Crooks. Selling illegal lemons, cars that need immediate repair after getting off the lot. Such as a new battery, a new alternator, front and rear lights, and a catalytic converter that had been illegally removed. it is illegal to sell a vehicle with the catalytic converter removed and the owner is so arrogant he will not let you speak. Further, they claim tax exemption and odometer exemption and Im sure the FBI well have plenty to say about that.
