I went to Pearle Vision today (October 23, 2021) at 3425 Lenox Rd. As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted and helped by the sales associate, Kelsey. Kelsey spent almost an hour with me trying on glasses and helping me find the right fit. She even went and called my insurance to verify the benefits. Additionally, after my trying on almost 20 different pairs, the other sales associate came over to help with sanitizing the glasses to go back on the shelf. This sped up the process and made it very smooth. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will be making this my new go to store for glasses. The management of this store should be proud to have an employee like Kelsey who has excellent customer service skills and is knowledgable about all the brands in the store. Thank you Kelsey & the Pearle Vision Lenox team! I look forward to picking up my new glasses.

The staff here is so kind and really cares about their patients, not to mention how knowledgeable they are about eye care and frames! They are also reasonably priced and will work with your budget to get you what you need. I cant imagine anyone not leaving here more than satisfied and having a warm, wonderful experience. This is my first time at this location and the vibes are incredible! From check-in, to the exam, to finding the right pair of glasses they made me feel right at home! It felt like I was in and out with no hassle. Hopefully I can come back again next year for another pair of glasses!

I have been a patient here for almost a year. The attentiveness from Dr. Vaishnav is unmatched from any other optometrist that I have been with over my 15 years of wearing glasses and contacts. Along with the customer service from Alisha and Rimsha making every scheduling and contact refill effortless. I absolutely love coming here and wouldnt choose any other location.

This was my first time getting an eye exam in a while and going to pearle vision. Everyone there was super nice and really helpful. I was already late to my appointment because I got lost and the receptionist helped me find the store after I asked for help and was very understanding. Given how late I was (15 min) I was seen at a reasonable time as well. The doctor was also nice and helpful and I found an affordable pair of frames in the store for me. The store was clean and the staff did a great job at following covid guidelines/ safety by wiping their equipment before and after i used it. (Infront of me) Overall my experience was 10/10 and I definitely recommend going to this location.

The service and experience I had with the staff was outstanding. The eyewear associate that assisted me was professional and very helpful throughout the entire decision making process. She was patient with me and resolved any concerns I had. The end result was the perfect pair of eyeglasses that suited me and my specific needs. Im very pleased with my visit.

THEY CAN NEVER EMAIL YOUR PRESCRIPTION EVERY.SINGLE.TIME YOU CALL THEY ALWAYS HAVE AN EXCUSE AS TO WHY THEY CANT EMAIL A COPY OF YOUR PRESCRIPTION OMG. Like its literally ridiculous and so unprofessional. The last 3 times I called (all within a 1 1/2 year span) I have bet money that they would have an excuse for not sending it and I won EVERY bet bc THEY ALWAYS HAVE AN EXCUSE. Go somewhere else dont waste your time.

Misha gave a great experience when I desperately needed glasses.

Ripped me off 3 years ago, about $500 for exam and cheap Timex frames, arm broke within 3 months. charged me just under $300 for replacement frames. arm broke again in about the same amount of time the person told me it must be the way I take my glasses off. (been wearing glasses since 1988 never had this problem) they told me it would be $289 again so I Googled the frames, $69 online from timex, the girl said they would match that price and did. Guess what happened about 3 months later....they broke....went in and got them to order more then they never even called me back, the sweet thing is that EVERY year (3 now) they call to set up a new exam. I tell the person on the phone I had a bad experience and wouldnt be using them anymore and within an hr I get an email from them confirming my appointment 🙃.....it happened again today...If you live in Buckhead I would strongly recommend you use For eyes in the peachtree battle shopping center, paid a little over $600 for TWO pairs and havent had a single issue.......its hilarious that they replied about how customer service is important to them and I should contact them, yet they can have a rep call me every year.

It really has been a while since I got my vision done. This afternoon, I received a call from Jennifer from Pearle vision.She called me and wished me Happy Birthday with a beautiful southern accent. I thought that was the sweetest thing in the world. So I promised Jennifer, I’ll be there to make my appointment and to check their store out soon. I would like to meet Jennifer in person she just as sweet as she can be. I hope they give her a raise for being just nice and kind to customer. You never know what people are going to do under coronavirus outbreak. I work at a 12 hour shift hospital in Midtown, and it can be rough sometimes. I just have to remind myself that the nurses and the staff we are in this together. Thank you Jennifer, for making my Birthday much brighter.🥰🌹. Tina

I have to say, for my first experience here, it was fantastic. The nurses and doctors were fantastic. They were so nice, accommodating and very helpful in helping me understand my eye issues and solutions. Also Misha, the lady who helped us with my frames was amazing. She was a bundle of fun and really made the experience for me and my wife even more worth while. I will for sure be returning here next time.

