Recently purchased a 2016 M235i from this dealership under some extraordinary personal circumstances. Working with Tony and Omar was a fantastic experience; they were both communicative, professional, and flexible with me throughout the purchasing process. Tony presented me with financing options that were more than reasonable, so much so that I decided to work with him for the financing. The car I purchased is incredible, and aggressively priced in comparison to similar vehicles on the market. Highly recommend their business!

I scheduled an appointment for a test drive online. I called the next day to confirm my appointment since I never received an email or heard from a rep. No one answered, so I left a voicemail requesting a call back. I never received a call back. I showed up to my test drive appointment only to find out the car had already been sold. No care, interest, or professionalism was demonstrated by the staff. Their low prices come with low customer service.

Absolute best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Met with Omar to check out a Tesla Model 3. Omar was easy to work with, laid back, and anything but pushy. Once I decided to buy, Omar and the finance team got me set up with a solid deal (and yea, they gave me a solid offer on my trade-in). Came back a few times after my purchase to grab some personal items I left behind in my car, and everyone was more than happy to help me hunt down my belongings. Would recommend to anyone!

We went to look at a 2015 Honda Odyssey that was listed for sale on their website. Upon arrival they told us it was sold but they had one similar for us to look at. We ended up trading my car in on a 2014 Honda Odyssey. It has given us nothing but issues since purchasing 2 weeks ago. Week one the air conditioner broke and had to be repaired…. Now week 2 the check engine light is on and it has multiple warning lights flashing. We can barely get it to run long enough to get it to a Honda dealership to be looked at. We replaced the cabin air filter which was FILTHY along with the engine air filter. It’s very clear that they tampered with it to get it running long enough for us to buy it. Extremely disappointed is an understatement!!! Now we are faced with $200+ Just to get the car diagnosed. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! You think you get a great deal but end up with a lemon.

I must say,my experience here has been a great one.Omar and Tony was exceptional in the way the proceeded with me wanting to obtain my dream vehicle. Being that Im in a different state Omar did a walk around to show me every scratches and dings that was on the vehicle..I loved his honesty..he also drove the vehicle and sent me the video. I didnt expect it to be perfect but he was upfront with it. Tony worked with the financial part and kept me informed..he answered all questions and concerns I had. Although I did not end up taking the vehicle because of cutbacks they were very understanding. I will definitely use them in the future when things start looking up again. I cant say enough about my experience with WBM of Arlington. Im an extremely picky enthusiast buyer who was looking at a car from several states away. This was my first Porsche and I was quite concerned to be buying from an independent dealer. However, the team (and it was a team effort) provided me every piece of information I needed and addressed every concern I had in order to give me the confidence I needed to come buy the car sight unseen.It is no small factor that this car was not bought at auction, but bought from the local Porsche dealership after it was traded in. This not only reduced their costs, but they were able to much better assess the car that they were buying, as they had PPI done by the dealership before they bought it.I had many questions about the car and I did a lot of independent research, including talking with the shop that formerly serviced it. Every bit of information that had been provided to me, while it could have easily been made up, completely checked out. They were totally forthcoming and honest. And, above that, the car was mechanically and cosmetically solid.The fact that I also felt like I was getting a good deal had me continually waiting for that red flag to show itself, but it never did! I am 110% happy with my purchase and with my experience with WBM of Arlington!Oh, and I should add that I immediately drove the car 3000 miles over 10 days upon picking it up with no issues at all. This even included a quick stint on a racetrack in NJ and a spirted run on the Tail of the Dragon in TN/NC!

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from here because of a good price, you will need extra money to fix the vehicle in one way or another once you purchase or finance a vehicle at WBM of Arlington.. The engines should be fine from this dealership but you will need to get a oil change once you purchase a vehicle here ASAP.. transmission’s should be fine here and a transmission fluid change would be ideal but shouldn’t be necessary at first unlike the oil change .. .. if you are good with working on vehicle’s this would be a great place for you to purchase a vehicle, I guess

Drove to WBM from Maryland (45 minutes) on a Saturday just to test drive a Toyota I had my eye on and ended up purchasing it. Francisco and Tony were friendly and super easy to work with and the transaction couldnt have been smoother! They showed me the carfax report, we test drove it, and I showed them proof of the TrueCar offer (through my credit union) that was emailed a few days before and they honored the price. After purchasing, they were cool with leaving my old car on their lot for an hour while my buddy and I got dinner across the street to celebrate and then we drove home in the old and new car. Inspection wise, the Toyota was super-clean and only needed 3 new tires to pass Maryland inspection (one of the toughest states in the country since they only do it once) and getting the plates + spare keys were a breeze when I came back 3 weeks later after emailing a proof of inspection pdf to Vanessa. Thank you Francisco and Tony for helping me buy the exact car I was looking for, its beautiful and you guys are on my short list if you have the car my wife wants when she is ready to trade in her SUV!

