I purchased a 2007 Honda accord EX from here and Raymond is who sold it to me. I had been watching the vehicle since July and finally came home from my deployment and I got a plane ticket to come there and get it. The pictures didnt do the car its justice it is very clean both inside and out. I came from North Carolina to buy it because of the low miles it had was 78k for a 2007. I drove through Arkansas and Tennessee to make it back home because hurricane Laura was coming. I drove the 16 hour drive straight just stopping for gas and the car responded tremendously well I drove through rain day night fog rough roads. Then I had to take my brother to college in New York I had to drive to Virginia to get him and then we drove to New York and then I drove back to North Carolina the car is phenomenal and the service Raymond provided me was top tier. I am extremely happy with my car.

These guys are the best. I should have written sooner. Very honest (as it seems to me), they dont go back and forth with lets make a deal. They price their cars at a good rate and stick with it. Side note, the hood release was missing from the car I that I eventually purchased. They said they had one on order.... when I did purchase the car, they had it installed YAY. Anyway, about 5 months later it came off. I took it up there (even though I knew there wasnt a warranty), I talked to the salesman (he remembered me!) And he fixed it with no charge to me. So go here for a honest deal and experience!

I purchased a 2013 Prius V two I was assured the only problem with car the was a simple $500 part thought I was getting a really good deal went to get the minor part repaired find out the Engine, Battery and Hybrid system needed more in repairs than what I paid for the vehicle around 8000$ needed for repairs I only paid 7500$ for the vehicle dont trust this scrap yard

After looking everywhere, literally all over DFW from dealerships to private sellers. I found DFW Auto Mall on cars.com and they had carfax available and a ton of vehicles in my price range. I called and spoke to the sales rep there who was courteous and seemed presently happy to answer any questions I had about the vehicle I was interested in. After visiting and closing on the deal I had a dilemma of finding a ride back to pick up the SUV. The sales team was willing to meet me on their closed day (Sunday) to let me pick up the vehicle. They assured me the vehicle was in excellent mechss as Novak shape J left Arlington and headed back home 6 hours away The car made it an hour and it overheated and I’m yet to get to the bottom of it, Also the front bumper was glued together abc fell apart right away I would not recommend this place as an honest take care of their customers kind of place

BUYER BEWARE!! This place will do the bare minimum to get a vehicle sold. I contacted this office to get a third row vehicle. It took me three phone calls and finally a visit in person to actually see the vehicle. When I arrived I was prepared to purchase with cash on the spot. However I was told the vehicle still needed an oil pressure sensor replaced and it wouldnt be ready until the next day. I dont hear from the office until Tuesday which is 4 days after I came into their office. When I did come into the office the lady at the desk was complaining about her fellow Associates taking vacation and she her having to work alone for a couple of weeks. This was while the porter was being used to find keys and three other customers were trying to be helped by one person.The day I came in to purchase I asked if they reported to the credit bureaus and was told yes. I provided my social on a piece of paper that is not in my paperwork. Today I made my second payment and was told they dont know when theyre going to be set up to report.To be clear I am a mechanic with an associates degree from TCC and have been working on vehicles since 2002. Whomever did the inspection deleted the codes for it to pass. As soon as I put 30 miles on the vehicle I received the codes that are below. Basically I either have to replace all the O2 sensors and the catalytic converter or come up with a multistep solution. This is on top of having to replace all four corners brake pads and rotors as the rear brake pads had no material on them and were cutting into the rotors after 2 days of driving it. Also not working are the rights rear view mirror the rear glass is supposed to rotate down but did not until I adjusted the track and is now working. Lastly the automatic lock system is damaged or broken and the part is no longer available from Toyota. This is a long with the driver side key tumbler not working; it will not turn left or right. The work performed already would have total over $1,500 if I had it done at a shop and not by myself.Had I paid cash this would have been fine. However I was talked into doing 12 months same as cash with interest so that I could boost my credit. However it does not seem this is going to happen. Im left with a $1,200 service contract fee and they also charged me $70 for a spare key.Please be aware that when you purchased from here they want you to purchase cash. And they want you to go away as quickly as possible because there is no telling what is wrong with a vehicle.

Went in to buy a car not expecting much, but was completely shocked. As soon as I stepped foot on the lot a salesman approached me and asked if I needed any help I informed him I had came to look at the Mercedes they had advertised he immediately proceeded to show me where the car is and brought the key and pulled out the car for me to get a better look. The car was absolutely beautiful, it was very well taken care of and the engine was smooth. We went on a test drive, and the car drove as if it were brand new. After that, they were very easy to talk to about pricing and were negotiable on the price. They even offered me coffee and water and snacks while I was in the office. My husband just purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey on July 25 and upon us returning to Louisiana later that same day, we heard a scrubbing sound on the right front side of the bumper. On Tuesday we took the vehicle to a Dodge dealership to be checked. Only to find out that this vehicle has been in an wreck, we were told that it had no prior reports. These people will do and say anything to sale a vehicle. Come to find out that the vehicle we purchased needs over $6,000 worth of work. These people are untrustworthy and liars!!!! We called about the noise we heard and they tried to blame it on us. Dont trust them or buy anything off the lot!!!!!

Cynthia and the owner bent over backwards to present me with a 2010 Honda in great shape. They performed the requested tire rotation, free of charge, detailed it again, and since the front & back floor mats were missing, they installed brand new floor mats, also free of charge. One word of caution about price: the owner is an extremely adept haggler. Dont expect too much of a discount from the asking price, so do your homework and be aware of wholesale and retail NADA data.But all in all, I bought an excellent car in great shape from AJs, and I am very, very satisfied with it.

Don’t waist your time. This place sells cars that will have you in a bind. My girlfriend brought a car here and the car wasn’t even registered in her name. It was still registered in the last owners name. They ended up putting fake paper tags on. Which later a police officer pulls the tags off leaving her with no tags. They do not do business ethically.

We found a car on their website and drove 130 miles to see it. It was just as advertised, great condition, drove nice and the price made it a great deal. It wasnt a hassle talking to them, the check out was quick and easy (we paid cash), and the staff was friendly. We would definitely consider purchasing from them again.

Purchased a vehicle and brakes had to be replaced next day. New brake pads may have been changed but not sure if they took the time to resurface the rotors because now when you brake from more than 35 miles an hour, the steering wheel shakes. I had to replace two tires because they only replaced two themselves. I understand they are sold as is but they should at least be inspected before placing on the lot. Just because the engine runs doesnt mean its safe for your customers. Im not sure about buying here again or recommending to someone. Some of these other posts are correct, the attitude of the staff does change. Rather than keep going back I decided to just fix the issues myself. I find it odd that the owner only replies to positive feed back quite more than negative. This just confirms that either the complaints are valid and they dont care to address them or, they just dont care. I hope that changes.

Sold my daughter a car .Only to find out that very week there are major safety issues that were not disclosed. We have been calling them all week and no one will answer the phone . I am currently contacting the Texas Attorney General as well as NBC 5 news. Make it right.
