I got two flat tires and they dont have the right size for my tires. So they said they can probably get the tires replaced tomorrow. After that, they just left me here and ignore me. I was really fsgurating. My home is 40 mins from here. Sad. But luckily there is tire store own by black brother bring the new tires to me and help me replaced for an reasonable price on this emergency service. The name of store call ATC. What a day. I really glad there is such a nice store nearby except the southern tire Mart

My car got a flat from an underpowered QT air compressor so I gave them a call and they sent down a really nice and helpful guy to help out. Incredible service the whole time, would absolutely recommend to anyone! Terry and Jason gave awesome service!

I’ve been to a few southern tire marts and this one is the best. I drove 43 extra miles but it’s worth the experience. Everyone you deal with there is so nice to talk to and they explain things and they are quick. If I need more tires or other services that they provide. I will be back.

Southern tire mart is the only tire shop I will buy from, I have bought two steer tires from them already, prices are very fair, their employees are some of the kindest people I have ever met. I am in and out in one hour. They accept credit cards.

Would love to be able to rely on this company because of there convenience but both times I’ve tried to spend money here I’ve walked away disappointed! My first experience I ended up leaving with 2 out of 4 tires rotated and 2 broken lug nuts! This morning (after being told yesterday to come first thing in the morning) I’m there bright and early at 7:30 when the doors opened for an alignment. By 8:10 after seeing other people vehicles serviced who entered AFTER me, I left! Butler Tire in austell is a little further trip but at least they make you feel good about spending your money with them!

Well it was all good til they broke a part and I had to wait almost a week after spending $$$ amount. You would think I wouldve been reimbursed for my time and patience. But shout out to the workers who actually cared.

Called ahead for tire availability, and was told tires were in stock, arrived 30 minutes later told they hadnt had that brand of tires in days. Asked just to have a bad trailer tire replaced only to be told it was 30 minutes before closing and if I wanted to wait I could. Total bad attitude from Manager in charge, and I just refused to give him my money. Southern Tire Mart is my go to shop for 10 trucks and 20 trailers I run. Ive had nothing but great experiences with them, but tonight Loves got my $1,000.00 . Ill head back to the Forest Park location and hope for better service.

Its clear that there short on mechanics, but I had several things that needed to be fixed on 2 of my trucks and Jeremy the mechanic still made sure to not rush just to get me out back on the road. He did a great job especially being the only tech there.

I was in a bad spot with blown tire and no spare. These guys got me in and 2 new tires in about an hour. All at a reasonable price.

I work at for a local transit company and I must say the technician ( RJ) who came to my rescue, not only did he do an awesome job, he was very quick and very professional. He knew what he was doing and got the job done. He was done in less than 20mins and I was back on the road. Shouts out to RJ for great job.

Id like to thank them for providing us with a restroom for my 8 year old daughter. We had to leave the interstate and none of the gas stations had restrooms, except for a really sketchy one. Out of desperation we stopped here and they said of course and we had the cleanest restrooms on our 10 hour drive. They also seemed to be doing a bang-up business and had a nice waiting area. The whole place was spotless.

When I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces and got me right in the bay. Now being a truck driver that never happens. I was in and out in a jiffy. I highly recommend southern tire mart here. Awesome place and very clean business.

Nice guys and they know their stuff. I took my Kenworth for a 3 axle alignment (my first time here) and they did a great job for a good price! I also got a great deal on 4 tires mounted and balanced for my Chevy Trailblazer while I was there. Wrote me up an estimate and gave me a print out. I will be back asap to get those tires and I know have a good place to get my W9 alignment done👍. Just call first before you come. You may have to get an appointment time but they keep it moving!

I discovered Southern Tire Mart by chance but I am glad that I did! After driving for Uber most of the night and early morning, I pulled onto I-20 from the Thorton Road ramp and immediately ran over something causing a flat to my rear passenger tire. Luckily, I was able to make it to the next exit safely and quickly used Google to find a local tire store. The first place I called did not have my tire size available but recommended Southern Tire Mart to me. I called them, and spoke to Jason, who immediately assessed my situation, offered assistance at my location if needed, and found quality replacement tires for me at a reasonable price. I was able to use my spare to drive the short distance to their location and was greeted by Jason and the tech Dylan. I had been considering getting new tires before the flat as well as replacing my rear brakes and rotors, and after providing me with a free assessment, Dylan installed new tires and brakes as a package deal and disposed of my old tires for free. In the matter of a couple hours of what could have been a stressed-filled day, I was in and out the door and now feel completely satisfied with the safety and condition of my vehicle. Thanks, guys! They did everything they could in a timely manner to get me back on the road safety, unlike those people at Chevy dealership on Thorton road, they could not find the issue with my tires SMH ...glad I found southern tire mart, I am forever a customer now. Stopped to get 4 tires on my truck. Got me tires but the mechanic failed to inform me that the carbon fiber centercaps were loose on my wheels. Had 4 now only have 2 and now those two are loose. Said I have to come from AL to get replacement they bought, but they are not the right kind I can tell from the picture. Ive been considerably more than understanding when I shouldnt have been and still they have been shady to a T. There was nothing wrong with the centercaps and now Im replacing at my own dollar. Coming from a lifetime mechanic....Consumer beware if they mess up they are not likely to fix if they can weasel their way out of it.
