Hello All,I would like to share my experience with Road Britanna. I currently own a 2009 Range Rover and have had a few places work in it but I always had to wait very long for parts or over charged. I would like to first poi t out the amazing humbling customer service I’ve worked with the office and also came in contact with the actual mechanics they all are honest and every time I come there to get my car serviced I am explained what was going on with my car and why they need to do what they need to do this company This company is amazing if you have a foreign car and you’re a girl you can feel safe to go people usually say oh you need to bring a man with you to get your truck fixed or are they going to see you coming but Not With this group of professionals Top of the line amazing customer service fair prices can’t beat it.

I am a long time user of their service. I have owned an 2011 LR4 since 2014 and I highly recommend these guys. They are not the cheapest but they do great work and what they did today was incredible for me as a loyal customer.We are leaving for the GA mountains today at 1pm. I smelled coolant coming from the car last night. I brought the vehicle in first thing, 8am. They were able to adjust their schedule of service to look at the truck immediately. Within 20 minutes they were able to identify the problem, a broken water pump. While they were hesitant, I told them I needed the car ready by 12:30pm so I could pack and get on the road...not only did they follow up with a phone call at 10am to discuss the price they also provided a discount on the labor and time based on my loyalty to them, followed up by another phone call at 11:30 to say the car would be ready in 45 minutes...they officially won a customer for life.I am about to head out to go get the truck because it will be done by 12:30!! Great job to their entire team.

Awesome experience!! Very nice and knowledgeable technicians. They listened and offered expert advice on service options. They serviced my vehicle and made sure I test drove it and was pleased before payment.

Moving to a new city can be very stressful. Especially when you have car trouble and dont know any mechanics. I decided to bring my car here after my radiator blew and it ended up being a great decision. The employees here are very straight forward with whats going on with your car and price. I will definitely be coming back here.......hopefully not anytime soon.

This was my first visit to Road Britannia. I found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. The quote that I was given was much lower than others I received. The works was completed on time and within budget. I was very pleased!

This was my third visit to Road Britannia, and as always..they did a fantastic job. I have a 94 Jaguar XJS, and they are the only place that can locate parts, quickly...and they always do a great job rectifying whatever the issue is. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with a European car...of a certain age.

Horrible Customer Service. WAS a client for over 10 years. The business and attitude towards customers has gotten so bad Ive gone back to the Range Rover dealership evening with their higher prices. Sometimes growth isnt good for all businesses.
