I called for help on my Ford Focus, it was running hot. Mechanic came out next day to meet with me. He was pleasant and was very knowledgeable about cars. He even has a discount with the auto part store which was a plus for me. It saddened me to know that he may be giving up his business. Better catch him while you can.

After John replaced my brakes they were making horrible noises. It took several weeks for him to come out and apply grease, but that did not fix the noise. These new brakes continued to squeal every time I used them. I kept trying to contact him to remedy the issue, but he would not reply. I finally had to take my vehicle to a real auto shop and they said he used poor quality brakes and to fix the noises I had to pay for new ones only several months later.

He fixed my issue. For a week my pontiac g6 was having issues. I bought the radiator and john installed it. He did a wonderful job fixing it. this is my new mechanic and will definitely be referring him to my friends and family.

I’ve been calling this place for a few days now so someone could come out and fix my car, instead of them being professional and straight up they had me running around in circles by having me on hold and hanging up in my face. Very weird.

Okay so I had been to 3 repair shops this week that stated they couldn’t remove my brake pads because a bolt from my caliper Was stuck if I wanted it done I would have to pay more and leave my car over night. So I prayed and search shops on google I found this one that was very close to me. He came to me also went and got the brakes for me and had my brakes done in under 45 mins with NO PROBLEMS. Very REASONABLE price. Thanks so much, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

He never disclosed that it will fall back down he just asked was it ok to use tape. All I needed was my window taped securely and he spent less than 30min and the next day my window has already fallen down again. I reached out to see if he’d be willing to come back another day to tape it back up and he simply told me to go buy more tape less than 24hrs after his “services” A complete waste of money and trying to support local businesses.

James is a life saver! Extremely professionaland timely. I was stranded and he was available on short notice! He was very easy to get a hold of and stayed in contact with me during the whole process (pre-arrival to a quick run to the store for parts)! He showed up within 30 minutes and was extremely transparent about pricing and immediately knew how to fix the problem with my car! He bought the parts that needed to be purchased and gave me the receipt. He fairly calculated the price of labor and didn’t up charge for having to buy the parts. He was extremely gracious and went above and beyond. He even took the time to explain what had happened to my vehicle and show me exactly what and where the problem was located. He came out and fixed our brake line on a Sunday and even went to a scrapyard to find the parts so that we could get back on the road after the nearby parts store didn’t have anything in stock. 5 hours and no help. He refused to come look at it 1st. He demanded to buy parts before coming. A tow truck guy stopped and helped me. It was just a system glitch.

My car simply would not start when I came out of the post office. A jump wouldnt work & I was very frustrated. Looked up mobile mechanics & found John. I had some difficulties getting in contact initially. Im really happy I was patient. Once we confirmed he was timely, polite, very knowledgeable & literally took 20 seconds to get my car started. I followed him to the auto parts store, got a new starter & he installed it & I was back on the road, all in under 2hrs. His rates were fairly comparable to other mechanics. Would DEFINITELY recommend this mechanic & will be personally using his services in the future!

Upon arriving from out of state for a weekend trip to GA, we had unexpected car trouble and were stranded in downtown ATL with little knowledge of the area or who to call. Thankfully, we called here and he responded to us immediately and despite our desperate situation, he quoted us a great price to come and diagnose the issue. He communicated with us until he found our location and he found the issue right away and provided us with several reasonable options to help us along our way. He was a great help to us and provided good service without trying to take advantage of our dire straits. My family and I were able to get home safely and it’s thanks to the $50 mobile mechanic. John is exceptional. I took my mercedes to another repair shop and I was quoted a very high price to repair the issue. I did my research and found this company. After john diagnosis, he found the problem would not require the part that was very expensive. He called me and told me that he found the problem and cancelled the order for the expensive part that i thought was the problem. I will recommend John to friends and family from here on out. He was a very honest person who is not trying to make a lot of money off of you. Honesty goes a long way in my book, and I appreciate it greatly John. Didn’t call back, text back, or answer the phone. He lies like his customers are the problem when he gets a bad review. I record all my calls & I have the text messages to prove it. I talked to him 1 time to book an appointment, he said it won’t be until Friday but give me a call to confirm it, I said okay thank you I will. He said nothing about a price or anything, when I called back to set it the next day, he ignored my call & my text, don’t waste your time here I ended up finding somewhere better, faster & more reasonable

