I got a flat last night in Atlanta 2 hours from home and the tow arrived just after my planned shop closed. The driver recommended this location and Im so glad he did.The staff was super nice and I was out the door with a replaced tire within 10 minutes. The pricing was very inexpensive, but I still left with a tire from a high quality brand I like and trust. I would absolutely recommend them and will go here if I ever need service in Atlanta!

The service was great. I called ahead and they had a spot ready for me. They also sell pre-owned tires, this is the type of company that works for the community.

I ran over a nail in a construction zone, slapped on my spare, and then slammed into a decent sized pothole and blew it up. I was only 5 minutes away from R&R, and these folks quickly and efficiently patched up my main tire, and were very kind in the process. Thank you so much for saving my day! God bless you folks

Quick, friendly, and fair is my short review. See below for my long review:Late Saturday night I was coming home after dropping someone off. Pulled into my driveway and was met with a neighbor running over to my car and letting me know my tire was leaking air and going flat. It was so loud I could hear it in the car. It was 6pm on a Friday so there was no one open and most shops not open till Monday. I threw the spare on and then started my search to see who can help on a Sunday. This is how I found R/RTire. Many mainstream shops had the same kind of reviews. Slow, poor communication, or being told one price and charged another. I trusted the rates showing for R/RTire and decided to go see them the next day. I got there around noon on a Sunday. They had two other cars already being serviced but got to me in less than 10 minutes. I explained that I had a screw in my tire and it caused my flat. The gentleman who helped me took a look at where the puncture was at and said that I didnt need a tire and this could be repaired. Around 5 minutes later he had repaired the tire, 2 minutes after that he was taking off my spare, 3 minutes later he was putting my repaired tire back on. He came back with a receipt and price was more than fair for the repair. I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. Any other time I have had a tire repaired or replaced it has been hours before the work was finished. I will be back for any future tire needs at R/RTire. Thank you to the two gentleman who helped me on a busy Sunday and saved me a ton of time and potential headache. Keep up the great work!!!

I was traveling North on I-75 when I get a drill bit in my right rear tire. Quickly Googled closest tire repair to my location and took next exit. R&R was within 1 mile of the off ramp. Gene immediately came over and started working on the problem. He had me fixed and back on the road within an hour. Great customer service and prices. I drove up, no appointment, no calling ahead with a flat tire. 15 minutes and $40 later they had me on my way out with a new tire. Great, quick service and friendly staff!

I’m torn about how I feel about this place. Yesterday (a Sunday), around 430pm I discovered a flat tire. Silly me drove a half mile on it to get air.These guys tried to plug my tire then patch from inside which is when they discovered I had ruined the tire from driving it that short distance. They told me my size tire was out of stock but guaranteed they’d have it the next day (today) and would put the money I had already spent for them to mount my spare towards the cost of tire.Today, around 7pm once I was able to leave work, I went back to this shop. Apparently they still didn’t have my size tire. The guy went to go check on something and never came back so I had to find another tire shop to get a tire at 730pm on a Monday. I drive my car for work so I couldn’t wait another day.All of that is to say this... I was very pleased on Sunday at the kindness and service I received. Today I felt scammed and generally disappointed.I’d suffice to say that give them a chance if you need a quick repair, patch, or plug. But maybe call ahead for your tire size if you need new ones.

Fast, friendly service!! Traveling through Atlanta and had blow out. These guys were willing to travel to us. We made it to them and tire was repaired within an hour!! Great staff.

We went in to get an emergency patch up for our punctured tire. Didnt get the name of the fellow who attended to us (had weaved, gold hair) but he was courteous and the service was quick, despite there being other customers. Not to mention that it was also very affordable.

Ive been going here for almost 20 years for my used tire and plugging/patching needs. As a struggling college student and repeat customer back then Ron always looked out. Its not a fancy place but dont let that fool you. The guys here know what theyre doing. They are fast and the prices are beyond reasonable! They will always get my business!

The streets of Atlanta have not been kind to my tires. With all these potholes it’s nice to have a go-to tire spot. After a screwdriver punctured my tire the other day I came here and everyone was super cool. Great prices and service would definitely recommend and will be back

After my car caught a flat I went here to get it changed i inquired about the price and lamented that I didnt get paid until Friday so I might just put on a spare. After I told them that they stopped helping me and proceeded to talk trash. I then check my account and realize I had more than I thought so I went over to tell the guy I would indeed buy a tire. While I was discussing another guy came up and said dont worry about it they aint got no money no guy Im a responsible car and home owner and I pay my bills, meanwhile they literally live in trailers in the parking lot. 2 stars because I was able to buy an affordable tire just to get me to work

Josh is the best! Found out that I needed a major wheel alignment, and l my tires where the wrong size! Josh showed me how to check the size requirement for my toyota and he made sure we were safe to drive. Awesome shop with awesome hours! I will definitely be back!

I purchased a set of tires. None of the tires were 100% round. I have never known tires not to be round. After having to pay for another alignment, we returned to this company. We are waiting for a call to replace the tires. The guys here are very nice.

I had to return to get another repair on the same tire they repaired last month. The technician told me the plug had worked its way out because I had too much tread on the tire. They made me pay full price for the 2nd repair because it had been too long. YOURE REPAIRING YOUR SHODDY WORK! If it had been done right the first time, which was only a month ago, I wouldnt have been required to have an additional repair. Please believe I WILL NOT be returning to them again.Check out the response I got below...Sir, your receipt says theres a 7 day guarantee on tires not repairs. And as far as working with me, the technician went inside to the manager (who Im assuming was you) and asked about giving me a discount since it had only been a month since the repair of the exact same tire and the exact same hole. He was told to tell me that it had been too long. Im a reasonable person and I try to look at things from both sides of the argument. My problem here is that my tires are new...like less than 6 months old new Michelin tires. The technician should have known that the tire had too much tread for a plug to hold and suggested that I get a patch instead. The technician who did the 2nd repair told me that immediately. So if you arent going to honor your repairs at least train all your staff to do the work right the first time.Btw...your response below didnt help. An apology would have been better.

I love this place they are good people. They definitely took good care of us. The owner is very friendly and made sure his workers made us feel very comfortable. Ive been to 3 other shops today. They were honest. They could have charged me for a new tire, but instead told me that my tire was in good condition and that they could repair the puncture. this service was a fraction of what a tire would have cost. Ill be back for future work. I drive an expensive car and people often try to take advantage of me and rip me off, it was nice to do business with a company that has integrity!

Person who repaired my tires had broke my stud and screwed on a lug nut incorrectly, and cause my other studs to be warped due to vibration in the car. Had to get new studs and get it repaired. If you want your car messed up, come here! Service is complete trash!

These guys were so professional. I called to get my tire patched up and they came to ME to fix it. Within an hour and a half of calling I had a new tire and it was cheaper than the nearest competitor.
