This dealership sold me a tracked car as a certified pre-owned vehicle without even visually inspecting the rotators. They pretty much ripped me off and they should lose their ability to sell used ferraris. They sold me a car with damaged rotators and breaks that wouldn’t ever pass inspection but put their stamp of approval on it. This type of behavior for a Ferrari dealership is egregious. This is not how you do business I’m forced to escalate the situation to get justice.

WOW! All I can say is fantastic staff! I came into the dealership a few weeks ago, just to look, and the nice lady at the reception desk let me look around and even sit in some of the cars! What other dealership will let you do that?

In previous visits, the staff was exceptional! Without a second thought, they allowed me to browse the store, sit in various models, and talk to staff. Although I wasnt buying, they were helpful and conscious of my desire to sit in the cars. However, this time, they were incredibly RUDE! The staff wouldnt even let me sit in the cars, and only giving me a glance or two when I had a few questions... all the while answering emails on the computer. I was severely disappointed! It wasnt until the end when I was attended to. Makes me so mad!