Please stay away at all costs he is a liar and extremely unprofessional he wanted to get paid before the job was even completed. I have never heard of anyone getting paid before a job is complete. He explained it was his company policy but he never explain that before he came out. I explain to him he should’ve told me that before he came out because I would have never told him to come out If I knew that was his policy and he called the police because I didn’t want to pay him the $75 because he lied. Avoid at all cost

Honest & ReliableVery honest and reasonably priced. I had gone to 3 repair shops for quotes on fixing my car due to the check engine light being on. Two of the repair shops had stated that the reading for the check engine light had listed serval codes and because of this, they could not fix the problem. I called john shop and had he check for the reason why my check engine light was on. He informed me that there was just one code (not several) for the check engine light, therefore, only had one issue not serval issues, like the other repair shops had quoted me on and he fixed the problem in the matter of seconds. This saved me between $185-$285 dollars compared to the quotes received from the other repair shops. I appreciate the honesty & friendliness and professionalism that john has shown me. This guy really knows his cars.

What a great experience with john. Our daughter is living out of state while in college at clark atlanta university and had car trouble on I-20. Ended up getting the car towed back to her house on campus because it was late at night and found John the next day based on his great reviews. I gave John a call last week becauseMy car wouldn’t start. I told himOver the phone that a friend of mine suggested it might be that my fuel pump needs replacing. He said that he could come out in a few hours to do a consult. He did arrive around the time he said he would be there he alsoHad a great price of 40 dollars for the consult. He arrived and within 5 mins confirmed it was the fuel pump but then told me that he couldn’t do it because that would have to be done in the shop and he wouldn’t have the tools to lift my vehicle to replace the fuel pump. I was disappointed with this news because I advised him over the phone what the problem could be and if he knew that was a job he himself couldn’t complete I should have been made aware of that instead of having to pay for him to come out and confirm what’s wrong but not help fix it. I had to ask him for shop suggestions and He did give me a number for a shop he knew but again it’s not like the money I paid him will go towards the overall cost to fix my car. So really the fact that he came around the time he quoted and seemed knowledgeable about cars didn’t help me. I still had to search for another mechanic to do the job because he couldn’t.Update:Yes my apartment complex says no working on cars in the apartment area but shouldn’t you have a shop you can work out of for issues that needs fixing that can’t be done at the customers home? And I did mention I personally didn’t know what’sWrong with the car because I didn’t I did tell you what my friend said about it being the fuel pump the point is don’t call yourself a mechanic if you don’t have what’s needed to be one...

Unprofessional, uneducated, and a waste of 50$.He answered the phone with no introduction. He didn’t know whether or not I had oil in my car or not. As a result he advised more oil, which was an overflow and had to be drained by another professional mechanic.Long story short the only thing he did that I couldn’t was jack up my car to look underneath to confirm that there wasn’t an oil leak. Remind you I had already looked under my car to confirm no leak.Everyone’s experience is different and I felt mine was a waste of time and money.

Another mechanic told me that I had an electric issue so I called around to get a second opinion. I reached this mobile mechanic and it was not electrical. It was the starter. Great and thorough service, thank you.

Took the time to go up to Autozone with me to get the proper part after his initial fix (based on my diagnosis, not his) didnt solve the problem. Will certainly be back!

