Worst car company ever. I turned in my vehicle a couple of years ago because they kept screwing me over on repairs. Their own mechanic messed up my engine and they still wanted me to pay for it. Plus when I got a new car the dealership I bought my car from even questioned how I had only owed $4,000 in principle,but they had in the system that I owed $7,000, which $3,000 of that came from interest from repairs. Smh. These people are thieves. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CARS AMERICA!!!!

If u looking to buy a car they have alot of new used cars low miles...in house finance and if u are buying a car from them and broke down u can have ur car repaired at there shop.. They dont jack up the parts what they pay is what u pay..most shops charge 100 plus for labor they only charge u 40 a hour...and if u cant afford the repairs they will finance the repair on top ur car note ...and if u are honest with them they will work with u... They want u to keep ur car.... Over all a great place if looking for a car.....

The service from them have been good since day 1, when signing paper work they even gave me a list of repairs they have done to the vehicle (which was the basic essentials- brake pads, filter, alignment) Id recommend this place to anyone who obsesses over what they spend. (Like me) It’s a good quality vehicle for an affordable down payment and affordable monthly payments. Thank you!

Ive had only good experiences since I bought my car they even towed my car to the shop when I had a small mechanical issue and added the cost to my payments which helped me out in a bind.Also theyve been very understanding of me recently losing my job and have been leniant with my payments. I hardly ever leave reviews so that should say something.Couldnt recommend more 5++

I have bought multiple vehicles from Cars America (At both locations) and have been very happy with all of them. The salesman are very helpful. The few times I have needed work done, their service dept was awesome and quick with getting me back up and going.

Never buy a car from these people they are thieves.Worst company ever to deal with Amy is the sorriest person you have to deal with.

Loved the buying experience Tracy and Mia are wonderful. Kept payments on time for HALF of my 3 year contract, had my bank account compromised had to file claims to get my money back (which only people who have been through know how hard this can be) fell 37 days behind. I told them I had just enough to make the payment minus the late fee 1 DAY after the late fee was applied (15 days) and they told me no. I had told them about the situation and kept them updated. Then one day received a call from Amy. Idk if shes related to the owner or something, but as someone who has worked in customer service since legally allowable she is completely innappropiate, rude, condescending and poorly trained in customer service. She had me repeat after her on the phone and scolded me for not asking my parents to help me out. I was literally in tears when I got off the phone with her. She Told me any big car lot wouldve towed my car already. (which is completely untrue) not sure if she thinks because of my age I wont know any better???? This was at about 32 days past due.32 days after getting the car my compressor went out, they had to send a tow truck and take it there for repairs. They added a side loan onto my account (fine awesome) the balance of both that and my primary car loan was sent to me after each payment. I paid off the repairs in july then when I went to take in my august payment they said I owed 90 MORE dollars?? For a towing fee.which had NOT been included in the secondary loan or mentioned on ANY of my account statements. (Also the compressor going out was the SECOND repair I had to take the car in for within 35 days of getting it I got in trouble because my job at the time was certain I was lying to them) I was then told they couldnt accept just the base car payment (which was all I took cause its all I thought I needed) that I HAD to make at least a 50 dollar payment on the towing fee or I could just leave my car on the lot verbatum Amy.Both me and my husband requested multiple times with multiple people to speak to the owner and never received calls.I would rather deal with dealership prices than have to go through this customer service nightmare ever again. Which is exactly what will be done in about a year when I get a different car.

I love shopping there, no hassle from sales people, just took my time and test drove several vehicles. Once i chose the one i wanted Tracie was very helpful. She explained the contract to me and answered all my questions. And best part was i was done withthe paperwork very quickly. I would definitely recommend Cars America for your next vehicle.

We went there today to get a check signed for our auto repairs due to a car accident with a deer on the road recently.I gave my wife a ride to this dealership today.The owner (Steven) accused my wife of attempting to pocket the check for our Auto Repairs on a vehicle we bought from him that we are still making payments on.And he refused to do so. We had to contact our auto repair shop to prove that the car was in the shop with photo evidence. Great prices but horrible customer service.Not recommend.

Let me start off by saying the staff is always very friendly, and its the only place Ive ever gotten my vehicles at. The cars they sell are very reliable and at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this car dealership for anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Yeah I purchased a car from them 08 Saturn aura 77k miles..at first I was worried because of the high miles. Ive had it for 4 years an the loan has been paid off for some time an title was handed to me the same day. They never hassled me for a payment of course i payed on time .didnt expect to get such a solid car it has 180k miles now because my wife uses to commute to work an back an lays good 60 miles a day.I will never get rid of this car thats how much we love it.They was there for us when we need a car because funds was low an my wife need a car to commute to work an back at the time. Now I got her a new suv through a bank but we love that Saturn aura its like part of the family no joke. I dont know how they run stuff nowdays but it was good relationship when we went through them.

I purchased my last four vehicles from cars America and I always recommend them to anyone that is considering a new car purchase..they have quality pre-owned vehicles with reasonably low mileage, and do all of the financing themselves. thus no credit check or lengthy approval process.to me the best part however is that they have a price board that has all of the pertinent info. about the vehicles... you can view the vehicles and the price board 24/7 at your leisure, without being hassled by pesky salespersons!unlike most other auto dealers service after the purchase doesnt end the day that you drive off in your new vehicle (or even after 90 days) In the unlikelyhood of a major problem they will repair it for the dealers cost of the parts (plus a small percentage over their cost) and a very slight labor fee for as long as you own the vehicle! They also treat their customers with respect and not like numbers, but as a human beings..( just like they are) and affording them with the same courtesy, they are willing to work with you whatever your situation may be...What other automotive dealer offers that kind of service?