Bought 30,000$ truck and within the first month I had to spend almost 7k on repairs and the truck still isnt running as it should I missed a payment I owed them because of the expensive repairs and they withheld my tags smh.. disregard my previous post the good service was not worth the headache im having with the vehicle......

This is my second car with Tony and the WBM family and they are the most family oriented, professional and kindest salespeople I have worked with! I drive an hour just to shop with him. He was very patient with me as I am your typical customer and he explained everything to my understanding! He worked numbers on multiple cars until we came to a win win situation and got me the car I really wanted! It was a non aggressive, informational and rewarding experience for us both! The price and the car 2018 Lexus ES 300 that Tony and Devon sold is by far the best I have bought! I traveled over 3 hours to see a Lexus we were interested in, I called the dealership to confirm it was still available, it was, so I told them I was coming down from PA to drive it. Get there, and there was no car. The family had been driving it, okay, but we waited over an hour for it to arrive, after I called them 3 hrs prior. NOW, I did get a great deal on the car, Eddie was great to work out a deal. Mr. Ali paid for our dinner for the inconvenience of waiting so long. But during our deal, Mr. Ali agreed to pay to fix the tire sensors since the light was on, so I sent him a quote as he advised. Before leaving I mentioned my concern of the tire tread, they were bald and cracking, and there was a brand new VA inspection sticker. I knew that tread was unsafe, Eddie said VA doesnt have strick rules, but PA does. Well my car didnt pass inspection in PA. I called the VA State Inspection line and they confirmed anything under 3mm in tread is failed. My tires were documented at 1.59 mm and unsafe. Ive called 9x demanding a call back, and I got nothing. We purchased the car 3 weeks ago, and they was supposed to send us our 2nd set of keys in the mail. We never received them. So now Im stuck paying $258 for sensors, $700 for tires, and the labor to put them all on. Legally I had 30 days to put a PA inspection on my car, it wont pass inspection until the parts are paid for and replaced. 75% of sales are repeat business, I will NEVER set foot in that establishment. As soon as you arrive it felt eerie. I wish I wouldve listened to the other bad reviews. They falsified VA inspection Policy and lied about paying for my replacement sensors. At this point, I just want my 2nd set of keys!

I bought a Subarua Impreza (2013 year) and they were willing for me to put it on the code machine (across the street). Eddie (Sales Person) and the Finance Guy (15 year veteran of the company) mind you, were very honest, forthright and treated me great. I wholey recommend WBM of Arlington. They buy good used cars from dealers in the NVA/Wash/MD area.Carfax report was preseneted to me when asked. Clean record and service records showed. Great experience, this is my 2nd vehicle from WBM.IM A REPEAT CUSTOMER4 years ago I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from the team at WBM, I put 100k miles on that Jeep with no major issues. I was looking to trade up, so went back to WBM and found a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. It was in great condition, needed a few minor things but Tony at WBM made sure it was taken care of for me before I left.MY SALES TEAMI dealt with Alfonso (sorry buddy if I spelled it wrong) and Tony - the final Finance guy in the back office. Both Salesmen were on point, I feel like they were upfront and honest, compared to some of the Virginia used car dealerships I went to. I had to bring the Tahoe back for a window motor repair, and they were quick to give it fix, no hassles.THE EXTENDED WARRANTYI did get sold the Preffered Warranty extended warranty, now honestly I am super sceptical about those kinds of things, but I went ahead and trusted what Tony said - that if anything were to go wrong the warranty would cover it. I took the Tahoe to the local shop and they told me it needed new wheel bearing hubs, about $1,100 job - well low and behold, the warranty I purchased covered all of it, no questions asked. I dont blame WBM for the wheel hubs, the Tahoe is 11 years old and needed a little TLC like any older vehicle would.MY OVERALL EXPERIENCEHonestly these guys are awesome - I give a shout out to Tony for my good experience and closing the deal. Im not sure why they get negative reviews. I would recommend them and I would use them for my next purchase. I feel like I was treated fair and the guys were honest. Went into WBM with a lot of research done on negotiating car prices, however, the car and the price were both exactly what I wanted so it was not even needed. Alfonso was my salesman and Tony, the manager, was strait forward with me about everything. The fact that they have been in business for decades and have repeat purchasers shows the level of integrity and transparency your dealing with when doing business with WBM. I was an out of state purchaser and I took the car through inspection once I got into my state and the inspector said this car was in immaculate condition. I definitely will purchase another vehicle from WBM.

