We went to Cransh Auto Sales in Arlington on Thursday and purchased a 2005 Honda Accord (which, incidentally has VERY low mileage for a car that age) and its in immaculate condition! Honestly, it looks, runs, and drives like a brand new car! We still cant believe it! And RYAN HOLMAN gave us excellent service and one heck of a deal on it. Also, the lady that took care of all the paperwork, Adriana, is top notch. Shes very knowledgeable and courteous. One more thing I want to add ---- Ryan Holman never once was pushy. Bought a 07 4runner from them 2 months ago, put on 1k miles, they replaced the alternator as that was giving out just before I bought it, its currently still running great. The fact that they put on all 4 new tires on it was a great deal, the car was also cleaned inside so it shows that they care about the vehicles they sell.You cant banter with them during this time, its a hot market for used cars, the price is what it is, always bring a mechanic, they let me test drive the car with my mechanic for over 45 minutes

I would love to give a better rating but paying over $5000 for a car that worked for 6 weeks calls for a poor rating. My young adult son purchased a 2006 Honda Civic in March and it worked for 6 weeks before the transmission went out. We bought the power train warranty offered but what a joke. This so called warranty place will only pay $300 on a $2000 transmission cost. The difference is hard for a 21 year old to come up with, especially after depleting his savings to buy the car in the first place. I feel horrible for even suggesting Cransh to him.

We bought a very nice Honda Civic this past weekend at Cransh Auto Sales. We looked at multiple dealers in the area. A lot of them had similar Civics but none of them were as nice, clean or reliable as the inventory at Cransh. They had already taken care of a lot of the preventive maintenance like struts, fluids, filters, belts and spark plugs. I checked everything out and it all looked new, plus the boxes for everything they had done was in the truck of each car. I took it on a test drive and it drove like a new car! A few months back my daughter needed another car after her previous car quit in dramatic fashion.We spent two soul-crushing weeks going from one car lot to another, but then we went to Crash Auto Sales. They didnt play games with us, they showed us the car and quoted a fair price (which was the same price as on their website, unlike so many other used car places. And that was the real price, too. The only thing added on was tax, title and license--no nonsense fees and whatnot.) We were treated professionally and respectfully. It was a refreshing experience.We bought a 2005 Toyota Corolla.There was one issue with the car when we bought it (steering wheel was crooked) and they said to bring it in the next week and theyd fix it--which they did.The car has been reliable. In the months since we bought it, its run great--weve only had to make one minor repair (less than $100) and thats pretty good for a 14-year-old car.I may be needing another car soon (my 2001 Honda Accord is getting long in the tooth) and I will be going back to Cransh Auto Sales.

Update: 20k miles after I bought my car the transmission went out. I paid for the warranty offered by Cransh and that warranty will only pay for $1300 which includes parts and labor. I believe I paid $1200 for the warranty. This pays for MAYBE 1/3 of the repair. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE WARRANTY. Honestly this has turned me off from small dealerships that offer no support. I contacted Cransh and received no response.Original review: Bought a 2005 Mustang GT with low miles. Awesome buying experience and I absolutely love the car. The price was also fantastic. I hope to buy all my future cars from Cransh.

Had a 3 year old vehicle there with 60k miles and rust spots all over the back that had been touched up with huge dings all the way around on the chrome door trim and was asking 19,437 dollars out the door and no room for negotiation. Way too high for low quality.

Nice guys but NEVER NEVER buy the extended warranty they offer. The Warranty Company will not pay any claim......period. It is simply a scam to get more $$ out of you.

Over the years I’ve bought several cars and would give them good reviews. I’ve bought a red, blue and a white Toyota Corolla, I’ve also purchased a Honda Accord from them and this past Monday I bought a Toyota Yaris for my daughter but here it is three days later and I still don’t have it. They’ve gone down hill the last couple years. Ryan didn’t care to sell me a car last year when I went so I bought a new car instead.I thought I’d give them another shot after a year of not buying any cars from them and so I want to buy my daughter a car on Monday like I said it’s Wednesday I still don’t have this car. I called and asked the lady that answered to speak to the manager of the dealership this morning I was put on hold when the person came on the phone it wasn’t a manager it was my salesman Promising me this car will be ready.

