She answered all my questions and assured everything was perfect. I got my mini in less than two months, which was quick. I bought my brand new 2022 Mini Countryman a week a go and it is already scheduled for repaired. Still learning everything that it can do because the dealership didn’t have the knowledge about this vehicle. It is a nice looking vehicle but bought it there because my wife wanted this exact one. If not I would have gone to a different Mini dealership. Service department were helpful and nice and don’t get me wrong my salesman Robert was very nice but they threw these vehicle at him without training.
Desmond was fantastic!!! Helpful, friendly and guided us through the process easily.The process at the end waiting on finance was a little lengthy and the little confusing on next steps - but it all worked out. Thats the only reason for 4 star rating.Desmond came in for the finish with the delivery of the truck. Great personalized service and attention on his part!!!

Great quality service. They answered my questions and gave me a video to share with my husband on suggested repairs. I did not feel pressured to get fixed. I took advantage of the 3 year oil change offer.
I usually go here to get oil changes done. Service is usually very good, and a car wash is included plus extra diagnostics for any problems your car may have or may develop soon. The only problem is that the price is almost double what it used to be for an oil change despite the actual service being the same.
Keith (Service dept @ Mini of Arlington) was great! I went for lunch with my husband while waiting on my car and I was able to pay online, while I was out, then pick up my keys and car when I finished. Very nice facility and great people!

I really liked the service when I was there. I believe my service advisor’s name was Jesse. He was super nice, but getting ahold of him after, for questions, was a completely different story. I was trying to get more service done with my 10% off coupon and no phone calls were answered, no voicemail or emails returned, nothing. Kind of annoying.
The team there tried to accommodate various aspects of my lease return experience. My 2017 mini has been my favorite car, but lease return policies were not transparent from BMW. This dealership helped to close the gaps and sent me off in my spotless like-new car!
This was my second time using Mini of Arlington. I didn’t like my first experience but this time was vastly different. The atmosphere appeared to be more customer friendly and my service tech was awesome. I waited for my car and through the check discovered some additional items that needed attention. The choice of having those items done now or later was my decision. There was no pushy up tactics to get me to have the work done. Loved the experience this time verses my previous visit.

I originally thought this was going to be a nightmare experience due to local mechanics not wanting to change oil on mini coopers. That was not the case! People here are very kind. The service was outstanding and included a run through a car wash, vacuumed, and a walk around video inspection of my car sent to my phone. All of this and it was cheaper than getting oil changed on my other vehicles. Im very happy with the experience and wont go anywhere else!

Been buying parts from BMW/Mini parts at this location for TWO DECADES! Today they said they would not deliver to my shop because it was ONE MILE beyond there limit. Ordered the part from Mini of Dallas, they are delivering THIRTY NINE MILES to my shop here in Kennedale, TODAY!! They litterly are driving past Mini of Arlington to get to me. And it was $21.50 less.

My service advisor Carlos did an excellent job. I set everything up online arrived early for service and my loaner was ready to go. He even advised me of future work that was upcoming so I could budget ahead for it. I had my brake fluid, oil change, and air filter changed. I was sent video and text updates throughout the day so that I knew what was happening to my Mini Cooper. All work was finished the same day and the car was cleaned and vacuumed. Great customer service and experience. I highly recommend Mini of Arlington.

BMW/Mini of Arlington is the absolute best place to go for all of your service needs! I always tell people that if they have the extra time, go to BMW Arlington instead of BMW Dallas. I have had the worst possible experiences at BMW Dallas-but BMW Arlington definitely makes up for it because they treat their customers so well and will definitely make sure you are taken care of. I recently had my mini cooper serviced with Robert Moler at BMW Arlington, and he is AWESOME! Very, very... meh. I’ve taken my Mini there several times and had great service. But, this last time I dropped it off for an oil change and break job. I didn’t hear from them for two days and when I did it was just a video. Five days after dropping it off my car was finally ready. Also there were two additional repairs I didn’t get done because they were outrageously priced.

