Dr. Brown was very rude and very unprofessional. There was a problem with my insurance on the company’s end and she was acting as though I was trying to come in and finagle with some fraudulent insurance.. Whole time the assistant is on the line verifying my insurance with the agent I was speaking with, she’s in the background add-libbing and adding these very unprofessional and unnecessary comments like a 12 year old. I felt very disrespected and was not going to proceed with getting serviced by someone like that. I politely let the assistant know that I would be taking my business elsewhere because that was uncalled for. But I should have known, trying to go to a 1 star rated Walmart Vision Center off of Gresham Rd in Atlanta. Very Ghetto.

I took my kids up here to get there eyes check, such a bad idea the doctor was so nasty had to tell he is talking to a child and not adult. Went around December here it is January n my child still havent gotten his glasses. Everytime I go up there its u have to come back when the doctor is he, then I did that still couldnt get the glasses. WTF is they if everything have to be done by the doctor, like what are these other people there for. Is really hard to just give the glasses why do I need to see the doctor. Never again will keep going to there old eye doctor

The eye doctor was great, however the rest of the staff need to be trained in customer service. They are argumentative, give conflicting information ( such as when to expect glasses to be ready for pick-up) and they act like THEY are doing YOU a favor by doing their jobs. I am glad that I finally got my glasses, but I will never, ever go there again and I will tell all family, friends, acquaintances and strangers to stay away from this place.

As of today, May 5, 2018, I still have not received contact lenses that I was examined for on April 11. Each time I have called (April 18, 25, 27). I was told I would receive a call back to let me know when they were coming in. I am very sad the customer service was so bad. I wont be using them again.

I don’t understand why they only allow pick up at 6pm Monday-Friday; what about the people that work, but you close at 8pm ridiculous....

Slow 2 open receiving door. Workers mill around aimlessly. More talking than working. Basically its walmart. Ssdd

Terribly run office with incompetent staff. Got an eye exam and ordered contacts in March. Tried to return today to order more contacts and they said they had no record of my exam or prescription and that I would have to pay for another exam. It’s as poorly run as the Walmart it’s part of, find a real optometrist.