Car priced like it was perfect, but an independent inspection revealed it was far from. That wasnt the issue though - it was after technical issues were identified that the “manager” turned confrontational and made it impossible to continue the conversation.

Bought a car from here 5 months ago and its still running great. Drove all the way out from Houston to get this car. Only one issue, tho its running great, ive had an oil leak since Ive had it. One that I cant seem to pin point. My guess is, it began to leak after they changed the timing belt, not sure. Overall I still give them 5 stars, as long as you maintain your vehicle bi-weekly, monthly, annually, then you should be fine. Make sure to inspect the vehicle before you purchase, ofcourse this goes for when at any dealership.Thanks Cransh for the great service!

Very straight forward and comfortable experience, bought an 07 Tacoma in great condition, my salesman, Michael Johnson was knowledgeable about the vehicle and went out of his way to get me behind the wheel, even staying after hours to finish the paperwork.

Asked a question as to why one of the vehicles we were looking at was priced 3k over average. Was told well its our car we can sell it for whatever we want. Well duh. Maybe give a reason like added options low mileage but not a smart Alec response. So instead of looking at any other cars there we said goodbye. If theirs salesmen are going to have that type of attitude, I would stay away.

Terrible place with very shady practices. I bought a Jeep a few months ago and have had nothing but problems. The wrong parts put on the suspension. Radiator jam packed with stop leak to hide several leaks. The check engine light was removed to hide several faults. They used gear oil instead of motor oil to hide a noisy motor. I keep finding new problems constantly. When I have called they acted like it was my fault or my problem. BE WARNED. These people are good at covering up serious vehicles problems.

I highly recommend Cranch Auto Sales! We went to test drive a particular car, but noticed they had more options within our budget, so we selected one that suited us even better. All their cars are in excellent condition and great value. No pressure sales. Excellent cars. Great service all round.

I have to say I am quite impressed with this dealer. We drove about an hour away to look at some used mini vans. Upon our arrival Ryan already had the vans I had spoken to him about earlier pulled up front for us to look at. His friendly non-pressured approach was greatly appreciated and allowed us to take our time to make our decision which I can say was a hard one as both minivans we had test drove were in really great condition. I have to say we visited a few dealers before making our decision and I can honestly say from the vehicles I seen they take great pride in offering the best selection of used vehicles at very reasonable prices. Unfortunately I didnt get the ladys name that handled the paperwork in the office but she was very nice and friendly as well. I dont typically write reviews but I want to post this as a heads up for others. In the past 6 months since I got a car from here, I have had to put over $1000 into it. I had to take it in for a recall (fine), was quoted $1500+ in recommended repairs (water pump, etc.), and had to get my transmission fluid changed. The car has also had some transmission issues slipping gears. Ive also had to replace some headlights, backup lights, rear lights. (I also was not provided a key for the glove box or trunk lever lock.) The A/C went out 2 months after I bought it aswell, which was a $700 fix. The fender liner also fell off while driving one day. Today, I get to discover that the low beam is out and its an electrical issue, which I assume will cost another $200+. I know this isnt always the case, but with how quick these issues arose, I feel like there could have been more disclosure, or at the very least a better price.

I read the review and considered only the negative reviews. They nearly all spoke of car troubles and that the dealer was to blame. Yet, there were so many 5 star reviews also. Cost nothing to test drive so we did. My daughter and I went for her first car. But first we went to another, larger and franchise dealer.Here is the comparison.Franchise dealer: waited for 29 minutes for salesman Awhile salesmen B-F were hanging out. Salesman B passed me to salesman C. E drive a car that has been washed and waxed. The shocks, brakes and tires needed replacing. Salesman B said it was fine.They wanted $5k for this car.Cransh: pulled up and met with Ryan. No appointment. I thought the guy was a customer because he was so chill. He pulled the car up, offered his personal opinion ( Toyota Camrys were awesome) and we drove. In this car, the ties were brand new, all for struts were replaced. The car was detailed. Engine tuned up. Various mounts and motors replaced. Fresh engine oil and nearly two pages of receipts, which they provided for me.So if these guys were looking to deceive me, they were doing a terrible job. Instead I found everyone there to be transparent. Notice: I know that the car I purchased is not the personal car of the owner. Nevertheless, these guys spent some time and money fixing up the car and they were straight up about what they did.What else could you ask for from a car dealer? We already know they are going to cheat us for a dollar. Seems like these guys are specifically not doing that.They get five star review from me. Especially Ryan, very cool and honest guy. Rare, perhaps in the car biz.

