These guys are honest and work is on time as scheduled. I have a 2003 GMC envoy and heard noise in the front tires. They found the problem in I needed to front wheel bearings in the truck runs like brand new again, I love it!

This shop is pure trash. They will try to rob you. We had a engine replaced here a few months back. We noticed that they installed a hose in the back of the engine incorrectly. The technician acknowledged it and said he would fix it. I waited over 2 hours for them to fix it. When i got home i opened the hood and noticed THEY DIDNT FIX IT. I called and they basically said that i have to get a water pump and thermostat and then they will do it. They messed it up and tried to lock me in for other repairs in order for them to fix their mistake. Shut this place down asap!!! Highway robbery. Definitely reporting this to the better business bureau asap

Just got an oil change at this location based on the positive reviews. My experience was great. Very prompt, courteous and efficient. Facilities were very clean and all the reps were very nice. Pricing was very reasonable (I use Mobile One synthetic) and they had me in and out quickly.

Car service is fine. However, I was told someone would be there as late as 8pm for me to come pick my car up even tho they close at 6:00. I got there at 7pm and no one was there, obviously empty inside and my car was parked out front UNLOCKED. Pick your car up by closing. Ridiculous

They do good work but always take a lot longer than expected. The actual service provided is generally good, but the organization and time management needs improvement.

I had a great experience getting a tire patched at Exxon on Lindbergh. Larry was able to patch my tire right away and was very nice and friendly. He even went above and beyond and helped me figure out how to put away my tools in the car. In total, the patch was done in about ten minutes for a great price. Lindbergh automotive is always reliable and trustworthy. Ive been a loyal customer for 6 years now and they have never disappointed me. They also offer a ride back to work or home if the car is being left at there place. Dont go to dealers people, dealers will kill you on labor where here you pay much less for the same parts and service.

Great shop. Very timely. $20 oil change on Saturdays for full synthetic. Cant beat that deal. Also doubles as a carwash and hand detailing shop. Professional staff.

The reason I am giving it four stars is I called in to inquire about their services and pricing and was really impressed by the customer service and the fact that the person who answered did not give me an underestimation of how much time it would take to complete the service. When it comes to mechanics, this is extremely rare. Please note: they seem like a really good business, and I will be sure to update my rating after I go there for an oil change. Cant wait!

I was told by two different large chain automotive repair shops I needed a part but one couldnt do it and the other was taking too long to get to my car. Their mechanics were on their phones alot I noticed. So I called Lindbergh where i had had emission tests done before and liked their cool attitude. They were very nice and ordered the part. I went in (made an appt earlier) and they got it done in 45 minutes. Maybe they just werent busy that day but I felt good about my exoerience. Also it was about $100 less than the large retail chain was going to charge. It was my first experience with Lindbergh doing a major repair so dont know if every experience will go so perfectly but I will be back.

Went in to get my Mercedes C350 serviced. Did not have an appointment but Harold still took me in and took care of my service B light. They also replaced my tires, rotors and brakes for a reasonable price for a mercedes. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come out here if they want good quality service

I’ll never be back here!!! I’m leaving now and have never had issues here.First, I made an appointment and asked about the coupon on the website, I was told I could use it and I’m assuming they checked my account when I made the appointment. Then, after almost 2 hours, it’s still not done. But, Im now able to pay and I’m told the coupon wouldn’t be honored because of the oil used. The coupon has no restrictions, and after an argument it’s now free because he’s frustrated!Nor did they clear the error message on the dashThey didn’t even put the paper down on the car floor.Worst experience here EVER!!!

I really dont post much, but this place actually got me . Came in for a brake inspection and was taken in quickly. The customer service from the staff amazing. When paying for my oil change, I was told that my car looked great and had no oil leaks. A week later I found a puddle of oil under my car so I looked under the hood to find the oil cap and not been put on. Oil was everywhere. They towed it to the shop and when I arrived they had obviously filled the oil back up and cleaned off the engine and called me a lier saying the photo of the puddle was not from my car. Ive never had any problems with my car until I took it here.

I am going to tell you about my experience in this store.I have been a repeated customer to this store for one year.3 days ago, my car broke down and I took it to them and they said I need to change the battery and the alternator. They had the alternator and battery replaced for $580 including the parts. I got my car at the same day, and the a/c comes on but does not blow out cold airThe ac was doing perfect before I took my car to them.I went back to them and I told them the problem. They said they needed time to look at it.Then, I went there back they fixed it and they charged me $80.I spoke to people about that and they said The person who worked in your car had to remove the AC condensor mounting bolts to slide the Ac compressor forward to remove the alternator. AND Your AC is not working well is related to your alternator replacement according to the service manual.I am not happy with the service. I will never refer somebody to them.All I can do about it is post here and share my bad experience.