Ill make it brief. I purchased a car at that business a few years ago. I had some strong suspicions that there might be issues with it after looking it over and some of the things they said. I had already purchased an aftermarket warranty that I had researched online so I thought that I should be OK. Then, they convinced me to purchase instead the aftermarket warranty they sell, Continental, for $300 less. During the few first thousands miles I drove the car, I had for over $6,000 in various repairs. Continental covered $450. Then the valves went bad requiring a new engine or repair either of which would cost $12,000. Continental covered nothing. (Fortunately, after a lot of time, effort and stress, I was able to get this fixed at no cost through the car manufacturer and a class action settlement) It seems that WBM scammed me twice. Once when they sold me a car I suspect they knew has some major issues and then by selling me a useless aftermarket warranty for which they probably got a nice commission. Oh, and it took forever and numerous reminders to finally get the plates.

I could write a lengthy review of my experience with this establishment with names and everything but quite honestly its not worth my time so Ill just sum it up with some bullet points.- seedy car lot feel the moment you walk on the property- sold a decent truck for what was thought to be a decent price, if you take into consideration inconsistent and sometimes incomprehensible communications throughout the process for an out of town buyer- said truck that passed Virginia inspection once brought home had front shocks leaking and a valve cover leak that will total well over $1500 when said and done, maybe VA has garbage inspections, but it certainly begs to question their touted inspection- was hit with a bogus $70 dealer business tax fee, one that I was just too exhausted to even bring up by the time I got there- they knew I flew in from out of town and was going to drive it 9 hours home and it still took bargaining for them to fill the tank up before leaving- post sale and after 3 weeks of dragging their feet on the getting the registration and title taken care of I had to request they send all of it to me to do myself at my local tag office- icing on the cake: the refund of the tax, title and registration didnt even include transfer and title fee, a mere $28 you say, but the nail in the coffin for what type of establishment this is

Saw a listing for a car I wanted to check out via Autotrader.Contacted the dealer via email to ask some questions. I asked if the car was available for test drive and if the roof was in good order. Eddie Etemadi replied and told me to make an appointment for test drive on their site and that the roof was in perfect working order.Made appointment for test drive on WBM website and was told I would be contacted. Day of test drive comes and still no call/text/email from dealer. Thankfully I called them before leaving home and turns out the car was not available that day (they said that another customer was test driving it that day) but I could put down a deposit to hold the car.Made 2nd appointment to test drive and take a look at the car. This time I did it over the phone since I figured the appointment system on their site was the cause of the miscommunication. Talked to Eddie again and was told that the car would be ready for me on the new appointment date. I was asked if i would be paying cash and driving the car home the same day. Was again asked if I wanted to pay a deposit and hold the car. This time Eddie told me I would be contacted if anything was wrong with the new appointment date.Once I made the 2nd appointment, the dealer deleted all listings of that car on Autotrader and Cars.com and changed the price on their site from $7000 to $7500. I called about the price increase and was told they had no idea about why that happened. In the dealers defense, they did offer to honor the old price if I showed them a screenshot or proof that the price went up.I drive an hour for the appointment, and surprise, the car is not ready or even on site to take a look at. Eddie tells me the roof, which was in perfect working order, had a major malfunction and the car was going to be in the shop for the next couple days. No warning or heads up from the dealer. Eddie also told me he had just gotten off the phone with another potential buyer and asked for a 3rd time if i wanted to put a deposit down and hold the car. The final thing we talked about before I drove all the way back home was why the dealers mandatory registration fees had jumped from $99 to $399.If just one of these obstacles occurred during the car buying process, I would chalk it up to bad luck or circumstances...... But with all these things happening before I even see the car in person......... its probably best to just walk away. So thats what I did.All the price increases, disorganization, and focus on trying to get me to put down a deposit tell me that this dealership is probably struggling heavily due to the Covid pandemic.My opinion - take your money somewhere else and let this place go bankrupt. It was probably already a bad place to buy a car before the pandemic. Now its a complete waste of your time and money.

After my long search for an e92 335i, I finally found the vehicle I was looking for at WBM. After reading the reviews, I was hesitant at first, but I didnt want to end hopes of my dream car on google reviews. I decided to bite the bullet and give WBM a call. I spoke to Alfonso on the phone and he ensured me the vehicle was in great condition. We set up an appointment same day and Alfonso had the car ready for my inspection and test drive. The salesman was professional and courteous while showing me the vehicle. Afterwards, he referred me to his finance manager, Tony, to see if we can work out a deal. Despite the amount of customers Tony was dealing with, he went out of his way to ensure everyone received the same time and quality service. Tony was able to work with the banks and we managed to closed the deal! Overall, my experience with WBM was exemplary. The staff was professional and kind. Will do business with them again.