Best experience of the day. Michael (Sales Representative) helped me, he showed me 2 vehicles and didnt push anything on me. Weve been purchasing vehicles in the Arlington area for 25+ years. My experience with Cransh Auto Sales has by far topped all our other experiences. They exceeded my expectations in every way. The sales people were helpful, but did not pressure in any way. We drove the Jeep Wrangler we purchased several times and were never rushed into a decision to purchase. They were able to give us the service history on the vehicle and the amount of time, money and effort they put into getting this car ready to sell was astounding- truly the car looked and drove like a brand new car (and it is 13 years old). I have purchased 3 cars over the past 4 years. Each for my kids. Honda Element, Toyota 4runner and a Honda Accord. Great dealer to work with and Ryan and George always take care of me. Had to have a car for my son. Im not from Dallas, but in my internet searches, Cransh came up repeatedly with cars that matched my filters.They were out of the way, but on a whim drove the 35 miles to their facility. Ryan was extremely busy, but took the time to print out a listing of all of the cars they had available. (it was four pages long but easy to comprehend). We landed on a Nissan Sentra and secured it with a deposit just before closing. Took about 45 minutes to close the deal the next day. (Adrianna is a real pro). The car is near perfect and Cransh had changed the oil, and replaced the brakes and struts. This is an excellent dealership and would do business with them again.

Great ExperienceI did not end up buying through this dealer, but was very impressed with their vehicles, their no pressure sales and how hard they worked to help me out. I had flown down to Dallas from Minneapolis, MN to purchase a truck from another major Ford dealer. After arriving, the truck was not what had been promised or spoken of...Not sure if the dealer was dishonest or simply incompetent. anyway, after Ubering my way around Dallas for an entire day not finding anything I wanted, my last stop was Cransh. they had a great vehicle at a great price. the salesman were great. the only issue was they do not do any financing and since I had already planned out my financing on the expected vehicle, I had not come prepared with that much cash in hand. The Sales manager and even the owner at Cransh worked very hard to try to figure out a way to get the deal through, but with only 24 hours left on my clock to get home, they could not work it out ..NOT their fault. At the end of the day, one of their workers even helped me out by giving me a ride to my hotel.Very pleasant people, helpful and I would not hesitate to deal with them in the future.Thank for a good experience in Dallas.

I was greeted and helped right away! I got a gently used car with everything replaced that needed under the hood brand new tores brand new brakes could not be happier

I was assured by a salesman named Ryan that if the bank they did business with would not cash the check they gave me...the difference owed me when I traded down in Price...that he would come down to the bank and take care of it. Well, they wouldnt cash it, and when I called him to come take care of it and get me the cash, He denied ever saying it. In fact, he lied again and said they couldnt do anything, and then tried to bluff his way out of it by LOUDLY claiming Just come on back and Ill reverse the paperwork. I told him I would be there shortly and drove back. TALK ABOUT CHANGING HIS TUNE WHEN I SHOWED UP. The little weasel brought out his supervisor, who when he heard my story, went down to the bank himself and drew out the cash owed to me and then drove back, apologized over and over, and gave me the cash. So HE was nice...but back to Ryan, when I asked if everything was in working condition he said Yes, we have the Carmax report of all the service done, 42 records. Everything works. Turns out the Motor that dispenses windshield Washer Fluid is burned out. A typical, lying A__Hole selling cars. Whatever you do, if you go visit Cransh, ask the salesman his name. If its Ryan, either ask for someone else, or go to another Auto Dealership. Biggest Liar Ive met, and Im 68 and seen and talked to over 100 car salesman. He takes the LIAR OF THE CENTURY AWARD.

Ryan was such a breath of fresh air for a used car salesman. He was very helpful and knows a lot about mechanical aspects of many cars, especially transmissions. They do LOT of work on the cars to improve the value before selling them. We bought an F150 and they replaced brake pads, rotors, and the serpentine belt. No hassle low pricing, and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Love these guys!

