Honestly a great experience. I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler and last-minute one became available as a trade at Audi South Austin. Clay was my salesperson and he was great. Low pressure and very easy to work with. He was upfront every step of the way. The Jeep had a deposit on it and I was 2nd in line. I recently had a great experience at Audi South Austin. They had a 2013 Mazda3 that looked good on the internet and had a great price on it. I drove down from Georgetown and met with one of their sales reps -- Noe Mondragon. Noe has only been selling for Audi South Austin for a few months, but he was clearly well-trained on how show a vehicle and manage the sales process. He came across as a very personable, authentic person -- wasnt aggressive about trying to close the sale, just wanted to answer all our questions. After I agreed to buy the car, they noticed a tire issue when prepping the car for delivery, and replaced the tire with a matching tire. I dont purchase luxury cars, but they had the right used car for me. Overall, I was impressed by the dealership -- they are well-managed and very customer-focused.

Experience with South Austin Audi has not been very good with servicing. What you expect from a luxury car franchise is at least a quick & immediate response to the emergency repair needs. All of a sudden, my cars (Audi Q7, 2018) AC stopped working late last week. Called Audi service and the response from them is very poor to say the least. I called them on Friday, they dont have a spot to check for the problem till next Wednesday. And after checking, they will know how many weeks they will be keeping the car to fix the problem. This really shows there being a big difference in the promises being made for the world class service at the time of sale Vs what happens when there is a real need. And we are talking about Audi! This is not some superficial fix for which I can live with for couple of days. Texas summer is not something I can withstand with small kids in car without AC. It would have been much better if Audi gives loaner for such situations (as again promised at the time of sale). The response I got when asked about loaner: you would need to wait for at-least 3 weeks if you need a loaner. This is not Audi by any means! I have had very good experience in the past with same company at different place.

Have you ever felt like a dealerships interest in you ended as soon as the ink dried on the financing? Weve always found the service and tech assistance on our E-Tron to be excellent at Audi South Austin, but somehow there was a glitch with our recent tech appointment and we werent able to get help with our list of questions. We came home disappointed, and called Service Manager Lauren Duval. She listened carefully, then asked Carlos Mora to call us to talk through our problems. He quickly realized they were too complicated for our mature skill set and graciously said Why dont I just come out there? He spent a good deal of time, patiently solving each issue and even encouraging us to practice the solutions until they became second nature.Auto service doesnt always work perfectly and learning new technologies can take practice, but you can count on the qualified staff at Audi South to make it right and make it pleasant.

After a bad experience in Audi of North Austin a couple of years ago, I had never thought Id be back in an Audi showroom. Absolutely awesome experience. Geovanny was incredibly helpful as I compared models and had the Q7, etron, and TT Roadster ready for a drive when I arrived. When Geo was out of the office, other folks on the sales team stepped in to make a smooth transition. Great follow-up from the entire team and no pressure to buy. Chris was awesome when it came time for signing - don’t think I have ever had fun signing on a car before! Overall, awesome buying experience, and that’s amazing in a market with more buyers than available vehicles.

The Cavender Team was great. Max took the time to listen and understand my needs and wants to get me a good offer. Chelsea was the friendliest and personable finance person I have ever worked with in a car deal and Jay post sold me on my Wrangler purchase by telling me all the great aftermarket things I can do as well as invited me to be a part of the Austin Wrangler club and show me how to use my Wrangler to off-road the right way. Highly recommend the dealership and the team!

The team at Audi South Austin is exceptional. Ive been accustomed to poor service at other dealerships, but Audi South Austin is a cut above! The service team is prompt and courteous, especially the Service Manager Ms. DuVall. On the Sales side, Jose is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. 5 Stars all day!!!