Dont be confused by the new decor new employees and consolidation of service dept. Mini cop of arlington continues to screw customers over by this new service app that does not let u back up to previous screen. The app has been meticilously designed to screw u over and pick a service item to be do e and not allow u to go back and select no. Ie . 14 recommendations of service to be performed. 1st two u are up to 2800$ then 3 rd is 75$ u think its digressing dollar amount - no browsing

I took my Mini for service and a couple of hours after it was there i got a call that my tire had a puncture in it. I never had an indicator letting me know anything about my tire, so i had to replace it as they do not repair tires and they offered to let me take it somewhere to get it repaired but warned me of a slow leak, yet they knew i had a 3 hour drive back home since where i live doesn’t have a BMW/Mini dealership. When i got in my car i noticed the gas indicator was a lot lower than when i dropped it off on the paper work it showed they only put in 4 miles but when i saw the mileage when i started my car they had put 104 miles on my car. I am more than sure that puncture in my tire was caused when they drove the vehicle. My first experience here was so wonderful and i was so disappointed this time around. They couldn’t get a hold of the warranty people so i had to pay for the tire. I just couldn’t believe they were going to let me drive off with a tire leaking knowing i had a long drive home. WOW.

This has been, by far, the best experience Ive ever had with a dealership handling my inspection, oil change and overall car checkup. The process was stress free and extremely streamlined. I was able to have my car picked up at my house and returned to me after everything was finished. They used intuitive applications and texts messages to keep me updated and informed on any issues or problems regarding my car. Honestly, I was blown away with how amazing this whole process was. Also, I NEVER leave reviews but definitely feel like this one is worth leaving a review for.
Mini of Arlington was very Transparent. My advisor Mr Carlos was always upfront and very helpful. He kept me ahead of what needed to be done on my end and also what was wrong with my vehicle. They did an amazing job correcting my issues. The vehicle is responding in a way I have never seen and Im thankful for the work they did.
Cristiano Silva, my mini care associate was very professional, efficient and kind. I’ve been frequenting thisMini service center since 2014 for all 3 Mini CoopersI I have owned. After this visit however, I will change and hopefully the Plano location will be better.They’ve closed the Mini service center and now it’s part of the BMW service center which is cold and an absolute let down as an experience. I was VERY disappointed after having called for an appointment and having been instructed over the phone to wear my mask while inside, to find 4 associates and the manager walking around mask free and not addressing the clients who came in without masks either. I was waiting for the $300 service on my car and would have appreciated the consistent enforcement of their stated mask requirement.I ended up waiting outdoors.Robert Molar had been my consistent care associate and was phenomenal and I hate that he has left the dealership— he added so much to the experience there.I miss my Mini center, the Mini experience and the overall caring and jovial attitude that used to be at the Mini service center before they closed and absorbed it into the lackluster BMW side.

Even during this crazy pandemic, it’s Amazing that Robert in the service dept remembers to ask about family members as he promptly checks me in without delay even though I am chronically early as always, and gets our vehicle checked in easily.As I waited in the well spaced and distanced waiting area with my book, I appreciated the quick updates to my phone from mini as well as the terrific service guys who winterized the car and also handled the needed state inspection so I was ready to go.I had no worries or fears about any germs or infections - the waiting area was spotless as was service!Thanks mini for keeping my adored mini and me safe and on the road in record time - if you are considering a Mini purchase, totally would come to Mini Arlington!

My Mini Cooper was valet serviced to Arlington Mini. I had a nail in my tire. The whole experience was great. The time for my valet service was set & the driver was right on time. I was given a loan car~the best looking RED Mini ever. The valet pick up was just as smooth. My tire was fixed; the car was washed and returned to me at the designated time. Comfortable seating while you are waiting. Free WiFi access. They have desks with electrical sockets available for you to use while you wait as well. I had a friendly customer service person who got everything I needed handled and quickly.
We bought our Mini Cooper via Carvana and we purchased the extended warranty they offered. After having the car for a few months, we started having the car back fire, stall and engine light coming on. After taking it to a local shop and paying them to replace a few parts, the problem still persisted.We were fed up with the lack of ability to properly diagnose the issue and provide a fix from our local mechanics.We took our car to Mini of Arlington and were instantly taken care of by Robert. His knowledge about these cars was amazing. In just a fewhours we got home, they had a complete diagnosis of the main problem (failing HP fuel pump) and found several potential issues which needed attention before the failure would have left us stranded.All of this to say I was completely happy about the whole experience and the prices were quite fair. I especially liked the short video and pictures they sent showing the inspection and areas of concern. My extended warranty was very easy to use and saved me a ton of money.When the time comes we need more work, we will definitely be back!Bravo Robert and the Mini team!