My time at Cransh has been, overall, a great experience. We as a family have bought 4 cars from Cransh in the past several years or so and will continue to do so into the future. The salesman, Ryan, is very knowledgeable and always willing to help his customers. Recently I had purchased a 2010 mustang V6 from Cransh which had an issue with the power driver seat. I called Ryan about the issue after I had purchased the vehicle and he said without hesitation they would take care of the issue; all I needed to do was bring it back in. A company that puts sales reps like Ryan on the forefront and cares for its customers is a keeper in my book.Huge kudos to Ryan and the rest of the staff!

Got a decent deal however my stereo wasnt working, they were supposed to replace it, and never called me back about doing so. I called them and they said they were waiting on the new stereo to get in and would call me. Never did. Otherwise the sales guy I dealt with was nice and not pushy. And again, decent deals with Carfax.

Horrible!! I bought a car here that did not last 6 months for 6200. Only to find out 1.5 months after purchase it was burning thru oil every 2 weeks so it needed a new engine. I called this place multiple times and never got any resolution. Be aware of Lemon cars from here. I kept oil in it and it quit running. Very sad to do this to a Single hard working Mom.

Bought a car here today after seeing it on Autotrader. Fairly easy process with minimal back and forth. I test drove it, the price was reasonable, I paid for it, I left. Ricardo helped us out with the test drive and the buying process was quick and painless!

I am a college student who was looking for a good reliable car for my transition to a university in the upcoming months. i had been looking for a long while when i came upon Cransh auto sales. Ricardo was the salesman who helped me out during the process. He answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me while i searched for the perfect car for me. Everyone there was extremely nice, and they have tons of great quality cars that you can get at a great price!

Great place. Talked to Earnest on the phone. He told me about the truck I was interested in. I drove over 100 miles to check it out. It was very nice like he said. Purchased truck same day. Purposely waited a couple months before i wrote my review to see how the vehicle was, but I personally LOVE my Honda accord. So far everything with my vehicle is going perfect. I think I spoke to my salesman like 2 times over the phone. Of course I had done prior investigating on the vehicle myself. Went in test drove it, and I was out in the matter of 30 min. Love my Gold Honda, and I recommend anyone to the place.

Great experience overall. I was looking for a first vehicle for my step son and daughter and they had a good selection to choose from. I found the car I was looking for online, visited the location and was assisted by Ryan whom was very knowledgeable. I test drove the car and looked it over along with all of the preventative maintenance that they had performed on the vehicle. I went back a couple of days later and drove it again and received the same level of service above. I had looked around and it was by far the best car and quality of vehicle in the price range that I looking in. I was in search of a used vehicle in the price range of 6k to 7k. I had heard good things about cransh auto and decided to check it out. When my brother and I arrived we were greeted and assisted by Michael. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. We were able to test drive a few cars without any fuss. All the cars appeared to be in good condition and each car goes through a detailed inspection. I had obtained financing through my credit union. It took a little longer to receive the funds with it being presidents day weekend but they were good about holding the car for me. It was a very pleasant experience and I ended up getting a 2008 honda civic which is perfect for my situation. I highly recommend cransh auto ask for Michael.

Cransh is awesome. I cant recall how long its been there but, as far back as I can remember, theyve always had great deals and even greater customer service. Due to budget/circumstances/wants and needs, today was my first actual buying experience at Cransh, but I can tell you out of the many times Ive visited over the past several years, theyve always offered top quality used vehicles, competitive prices, and no hassle/no pressure customer service. Just tell the guys what youre looking for, what your price range is, etc. and they will point you in the right direction and leave you to it. During the sale work, unlike other places, you will be given a summary of the carfax(copy included), and offered but not urged to buy an extended warranty of your choosing. I took my wife in to look at a car I saw posted a couple days prior, and although there was some initial confusion on whether or not it was still available, we ended up viewing/test driving/buying the vehicle all in under an hour. We are both relieved and excited to have a new-to-us reliable vehicle, and very pleased with our shopping experience at Cransh. I would recommend this lot to anyone in or new to the area looking for an affordable cash car, or even something a little higher ranged. I know Ill continue to look/shop here as long as theyre around.

They were really patient. I test drove 6 cars and a couple of them more than once. They were super fast with paperwork. We had our own financing but they were still very helpful. Got the needed paperwork for the new vehicle in the mail super fast also! Haven’t had any problems with the vehicle. Highly recommend!

