Take it from someone that hates buying cars and dealing with car dealerships, this was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership! First off Gary was so nice and informative. He is just a down to earth nice person without pushy sales tactics. No stress easy going process. They gave me a great trade in for my car that was above average. We ended up going with a 2017 Honda Accord sport. Beautiful car with low miles at a wonderful price. Got a great unlimited miles extended 5 year bumper to bumper warranty with $100 deductible at a great price. I haven’t quite experienced a dealership this laid back and helpful. The Un-Dealer Dealership - Im always hesitant to visit a car dealer to test drive a vehicle only because the visit is always marred by some overzealous sales person looking to fill sales quotas. Wow, last week I bought my first vehicle with a trade in. From the moment I contacted the dealer rep, I was blown away by their services. After contacting them, I set up an appointment after work that day when I saw the listing. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Lance with a smile. He knew exactly what I was looking at and gave me the keys for a test drive. He then showed me some awesome features when I returned. After falling in love with the vehicle, I decided it was for me. Lance helped me every step of the way. From communicating with me over two days, to making sure the vehicle was detailed and ready to go upon arrival the next day. I arrived and was in there for 15 minutes before driving away in my 2016 Toyota 4runner! What an absolutely wonderful first car buying experience, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I wish to echo the sentiments of virtually everyone on this thread. I had a superb experience purchasing my 2008 Porsche Boxster S from Gary last summer. The car still smells like new which is a surprise as it has 63k miles on it, but when I had left the key in the ignition over the weekend while the car was in my garage, it ran the battery down. Unbeknownst to me, the key fob was being charged which caused that issue!! My bad! Not knowing what to do, I called Gary and he rapidly dispatched Kevin who is part of the roadside assistance team. Kevin is another great guy who is a credit to the company. He arrived promptly and got things going again which is tricky with a Boxster. The fuse box needs to be jumped, one cannot simply charge the battery! Ill surely be a repeat customer once its time to trade the Nissan!

Great overall experience. Dealt with Gary (who had excellent customer service) to get a great car at a great price - Better than expected. We set everything up remotely and as I walked into the office, I was greeted with a warm welcome. All of the closing paperwork was prepared and Sherry was very informative and helpful in the prompt and seamless completion of the process. Would definitely recommend.

I just leased a new truck through Apple Leasing with JD Almond. JD made it an easy, painless experience and one that I controlled throughout. I spoke with JD a month ago to get some initial information and he was incredibly helpful but we were not ready to purchase. Once ready I reached back out to him and he had the deal done and car delivered to my house in 24 hours. Not only did I not have to spend hours at a dealership it was so easy it barely interrupted my work day. We will acquire all future cars with him.

I recently purchased a $40,000 vehicle from this dealership, only to find out from the sales person that the STATE inspection was not completed prior to the sale! To top of it the car was filthy on delivery, inside and out, accessories promised were missing, and when I finally got through to meet the owner face-to-face to explain my frustration, he was rude, pompous, and everything in between, in his words “I was trying to jam him for money”! Yes, (Owner) Scott Crossett, I’m trying to jam you for things that should have been done already by you prior toy purchase of the vehicle. Stay away folks, even if the car seems like a decent deal, the end result may not be what you want.
