Setting up the appointment was a real pain. I had to call at least five times over two weeks before I got in touch with a service manager. They never called me back for any messages I left. But once I got an appointment scheduled, the service was excellent. The service manager was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. And they performed the service very well and quickly.Ive knocked off a star for how difficult it was to schedule the appointment, but the service manager I talked to in person and the quality of work they did were both five stars.

Took my Evora 400 in for an oil change. Very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Even drove me to a nearby restaurant while I waited for the work to be done.

I went to the dealership to check out the Evora and was very surprised how the salesman shake off lotus as being kind of a “cheap” car. I understand they sell Bentley’s and rolls Royce too, but it’s very surprising that it feels like you get different service based on which car you are currently looking at. Sad, really. I hope all of this improves.

Ive practically thrown my money at this dealership three times now and I guess theyre not interested in taking it.The first time, I came across a pre-owned Evora that was just the spec I had been looking for for the last year. I showed up as they were unlocking their doors the morning after it was posted for sale. The car hadnt even been inspected yet, so I was unable to take it for a proper test drive, other than just around their lot. Nevertheless, I knew it was the one I had been looking for and was ready to make the deal for full asking price. Half-way through the paperwork and a salesman walks in saying he had already taken a $10k deposit on the car and they had to take the deal out from under me. The sales manager felt terrible and I truly believe he wanted to sell the car to me, but the bottom line is that there should be processes in place that would never allow such a situation to arise in the first place. I was lucky enough to find another of the same spec in Houston only a couple of months later.Fast forward a few more months and I need a set of tires installed on the Evora. I was in the area so I stopped by to see if they offered loaner vehicles because I didnt have time to wait for the vehicle that day. I was laughed at and told especially not for something like tires, well just get you right in and out (even though loaners are standard practice for as little as an oil change at every other premium dealer Ive dealt with, BMW, Merc, Porsche). I understand theyre not going to hand out Lotus loaners, but theyre a sister dealer attached to Audi, how do you not have something worked out to offer an A3 or something to get around while your cars in the shop? A week later, I was able to take a day off work so I had all day to wait on the car if need be, so they can get me right in and out. I was told they wouldnt be able to get me in until the following week. Nope, thats absurd. I went elsewhere. Now, the latest... I thought I finally had something they could handle. Just a simple oil change. I should have known better. I showed up early, shortly after they opened for the day, again, with a day off work so I could wait as long as needed. The service advisor said they couldnt get to it that day, theyd need an appointment. I asked when the next available appointment for an OIL CHANGE was, and was told it would be a week before they could get me in. FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Are you kidding me? This isnt some complex engine that needs to be halfway disassembled to change the oil. Its a Toyota Camry engine. Its dead simple.I called European Motorwerks (who also helped me out with the tires). They got me in the next morning at 8 a.m., put me in a loaner so I could go to work, and they were calling me by 10 a.m. to tell me it was done. Its not that hard. If a little independent shop can get me fixed up that quick, a proper dealership ought to be able to do the same, or better. If they cant (and this doesnt seem to be a one off problem, its recurring) then they have some serious staffing problems.Long story short, I really cant even justify going back there for anything after these experiences. The smaller shop has treated me incredibly well and I have no reason not to give them all my business.

Took my Lotus Evora S back in August for oil change and warranty repairs. No issue with oil change, please note their rate is higher being they are also a Bentley dealership. Here is why I decided to write this review now. So the two warranty ask 1) fix a pillar molding and 2) adjust window because when all the way down it is lower than the passenger door.A few weeks later pick up the car:1) the a pillar molding warped and after their repair it still looks warped. They told me that’s a Lotus issue and that’s the best, so not expect better quality because it’s a Lotus!2)the window, again told they couldn’t adjust and that is how it is with Lotus!Shipped my car to Seattle for move and had Lotus of Bellevue look it over for detailing. They were appalled after it telling them the story and they easily fixed the a pillar and now have to repair the door because the other dealer actually did more damage, it rattles. Please note this is from their service department which also services Bentley and Aston’s. With a message like this, if I was the manager or owner I would be very upset because I definitely wouldn’t want to buy a car from them or let alone have service done.

Very disappointed with my first, and only visit to this establishment. I walked in the front door, looked around for a couple of minutes for any sign of a staff member, and was never acknowledged.