I have had a two-year debacle with my A/C. I went in to have the system repaired, at a cost of just over 1200 dollars. The A/C was not cold. Over the course of the next two summers....the shop claimed to have repaired every portion of the system, yet it never worked. They broke my vents, which dont directionally function. They flooded the wheel-well with water, from replacing an evaporator. After 20 plus visits, to have this rectified..along with other malfunctions that happened while my car was in their shop...(like getting it home at it all of a sudden, not starting), I was told that they could not diagnose it, and to go to a place with the proper equipment. My question was, why not tell me that at the very beginning? If you could not diagnose it, you could not repair it in the first place! I got it diagnosed, took it back, because they said they would make it right. I get there, they tell me they cannot do it, because the thing it needed they had nothing to do with, when it was the A/C unit, I initially went in to have repaired! They have gone through THREE managers..Roland, Daniel, and Marsh...who either left, or were fired for negligence. Long story short....they are disingenuous people...with shoddy mechanics. One of the mechanics...Tim, was late one day...and could not repair the shoddy work HE did on my car, because HIS CAR BROKE DOWN!!!!Enough said.

Best Autoshop in town! Went in for elctrical check since my car kept cutting off, needed a battery and alternator. The staff did everything they could to get my car out today. I am absolutley 100% satisfied for getting my car same day and the prices were the best as well. Will be coming back for all my maintenace.

They’re willing to show you exactly the problem and tell you prices up front.However, the prices are outrageous. Go somewhere else.

Went in for an A/C Diag, Was advised that i had to get my compressor and condenser replaced. The prices were amazing compared to other shops around the Lindbergh area and the customer service was great and friendly. I recieved a visiual inspection and Mr.Kelley guide me on what he will be replacing. Best Autoshop in town!!! Will definetly keep coming here!!!!!

Wow. I rarely write reviews because rarely am I wowd in the way I was visiting Lindbergh Automotive.It was a Wednesday evening after work and I was making my way back home in Atlanta rush hour traffic when I noticed my tire was low. I pull over at a gas station air pump in front of Lindbergh Automotive and one of their service techs flags me down, kindly offering to pump my tire for me. We find out that I have a huge bolt in the corner of my tire (capable of causing a blow out). This is 5:40PM mind you and they rush to get me a tire before the supplier closes at 6:00PM. Im told to grab a coke from the fridge on the house and make myself comfortable, and I do. 20 minutes or so later, the tech has returned with a tire and popped it on. I cannot recommend this shop enough.TLDR; they went above and beyond, running down the street for a new tire and popping it on in minutes and I was back on the road.

I went to Pepboys to explain that my AC condenser drain line was clogged causing water to fill up inside my HVAC unit and spilling on the floor of my car. All I want it was a quick blast of compressed air in the drain line of my condenser drain. But Shanice at Pepboys refused to help me. She stated that I didnt know what was wrong with my car and I would need a full air conditioning investigation and they would have to make an appointment. So I went up the street to Lindbergh Automotive. The mechanic met me immediately at the counter when I walked in and asked me what was up. I told him my drain line was clogged and I just needed a quick blast of compressed air. He told me to bring the car back immediately and he would do it right then. I showed him where the train was and he blasted it with air and a gallon of water Spilled Out. they didnt even want any money. This is precisely, exactly the type of business a shop should be doing. Clear understanding to help the customer hassle-free, argument free. Im 2000 miles from home and your help was very needed and I am very thankful.

Fast service with care

If I had the opportunity to put absolutely no stars I most certainly would. I experienced the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Daniel the manager was horrible. I set up an appt with them so they could fix an issue with my front driver wheel bearing. As I left and waited for my car to be done. I received a few calls from them the first was them trying to be con artists and get more money out of me, my front passenger wheel bearing had been fixed a few days prior but not the driver side (they didnt know that) they lied and stated that same side needed repair as well, when I told him it didnt because of it getting fixed a couple days prior, he felt pretty stupid. Furthermore, I have rims on my car which DO NOT require a key to remove ONLY a 9/16 measurement. Second time he called, he asked if I had the key in which I explained there is not one for the rims (apparently he got offended and felt I was trying to tell him how to do his job) and third call was him immediately getting on the phone and stating very rudely I just need to pick up my car now because he is absolutely sure it needs a key, and he hung up the phone. I went to the location and stated how poorly he was treating me, to actually find out that he had the appropriate tools to do it the WHOLE time but refused because he was mad that I told him MY rims dont require a key or whatever personal reason. I asked for him to take me to my car to show me what he was referring to and he refused and not only that, it was raining on this day, when I got back to my car the mechanics had my windows rolled down which could have damaged my upholstery. Along this, he was very unprofessional and stated remarks that were absolutely unacceptable in which I recorded the conversation. I will never go back to another NAPA center (this is also tied in with the NAPA auto care Center) again and suggest anyone reading to go take business elsewhere even if it cost a little more. It will be worth it.

These folks couldnt be nicer. They plugged my tire in a jiffy and it only cost $15. They also made sure my other tires had the right air pressure.

Our car broke down while on a trip to Atlanta. Lindbergh Exxon Auto Repair took complete advantage of us and charged us more than double what they should have. The parts that they replaced they marked up to more than double the cost. What should have been a $250-$300 job they charged us $750. I would stay away at all cost.

I spent in excess of $300 for a tune up. Afterwords, my vehicle sputtered as badly as when I dropped it off. I emailed them and got no response. They will NEVER see me nor any of my friends ever.

Everything works but they charged me 3 times what they should have. Must be because we were from out of town.