From the second I reached out to my sales associate John until I took my Lexus RX home, I cant explain how smooth, stress-free, and fast the transaction was. John handled all preparations and paperwork with ease and knowledge, walked me through all of the extensive technologies the car offered, and was very patient with all of my questions through out this process. John then introduced me to Tony who is the sales manager to go through all the finances of my new purchase. With Tonys expertise, I got exactly the deal I was looking for. I searched for a Lexus IS250 Manual trans. I came across WBM. At first i was a bit skeptical about making a 4 hour long trip just for a car, but i am very glad i did. I called one day prior to showing up and spoke to John, he was very helpful and informative. He assured me that the car was still available and that it would be ready for me the next morning. The following morning John called me at the time we had agreed to make sure I was doing OK, because i was running late. He told me that he had the car ready for me, and when i showed up it sure was ready. It was pulled up to the front for me, ready to be test driven. I spent the majority of the day at the dealer and all the staff made me feel at home. Bought the car and I am 100% happy with it and the experience. John even called the next day to ask how my trip back home went. I would greatly recommend WBM of Arlington.

To our pleasant surprise, we not only loved the car but had a wonderful buying experience. Before I write about my experience, I just want to say that the reviews on here dont do justice to the type of customer service they offer here at WBM. I had a wonderful car buying experience with them- specifically Alfonso and Tony. Alfonso was an excellent salesperson who went above and beyond to locate a specific vehicle for me and was attentive to my needs. I went in there not knowing what vehicle I wanted and walked out being a first time car owner. The sales manager Tony was very professional and I did not feel pressured or rushed in any way. He listened to my concerns and made the process quick and easy for me. Received a great deal on my car with no last-minute surprises. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and do business with WBM again myself.

Great experience with John and Manager Tony. Their prices are competitive, I was able to negotiate quiet a bit to get some discounts. The Mercedes GL450 that I bought from them was as advertised. I had an AC and Tire sensor to be repaired on my car before I collect it, they were very timely in ordering the parts and John kept in touch with me while the car was being fix. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because the tired sensor signal came back on, if that gets taken care of, then WBM of Arlington will definitely get a 5 star review from me.

Update 09/2021 moving my rating to ONE star. This compay sold me a very expensive warranty (PWI) and guess what? The car has a developed a major electrical issue that their warranty company will not honor, despite the warranty I purchased covering electrical components. $1000s of wasted dollars and now I am stuck with a vehicle that has a serious safety issue. Do not recommend for the simple fact that they sold me on a worthless warranty to line their pockets.Bought a car here. Quick, easy and painless process. I was in an out in about 1.5 hours. They even stored my old car overnight so I could make arrangements to drive my new car home and pick the old one up later. Salesman Francisco was easy to work with and friendly, as was the owner of the dealership. Much better and less stressful experience than buying from a larger dealer.

The store tactics of doing business should be illegal for one the vehicle was totally misrepresented on the websites after driving two hours it had a Service airbag light on over 200 scratches and paint peeling on top of being very dirt trucks been in inventory for 2mo. Bad Bad busines. The sales rep Chris was good ...business practice sucks....plus no Used Car buys guide in the window...will be sending a letter to the dealer board.

If it were at all possible, Id give this dealership zero stars!! Ill try and be brief, but the bottom line is, our salesman, Chris, was good, but piss poorly trained. The Finance Manager, Will, was great. Lastly, the owner, Mr. Ali, is absolutely the worst!- Set appointment to come see a car, arrive at pre-set time, car is not there. Owner lent it to a friend to use. Phone calls, etc...car is brought back to the dealership almost an hour later.- Finally get to look at the car. Its dirty, has trash inside, doesnt have half of the features their website indicated, has ~5K more miles than advertised.- Find out the car only came with one key. We need two for my wife and I. Begin to discuss getting a second key.- Another 45 minutes later, Mr. Ali has now yelled at my wife for cussing, insulted my intelligence, chastised his own employee, Salesman Chris, in front of us and other salesmen.No concept of customer services whatsoever. Conceited and entitled as if theyre doing you a favor by selling you a car. Would NEVER go back nor recommend them!!🖕✌️ WBM

So my story is I live in Southwest Va and not many people have my dream car that I always wanted, which was a Scion FRS. I was looking for months to get the best deal and quality of the car. When I saw these gentlemen on carfax.com I was a little hesitant to go down there since it was a 4 hour drive for me. But when I got down there they were really down to earth and really cared for me as a person, not just a money bag with a fat check in my hand. They went over the car all around and THEN they let me test drive it. Which made me feel good to know they want to make sure I knew they cared to sell me a nice mechanically sound car. Which it is!! Mannnn the ride back was fun as can be and smooth too. Their pricing was great for my budget. Tony, the sales manager here, was great. Now I can use that extra money to add all kinds of accessories to soup that baby up!! So thank you WBM for making my dream come true!

