Things could have been better, but feel disappointed. This was my 2nd time taking it to Henna. I had no problems the first time around and the 1st time visit went great. I cant say the same for my second visit. My car was only supposed to be there for a short period of time. I got my car back almost a month later. I also feel the advisor and technician took advantage of me. I felt they continued to add parts that were supposedly need of replacing. There was nothing wrong with my engine sensors light until it was already in the shop. Supposedly my battery was leaking acid and damaged the sensors. That turned out not to be true. My battery never leaked because it was a platinum gel battery brand new. Everything else got fixed, but I feel I got screwed over paying 1,000 dollars more on something that didnt need to be replaced. I dont think Henna is the right place anymore.

Really nothing special about my buying experience, I bought a used 2020 truck. You will pay sticker price, they tried to make me leave a $200 deposit to keep the vehicle at the dealership (a sales manager was driving it home).The 2 stars is for how terrible they are about getting you registration and license plates to you. It has now been over two months, my temporary plates have expired and I still have no plates.I’ve ordered custom plates which have been waiting at the tax office for a month. Henna Chevrolet is a great dealership and would 100% recommend if you are buying or selling a vehicle. Go see Hector if you stop in and you won’t regret it. He’s professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Will continue to come back as long as I’m in Austin.
Im editing my review based on our experience with the service department Thursday, July 29. Our truck was supposed to be done in an hour and we were there over two hours. When I asked for an update, Alvaro was short and unapologetic. He told me it was almost done and when I said wed been there two hours he said Okay. Well. Its almost done. Once we got to the truck, we saw that our antenna had been broken during service. Again, no apologies or explanation. He simply told us to send a receipt and hed reimburse us. We witnessed him being short and unprofessional with other customers as well. We will not be back.We custom ordered a truck a few months ago when we couldnt find what we wanted. It came in last week and Richard and John got us through the purchasing process quickly and efficiently. A few days after we took our truck home, John called to let us know hed found us even better financing than what we originally signed for. Richard checked in with us and even passed over my husbands sunglasses he forgot last week! Id give more than five stars if I could. These guys *actually* care about the buyers experience and it shows.
I had a blowout on the road and pulled in to Henna. Ive never bought a vehicle here but they literally got me back on the road, helping me change my tire and giving me water and treating me like a high end customer. If they do this much for a stranger, I cant imagine the quality of customer service theyd give a customer. I know where Im getting my next vehicle.
I bought my first car here, Joe helped me out. Never tried to change my mind or question me, that was nice. I knew what I wanted (which car, financing, etc.) and he respected that. Kudos to Joe and I wish good things for him and his family.
I walked out with a completely different vehicle than what I was looking for almost two months ago. Looking back I think it was the better choice for sure. They inspect their vehicles before they are available for sale, however apparently I bought my GTI the day of or the day after it just got into the dealership. Even after I purchased my GTI it broke down in one week they told me to bring it back, and repaired it free of charge. Since then I have not had any further issues with my car. The staff was a huge help in the process (From the salesman to financing, to even the people who worked on the car), and they really do look after their customers. The only reason its 4 stars instead of 5 is because of that small little mishap on the first day. I was trying to purchase a used car (I specifically said it) and a sales man had us wait for a long time in the new car dealership. However, someone sometime after that addressed the issue. I had some recalls, an oil change, and inspection done recently. Randall explained everything and set good expectations for the services. I was concerned that I might have to wait over the holiday weekend, but Randall kept me updated regularly and the service was completed on Friday so I was back in my car for the holiday weekend.

Scam Dealer . They advertise they will beat Carmax offer by $500. Complete lie. When I went there, first they said, they will not give check for trade the same time but I have to wait couple of weeks to get the money. No dealer does that. Dealers write you check at the same time you trade. Henna hold your money for weeks. Second, They do not buy lease cars. They do not advertise that. My car was leased and they denied to buy it. I have sold many lease vehicles without any problem. Also, the lady I dealt with was extremely rude. Stay away from this dealership.
