The lady who returned my call seemed very indifferent and provided me a very low-quote for my car with absolutely no space (at all!) to negotiate - even after I kept insisting that I made all the necessary repairs to my 2009 Toyota. I recently sold my 2004 Honda to the webuyanycar in arlington (walter reed dr.) on 12 march 2020 and found the experience very efficient . Sherri, the agent I dealt with, was very personable and explained what she doing throughout the car inspection. My car definitely had some cosmetic dings to it so I was not expecting to get the price that I was quoted. I also wrote in the wrong model when I did the online valuation estimate which affected the final pricing. If I had more time I believe I could have definitely gotten more money on a private sale. So I do think when you use a service like this that you should understand you are likely not going to get the market value. It was probably what I would have expected if I had traded in the car at a dealer. But for my purposes the price I got was sufficient and it was one less thing I have to deal with. Tom
