Bought a work truck from Richard at Metro Auto and had a very accomodating experience throughout the whole process. We worked out the deal over the course of a few weeks while being many miles apart. Its a used vehicle so making sure I had my proper research, pictures, and inspection done while arranging it all remotely was important and Richard was very helpful and communicative about what we both needed to get the deal accomplished. There were a few minor things to fix and they made sure to get it all done before I came to get the truck. Oh actually, the air conditioning fix was more than minor as the dash had to be taken out, but it sure was important and they did it right. Its a good truck and I am a happy customer.

Purchased 2013 Chevy Silverado truck from Mario. The truck appeared to be a good truck except tires were very bad and old. Asked for tires to be replaced and they were not. Had difficult getting in and out of truck. Was told this truck did not come with assist handle. Notice a day later holes for it, and called Mario if I could get one. He said he would check. After a week he stated they did not have one. Even though I had it inspected and it was not noted, it ultimately was my responsibility to notice prior to purchase. However, for customer service and satisfaction, one should have been provided.

I applied online and waited till someone called and which no one did so waited till I got from work to call and from what they say about your credit is definitely a lie and false advertisement. The rep asked me about my credit which honestly isn’t that great, but he said oh yeah that’s going to be a problem unfortunately I was ready to buy but since my credit is not worthy I guess not so is my money. Plus the vehicles have super high mileage which means constant repairs so this why they get a one star review and didn’t even get to come in to talk completely disregarded.

He showed us the Carfax report and we felt at ease when he told us that they have been inspected and repaired. We test drove it and ended up buying it. For those that give bad reviews, do your homework on a used vehicle and talk to a mechanic. Take time to look at it and go over it. If I could put zero stars I would.We bought a 08 expedition a year ago with around 62,000 miles, regrettably not looking at the carfax. Come to find out, the odometer has been altered. About 6 months later the transmission started having issues, spent around 1,400 to fix this issue. They buy junk, and repair it just enough for the buyer to believe theyre getting a good deal. It has a salvaged title and also leaks water into the floor carpeting after it rains. The resale value of this vehicle is a joke.I traded the expedition today (good riddance). And the reputable dealer told me that a lot of the small car lots in Arlington are notorious for the same type of behavior because the used car auction takes place in Arlington. They buy junk, and sell junk.BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY.

I called them up and told them what was going on and they said bring it on over! They did this after the fact with no warranty. They fixed the problems with no questions asked and had the truck back to me the next day! That is backing your product! They definitely did not have to do anything at all since the truck was already paid for, but they have integrity and did the right thing. Will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

Jose was easy to work with and stayed in contact with us. As stated - autos are sold as is - so it is up to the buyer to go over the details of the car. We have not had any problems with the truck we purchased. Jose was more than willing to work with us on minor details.

Buyer beware. I went to look at a truck and I noticed rust on drive shaft and rear axel. Opened the door it creaked and had rust in hinges. Bolts that hold seats to floorboards rusted fender wells also rusted. Asked salesman has the truck been in water under water near the ocean he said huh I dont know so he showed me another truck said this one isnt rusted I did the same check and yes it was rusted. So I left decided to run vin# on Vin check and guess what the truck was from Hurricane Harvey. Said in a region that had flood waters at least 15 feet deep. No way they didnt know that it was damaged by water. So do your homework when purchasing a used vehicle. Hope this review helps. How they are getting non salvage title or rebuilt title is beyond my comprehension.

I purchased a, like new 2015 Nissan Versa with 280 miles on the clock. I found out after the purchase it had frame damage disclosed by the auction house and it was completely bondod and poorly repainted. Shame on me for not realizing it before the fact. Buyer beware! I sure hope what goes around comes around. I sure hope Jose isnt around anymore. Clay Cooley arent the biggest crooks, you are. Ive since gotten rid of the vehicle but havent forgotten about you guys.

F250 Electrical nightmare. I bought a 2011 F250 from metro auto sales. Two different repair shops said that it had flood damage. Almost immediately after I bought it, I had to spend $6000 in repairs. Metro said they would not assist me with the repairs. Thanks Metro Auto Sales!

Not much of a dealership. Wasnt able to speak to one salesman and if I was interested in purchasing one of their trucks, Im not sure how it would of been possible to test drive it or even get it out of the lot with how many trucks are packed on that parking lot, and alot of them dont even look like they may not even run.... not sure how that business operates.

Luis told me milage on a truck they were selling was around 50k and the Carfax showed it was closer to 100k ! Do your homework! READ THE OTHER REVIEWS! He said hed look into it and call me back. Never got a phone call back so I called again to get updated. He said the error was on Carfaxs side and to contact them. Fraudulent!!! BEWARE!!! If it seems to good to be true more often than not it is!

Called them said van was just in and didnt have carfax yet. Told him that I was going to be there in the morning. He did send carfax at 8:30am the next morning. I drove up to look at it and the owner of the place said that it was sold last night. Why send me a carfax in the morning when it was sold the night before.BEWARE

Bought a 2014 silverado 1500 4x4 from dealer in Missouri that had bought the truck from Metro. Truck looked nice,drove well at test drive. After a week, tranny acting up and with better lighting I see bondo and repainted surfaces. Carfax shows nothing other than any recalls on this truck. Im thinking they did repairs and painting at their shop to prevent it from showing on a carfax. Next vehicle I purchase I want to see where the vehicle came from and see reviews.

Worse truck buying experience ever. I bought a chevy 3500 diesel. Drove it 1000 miles and it just shut off. After lots of research I found the previous owner. He said he traded it in to a chevy dealership who said it needed a new motor due to bad oil pump and engine knock. Metro Auto sales got this truck through the auction, had their mechanic pull the engine and patch the bottom end of the engine. After the engine quit on me at 70 mph on the interstate hauling a 36 ft gooseneck full of horses, that engine never ran again. It went through 4 shops, before we finally swapped engines and the wiring. This cost me an extra $10k, and the truck is still not right. This dealership buys junk, patchespecially them up and passes them off as great trucks. I would recommend shopping a more reputable dealer.

Stay away from these people they try too over change me on a 2001 pontiac fire bird back in 2014 for 9.999 and then on top of all that they accused me on stealing there speakers out the car and they dident even come with none.ac wasnt working door dident close right check engine was on look good from the out side but it was horrible car period...then they want u too double ur car note every 2wks my payment was 200 every 2wks even do the the original payment was 150 every 2wks so they put interest on there horrible ass cars take my advice do not never ever ever go here take my advice I learn the hard way n lost my car cuz I traded it in for that one I should of kep it