I was told by them that it was time for my annual exam. After the exam they told me my insurance would not pay because I was their before it was time. I plan to seek legal action. This was a scam to get $79.00 from me.

I came not knowing what to expect, what I wanted or what my Insurance covered. The staff at Peale Vision on Lenox Road explained my coverage and were very efficient in helping me out. My 11 year old daughter frequently breaks her glasses. When this happens, Misha is always willing to help. All of the opticians here are wonderful, but Misha is the absolute best. She is patient, kind, funny and extremely knowledgeable about all things optical. I have never bought glasses for myself at Pearle Vision, but because Misha is so fabulous, my next pair will be purchased here.

I called Pearle Vision to inquire about same day pick up. The customer service over the phone was amazing. I emailed my prescription to their email so they could check to ensure they could prepare my lens. They called back a hour later stating they could prepare them.I arrived and had my glasses within 30 minutes. The longest part was choosing the lens I wanted.I highly recommend visiting this Pearle Vision location. Customer service is great. I even received a cold bottle of water.

Mischa and the rest are absolutely wonderful. There were issues with my frames being sent in (not their fault at all, the governments) and they took care of me to make sure I had my glasses same day. Recommend them over any website! Absolutely amazing customer service.

What makes this location great is the customer service. Mr. Ali is the face of great customer service. He is very attentive and very kind. He never forgets a face and ALWAYS greet you with a warm smile. Although Mr. Ali adheres to companys rules, he bends over backwards to assist his customers. Thursday was my very first time ever attending a Pearl Vision and I can say that it will definitely not be my last. They have a great customer service, clean and overall great vibes. My highlight has selecting my glasses with Ms. Linnie Garrett her energy, knowledge and helpfulness was simply refreshing. Thank you so much to everyone there for their help.

Knew exactly what I wanted when I went to order new glasses. The employee that assisted me (no longer employed there) was struggling to find the lenses I needed. After coming home and looking into it, I was afraid that they ordered the wrong thing and called - twice. She was very patient (which I appreciate) and assured me that they would be correct.The next day I get a call, they didnt choose the right insurance plan and overcharged me by about $180. I am guessing my insurance caught it and declined their payment. She assured me once more that the manager placed the order and they will be what I wanted. 2 weeks go by, I pick up the glasses and theyre not right.Not only are they the wrong lenses, there were scratches in the shape of an oval around both eyes that caught glare and made it look like my lenses were dirty. The frames were also scratched up, like they were used or the display model. The new employee apologized and said they would take care of it.Another week goes by, I pick up the new pair. While not scratched up at least, the lenses are still not what I wanted, and theyre the same used/scratched up frames. The employee (4th person I worked with during my visits) point blank lied to me and said they ordered new frames.So, while everybody was friendly and patient.. the bottom line is that I spent $375 and waited 3 weeks for glasses that are not what I needed. I dont appreciate having my time wasted and being lied to.

This year experience was even better than the last. Jasmine was awesome in getting me what I needed.I was grateful for the wonderful service especially with two representatives in particular, Jackie and James. It was my first experience in selecting eye glasses and the two of them enthusiastic in assisting me with second and third opinions. Plus I was a walk-in (with out a medical appointment) and though the Doctor was booked for the entire day they manage to get me an eye examination within a hour. The Doctor also was delightful with answering my questions. In all, I had a great experience.

I’ve been going to this location for about 5 years. I would normally leave a 5 for this location, however today I came in to order a new pair of glasses. The first attendant to help me rarely spoke to me or stood up from her desk. Her effort of help was minimal and came off as inattentive. I knew I needed to order a new pair of frames (I had just been seen 3 months prior for an eye exam). I mentioned an issue with my right eye contact, asking if I could have a spare contact (this location always provides a spare of both eyes if needed). She wasn’t very nice about the request and said ‘we only provide spares for clients.’ After pulling my insurance, this assistant went on to work with the next person to walk to in.Misha, who was as breath of air, was completely personable and attentive. I almost walked out of this office because of my experience with the first associate. My vision isn’t that great and I know I pay much more out of pocket and I thought about going elsewhere, however, Misha made my experience so much better with Pearl Vision, solidifying that I will come back to this Peal Vision location.