Had a friend from out of town that was interested in a truck they had. I went by said it was a good truck. They aat it aside for him so he could drive in town to look at it. They treated him great and he has a new truck in the way back to Austin. .

Amazing car dealership. They took care of me when I got my car back in 2013 I got a green mustang from them. They are amazing people and they know exactly what they are doing. Reasonably priced. Hands down my favorite car dealership for used cars so far! They really know how to make sure you are getting what you need and your moneys worth. I have a 2003 mustang that has 174,000 miles on it and Ive had it again since 2013 and it still running in awesome shape with MINOR problems that could easily be fixed. HIGHLY recommended. (:

Ask for Miguel!!Let me first say that I am a very difficult person to sell to. If I feel like Im being manipulated I speak up and can sometimes be very rude.I havent been on a car lot since 1997. I hate dealing with car salesman and the negotiation tactics. In addition, sales people do not typically like dealing with me due to my blunt responses. However, this buying experience was actually enjoyable.Not only does this place have great vehicles at fair prices, my salesman, Miguel, never tried to use sales tactics on me. He was great work with, answered all my questions and presented himself as simply a resource.The actually paperwork portion was also very easy. I told Miguel and the person doing the title work that I did not intend to spend 4hrs waiting around for things to get finished. I was assured that the process only takes about 15 minutes. They were correct. We picked out the truck on Thursday, did a portion of the paperwork at that time, went back on Saturday to pick up the vehicle and signed the final documents (was waiting on my credit union to fund). Total time was around 30 minutes and some of it was waiting on Saturday morning for the copy machine to warm up (we were the first ones on the lot).No negotiating on prices but also no need as they are fair when comparing to blue book.

Cransh auto not only helped me buy a new car for my manager who works for me at an unbeatable price, but they repaired my car and did body work again at an amazing price. Ryan was awesome, very honest about which cars were the best, all in the same price range. Not once did he try to up sell - that was really refreshing! He allowed us to drive several and was very patient. The closing paperwork was quick and painless. Again, no up sell, warranty was offered but not pushed. No used car is perfect but they really do try to address anything that might be wrong up front. I would highly recommend!

May 2016 purchased a 2005 Honda Element. This is the second vehicle that as a family we have purchased from Cransh Auto. I had the pleasure of working with Miguel. I am a looker. I am one of those people who just cannot make up her mind. I think. I think. And then I think a little bit longer. Miguel was patient with my indecision. He was understanding of my hesitancy in making a significant purchase (did I mention that I am also cheap on top of all the other quirks he had to deal with?) After a couple of weeks of searching for cars here and there, online and offline, and going back and forth to Cransh I finally reconciled with myself that I needed to make a decision. Lo and behold there was the Element. Small enough that I did not feel like I was driving above everyone and large enough that I can haul garage sale finds with ease. Not to mention easy to get in and out of and at my grand old age of 52 this is a check in the plus column. Fast forward to September 2016 and I find myself facing a smallish issue with the car. I drive to Cransh and Miguel, not only greets me immediately, he remembers me. I pop the hood and all the while he is inspecting the engine he is listening to my concerns. Then the owner of Cransh comes over to us and he also listens to me and assures me that they will do right by me. Buying a used car is always a gamble at best and things are going to break down. But they listened to me.....not just that they heard me, they LISTENED to me. I am happy to report that they made me an offer on the repair that was very fair and to be honest I was taken aback. We all know the horror stories of buying a car and some of us have actually lived those horror stories. I can state with a clear conscience that my experience with Cransh Auto, Miguel and the entire staff has been nothing other than positive. Bought an 06 acura from Ricardo. Very helpful guy, showed me everything in my price range and gave my mom and I a lot of space to decide. Very little pressuring. All of their cars go through an intense servicing, my car (and most others) had a new timing belt put on by them. After being to so many other dealerships, and not taking one to the mechanic, after my mechanic gave me the go ahead on this one it was a no doubt purchase. They fixed some cosmetic issues in the interior as well. Only issue is the windshield is chipped (they filled them with sealant but I still want a new one for peace of mind), and Ricardo is giving me the contact info for a guy who will replace it for cheap. Very little pressuring at this dealership with a great selection of cars. Just walked out with the car today, so still not sure how it will last in the future, but I left feeling confidant in the vehicle after seeing the carfax.