Thank you to Ali and the whole WBM of Arlington team for a great experience when buying my convertible mini cooper a few months ago. I fell in love with the car immediately after test driving it and the whole purchasing process was quick and easy. I also really appreciated the level of attention and detail from the whole staff. Before I left, Ali went over every little detail about the car, especially important since Ive never owned a mini cooper, and gave me great tips and tricks on how to drive and maintain it. A few weeks later I had a small issue with the manual vs automatic gears and he was incredibly attentive when I called and took care of everything for me - which wasnt something that was required or expected. Im really impressed and thankful. If youre looking for a great car, value, and customer service, this is the place.

I was very excited after being called by this dealer and notified that my credit application had been approved for a black BMW X5. Upon driving over four(4) hours to this dealership I was informed that I needed to pay $2,500 in cash as a down payment. Id previously been assured over the phone by the Finance Manager, Tony that he had gotten the deal done with the bank, for no down payment. Note: I was notified of an approval with no down payment, with no trade-in. So, to enhance the package (after being notified Id been approved), Tony informs me that my current BMW X5 has a few problems (most that he listed were inaccurate, as I had receipts from my BMW dealer, verifying that what Tony alleged was wrong with my trade, had been repaired). The other work is usual trade-in repairs for any vehicle at or over 10 years old so that should have been no big deal. Beyond that, if I was already approved, prior to the trade, if I have equity in the trade, how can that result in a large cash down payment being suddenly required? Red Flag #1. I continued to act naive, knowing that Id make sure every Business-person, Attorney, Doctor, Politician I know puts a bad word on the dealership, since they clearly like wasting peoples time. I investigated and discovered the company isnt even set-up correctly, as required by State and Federal Law, so if I was mean Id report them to a friend of mine.....anyway, Im not spiteful. Do not do business with these people. They act nice but care nothing about customer service. I was sitting around - when I fully expected the car to be cleaned, with a plate on it and awaiting my arrival. They have no sense of professionalism and as the previous poster experienced, they asked for things that they did not previously request of me. Very messy. Ill be going to my dealer and yes, paying a lot more. But at least the service will be up to par. I was very insulted by the unprofessionalism of this dealership and will put this experience on any and every message board, car site possible. I drove a total of nine(9) hours. For nothing. This, after he supposedly had a deal approved and done on Saturday.....

The epitome of a SHADY USED CAR dealer. ZERO INTEGRITY. Everything that comes out of their mouth is a lie and its no surprise that the owner is worse. I saw a car that I liked on their website. I sent them an email and followed up with a phone call. I expressed my interest on a specific vehicle. They told me that it was available. I told them I was very interested and already took the steps to apply for a loan to buy the vehicle. They sweet talked me into applying for their financing because they have good rates for used cars. 5 phone calls later, I was approved for the loan to purchase the vehicle. I planned to be in their shop early the next day. I thought everything was all set until my phone rang around 6pm. They told me that sold they car! I was pissed! They convinced me to apply for credit which is a hard inquiry on my credit report. Im left with no car and a hard inquiry on my credit report. These people are shady and liars! Please, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I bought a 2 year used Lexus RX450h from WBM of Arlington. Francisco worked with me and stayed late on a Friday night to get the paperwork done. The whole process was pleasant. I drove 4 hours to New Jersey and the car was flawless. My only complaint was that it did not have the Mark Levinson sound system, which the advertisement saids it has. I decided to give WBM 5 stars anyway because of Franciscos hard working attitude.

Unfortunately what sold the car for me without any haggling in price is the dynamic (adaptive) cruise control and pre-collision system that was mentioned on their web site. I also called and spoke to someone at the dealer and they confirmed it. After receiving the car I found out it does not have it installed. In addition to play tag with the sales rep not returning my calls and not answering his calls during the buying process. I had to speak to the assistant mgr. So, Im really not satisfied with this purchase. The dealer needs to know exactly what are the features and options on the vehicle without copy/paste into the web site.