This company or person has to be the most unprofessional what ever it is i have dealt with. I call the number and explain my problems( i was stuck on the side of the road) and the man said he will arrive in a hour. A hour passes by and the guy does not show. I call the guy said he will arrive in a half a hour..half a hour comes and he does not show. Call back again he then explains that he is on his way. 2 hours later and after ignoring my call he does not show. I gave him one last call he then tells me he cant do it help today. I could of been had a tow to help me. I was stuck on the side of the road in a city and state that i am not from with my husband and 5 year old child. This “mechanic” said he had no idea how to change a starter on an ‘85 Jeep. I went to Autozone, bought one, replaced the existing... engine cranked right up.Reckon I’m in the wrong line of work. He is exceedingly unprofessional. First he showed up an hour and a half late to our scheduled appointment. Not only did he not give me a curtsy call but he still expected full payment. He did except my credit card, and made me go to the ATM to withdrawn his forty dollar diagnosis fee. Mind you, I had my 6 month old infant with me. Obviously, I was not able to drive so I called an Uber to bring me and my baby home. He proceeded to inform me that he could just follow me to my banks ATM. He was extremely rude and inconsiderate of everything he had put me through. Do not call him for anything. He is dirty and disrespectful. He will be a waste of you time and money.

The AC in my Ford Focus had been blowing hot air for a few weeks and I was desperate for help, but didnt have time to researcha a good mechanic, drive somewhere, and wait for them to fix it. So I finally decided to try a mobile mechanic and texted a dozen different numbers I found on Google. John from $50 Mobile Mechanic responded immediately, and within a few texts we decided on a time and meeting spot. He was able to meet me at the Napa Auto Parts store in just an hour! He was there right on time, showed me what freon I needed to buy, then did the job quickly, efficiently, and with a great attitude. Once the air started blowing nice and cold, the freon started leaking out and John went and got the tube cap from his own car to put on mine! He said I could have it, he would get another one for himself. So nice! Would definitely recommend and will use again.

He only looked at the exhaust smoke and told me the piston rings were bad (that I needed a new engine). Smoke from the exhaust can have a lot of different causes, a quick search on Google already told me that was one of them. He charged $40 for that.I later did a compression test that turned out well and new spark plugs and ignition coils fixed the problem.He was on time though.

The first time I used this service, Lorenzo was a little unprofessional but he did fix the problem. So I thought I would use him again. The second time I only needed an inspection. Not only did he not show up when he said he would, he didn’t even bother to call or text to say he wasn’t coming!!! I figured ok maybe something’s wrong. So, when I finally text him after hours of not showing up he responded he couldn’t come, maybe tomorrow. At this point, I’m mad and frustrated but still I asked, ok, what time can you come tomorrow then? He responded, I’LL LET YOU KNOW. I’m like really????!!!! I responded that I would need a time and “I’ll let you know” won’t work. He never responded again after that. However, when I responded to him hours later, that since he didn’t reply, I’m assuming my service is not important and I will definitely remember to never use him again and definitely won’t be referring anyone. Then miraculously he responds with, ok. Like nothing happened!! No apology or nothing!! LOL!! What a joke and what a huge waste of time!!! PLEASE CALL A REAL MECHANIC SERVICE AND SKIP THIS ONE, YOU’LL ONLY END UP FRUSTRATED.UPDATE!!!!: You guys again, don’t fall for the lies. The response from the owner is COMPLETELY FALSE. The second call to him was an ATTEMPT to give him a fair chance and not judge based on ONE experience. Secondly, how could I refuse to pay the diagnostic price if he never showed up!!! I decided to try this mobile mechanic because he did a good job of fixing my brothers car last summer. I called him 3 times trying to set up an appointment for him to repair my car. Each time he said that he would call me back but he never did. On the 3rd call, he was kind of rude and sounded annoyed. Wasted my time. Will be hiring someone else instead.

The mechanic came out and gave me an assessment, come to find out the assessment was wrong! On top of that it did more damage to the vehicle than good. I ended up paying extra money to get the car repair, because of the mechanic they sent out bads advice. This was my first and last time using them. Never again.... What a waste of $70.00