Took my Mini for diagnostics, and found Robert to be quite helpful and polite. There was a bit of phone-tag with two-way communication, but the effort (and communication) was there. Extensive reports were provided and estimates updated and itemized regularly as they assessed the car. They looked at everything I requested as well as the standard multi-point inspection and wash. They waited for approval before moving forward, and I wasnt ambushed by any hidden fees. In fact, when something turned out to be a much simpler fix than anticipated, I came away paying less than the quoted estimate.Still need some work done on car and did not at all feel pressured to have it done when I couldnt yet. Will happily return.
I love this place. Ive been taking my Mini Cooper here for service for several years now. Ive also purchased an additional used Mini Cooper from here. The people are super friendly, and their communications (via email and/or text) keeps me in the loop with every step of the repair or service process.

Robert and Carlos were very helpful in getting our mini Cooper serviced. They were even able to add on the state inspection so I didn’t have to go somewhere else to get it. The loaner mini Cooper was a brand new 2020 and fun to drive. Our car was washed and detailed when I picked it up. Probably would have given them five stars, but there are only 2 locations now in Dfw and it’s a 30 min drive to either of them. Filling up the loaner car just to go home and back was $10 (was not paying the $7/ gal listed in the paperwork). Great car. Professional service. Bad location.

The Mini of Arlington staff were very helpful, kind and professional, both in person and over the phone. While the other mechanics I talked to refused to give me a quote on replacing the part I was pretty sure was broken without me towing my vehicle to them in person, Robert listened to my concerns and suspicions and answered my questions as specifically as he could without seeing the vehicle, and once I did get my vehicle to the service center, the staff did a great job getting it back in top shape for a reasonable price. (Also, it turns out the broken part was exactly the part I thought it was. Thanks for taking me seriously, Mini!)
The Mini team was very professional. They handled everything very quickly. Received a text and email after the diagnostic. I called and gave approval for the work. They finished the job very fast but importantly fixed the issue.
The service department did a fabulous job and even saved us from an accident when they found a hole in one of the tires. We were able to have the tire replaced and get a license plate mounted during our regular service. I appreciate the attention to detail and the car wash as well.
This is the first time using Mini of Arlington’s service department and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The level of service rivaled our Mercedes dealer in Utah. I believe Robert and his tech S. Bravo sorted out the issues with my little red Mini. Time will tell if my Mini is cured but the service was exceptional!

I would never buy another Mini product. Not sure if its this dealership or the actual car. I had a mini that had only 75K on it and it just stopped running. They told me it would be over 7K to fix! What a horrible product. They were kind enough to offer me $100 to take it off my hands. Sounds so shady and not a good rep for them. Stay away for these guys and stay away from mini IMHO.
I had a really good experience taking my mini here. It was a one stop shop which was very convenient for me and Robert and the rest of the staff was very helpful and made my experience very smooth. My car is riding like new now and I would highly recommend this location to anyone else. I can definitely see myself making this my main shop for am maintenance or repairs.

I am very excited and eager to enjoy my new Mini Cooper. This is my 2nd Mini and I have been so pleased with them. The outside is so deceiving related to the inside which is much more spacious than you can imagine. I am a huge fan of the Mini Cooper Countryman.
I called the dealership & got passed around like a hot cake or put on long holds. They wanted full price on a vehicle that is almost 2 years old, in a accident & on the lot more than 30 days. I would NOT recommend this dealership.
Salesman was pushy, slammed a door on us when getting out of the car when we saw that it didnt have a navigation system. We were shown three year old cars that cost the same as my wifes mini she got three years ago (new), that had fewer features. Kept trying to show us cars we werent interested in beyond our price range.

Took our vehicle in to service a couple moths ago they informed us the turbo needed to be replaced. So I replaced it. The next day typical mini the service light came on again. My wife drove it for a month like that .So we took in this week it also needed a tire .they couldnt figure out what was wrong second guessing my work. So they wanted 500 dollars to just look into it further with no answers typical bolt on mechanics with no skill set to think just plug it in and read codes and guess .
