I agree with Derrick Hanley. Im pretty much having the same experience. I have probably spent around $800 on tires from this place. Which is actually a lot of money considering the fact that the tires only cost between $50 to $60 for new and or used tires. I just got a new tire the other day, and immediately within about an hour I got a low tire pressure message from my car. I filled it with air, and went on about my day. Needless to say two times again that same day that I purchased the tires I got low tire pressure messages, and I had to fill the tire with air. I got up early in the morning, and as early as I could I had it to the location to get a result for my tire. I was told that it wasnt the back tire, and it was the front fire on the passenger side with the nail, which could have actually been true. But I still believe that the new tire that I had received in the rear was also an issue. I say this because I literally have photos of the low tire pressure from my car, and my the two air pressure devices that I have. Today as I was out, I received another low tire pressure message from my car. I just feel like there is something wrong with the quality of the tire from this place continuously replace the tires. If I knew that I would spend $800 on tires that I would have to continuously replace, I would have just got a new set from a more established tier tire shop, and got a warranty so I wouldnt have to deal with this because essentially I paid the same price with all the replacement for tires from this location.

Fast, honest and good service. Needed good used tires to hold me over and can’t complain. Being a woman and purchasing tires I always hesitate, but Fadi and Mick answered all my questions professionally and got me tires at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good service at a reasonable price.

I purchased a brand new set of tires for my vehicle. Atlas ordered them at 830am friday, went and picked them up, and by 10am I was driving away. Overall good experience.

I feel like the owner is not very through. I got 2 front tires & asked him should they be balanced & he said no, Well that was not true. They charge 50 per tire, I found a better tire shop 40 per tire.

I go up there to address an issue with a tire that I purchased for my aunt days after the purchase. She had just left there after informing them that her low air pressure light was on. They told her to drive it around for a few hours and come back. The tire they sold was only holding 20 psi. When I arrived there the guy that worked on the tire was standing there talking their language to his country men. I stood beside him looking right at him to give intent that I wanted to speak with him. This guy was so dismissive that he walked in the building and set down in the office. I stood outside for 2 minutes and walked in to address the situation as to why she was told to continue to drive the car instead of them checking it out. He leaves and tell the worker outside that he was going to get change. The nice worker honors the work theyve done previously and fixes it with no additional charges. My aunt and I were both present during the purchase of the tire. There was no need to give her a hard time and to be dismissive to me. This guy that appears as the boss shows tendencies of bad business especially with women as I gather. The worker outside is great, but overall not good business for our black women.

Decent price for used tires that looked new.

Bought a tire from Frank last week because of a slow leak, I told Frank I thought it was in the rear driver tire but he insisted it was in the front passenger. Overpaid for new used front passenger tire by an extra $15 ($55 total) but did not get angry because I appreciated their convenience. Next morning, said tire; front passenger (from Atlas) was completely FLAT resulting in buying another used tire at a local shop for $35, and another tire for the slow leak tire which ironically still held its air throughout the night ($70 total). Now I see why there are never any vehicles at this establishment. Terrible.

While on my trip up north for a girls extravaganza Labor Day weekend I had the misfortune of having my tire pop. My friend, who is a gem, googled the closest tire shop in the area. Nope. Dont do it. Such a waste of money...1. They dont clean the rooms on the inside which leads to slow leaks2. Next day tire was flat.3. Bought all 4 and still putting air in them every week.4. $120 more I could have gotten brand new ones WITH a warranty!

Valve stem broke off I went to atlas for repair they stripped my lug nut now tire cant be fix then they didnt have equipment to fix what they broke I end up spending 55 dollars just to remove lug nut I called them back they basically said fu-- off their is nothing they can do its my problem a ten dollar fix cost me 70 dollars
