Best car buying experience ever. I grew up in Arlington my whole life and never stepped foot inside the building until today. I was promptly greeted and treated like a top priority of the sales staff. Everything was clear and transparent, I couldnt be happier about our experience at American Service Center aka Mercedes-Benz of Arlington
The service department at this Mercedes dealership is AMAZING!!! Ben and Wondy took such good care of my car and we’re SO FAST! They really are so helpful and friendly here…I can’t praise these guys enough. Jeff helped me with Mercedes connect and offered to spend time with me to make sure I didn’t have any questions. This is the best customer service I’ve experienced across Lexus, BMW and now Mercedes. Thank you guys so much!!!
My review is for the service department, most importantly, Juan.Juan has been extremely helpful with my Mercedes-even though repairs were under warranty, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He worked diligently and around the clock to make sure my issue was covered under Mercedes warranty. He listened to my concerns-even when the machine they hooked up stated the car had no issues-I felt genuine concern for my needs from Juan.Mercedes of Arlington has amazing service.
This dealership is adding a premium surcharge to the sticker price of their vehicles (for my vehicle they wanted to add $12,000). They explained to me that the reason for this surcharge was due to COVID and supply chain issues. My advice is to call before you go, to confirm the actual price of the vehicle. The sticker price is deceiving and not the price you will be paying.
Bought the car in June and they told me they offered complimentary car washes for life. Just talked to a rude service staff that said the policy has changed and they won’t because of COVID unless you’re getting maintenance. How does that make any sense? If you’re car wash is open and you’re running cars through it, COVID shouldn’t be a part of that. Seems like a sketchy way to go back on their word. Quite dishonest.
I am back again with another review of this dealership. When my wheels were aligned, I originally took it to service because of “clinking” sounds I was hearing while driving. I asked that my struts and suspension be examined for the issue. During the process of the dealership having my car, the service person I was dealing with did not keep me updated. I received an email that my car was ready. Once I arrived at the dealership I asked to speak with Garry Burk but was told he was out today and have been for several days. When I asked about the suspension and struts being checked I was told there were screws loose underneath the car so the “clinking” sound should not happen again. Lo and behold, the clinking sounds are back again! I am so frustrated with this dealership having spent over $1200 without my main issue being fix. I don’t normally write review nor do I read them beforehand but after this issue along with my wife issue at another dealership I have now begun to read and post reviews. I hope you take heed of what I am saying and do your research before trusting your car to this dealership.
This was the fastest, easiest car purchase ever made. Alvin found me the vehicle that two other dealers could not find and he delivered on every promise. Highly recommended.
Friendly service with detailed explanation of maintenance. I would recommend them over the other Mercedes maintenance and service companies in the area. However, that is because the others are so bad. This place is at least trying better right now. These service management departments change over quickly so could be totally different service in a yr

As a AMG owner, costs come high but the service team here always gives me great opinions and options to go with them. Loaners are usually from Enterprise but always a luxury car when provided. I like this dealership better then all the other dealerships and will remain a customer as long as I live here in the DMV area!

3 years later and still horrible service. 2018 they refused to cut a key for me despite having a registration, and all required documents. I ended up leaving after the embarrassment; I was in military uniform. I recently had my car towed there for tires and nothing has changed. They couldn’t locate my records by vin despite being serviced at the Mercedes of Tampa, Richmond and Manhattan. A service person upsold me on something I didn’t need while identifying a issue with my car is didn’t have. I am not mad about the issue but the careless snarky and smart remarks we unwarranted. I immediately hung up the phone. I have contacted Mercedes North America. If you have any pride in service, take your vehicle to Tyson’s or Alexandria!
Meant to add some color to the rating. We were referred to this dealer by a friend and got amazed by the patience and friendliness of Paul (our sales rep), Mike (the Finance Director) and also the sales manager. They tried hard to get the cars that we wanted in all possible ways and explained to us all the differences patiently. We don’t need all the luxury packages for our cars (just personal preference) and Paul is super nice to help us get the right ones. We didn’t feel the pressure that we normally would have at other dealership where they tried to sell you the most expensive cars. Mike is nice,helpful, and funny too. Everyone is sincere at this place. Highly recommend it!
5 Star experience!! I chose Arlington MB because my local dealers here in Michigan just dont have the inventory. They regularly carry AMGs that your local dealer has to special order. They also Provided transport and a free detail once my GLE 63 arrived to make sure it looked show room clean. My sales associate Larry Stringfield is one of the best in the business. Make sure to ask for him; he will call even after the sale to make sure everything is going smooth. Car had a very minor blemish on the screen; Larry arranged for a complete new screen to be installed at my local dealer at no charge.
Had to come in for a few recalls on my 2013 and they were incredibly helpful, informed, and kind. There was a slightly longer wait than quoted and they were extremely apologetic and thoughtful about ways to make me feel like they were considerate of the wait. 10/10 absolutely recommend if you’re in the DMV area :)
I thought after eleven years of service from Mercedes Benz of Arlington, my retired service provider was pretty good. My current provider, Brent Crow, well, two words, SUPER DELUXE! All aspects of my maintenance experience was what one would expect from a Mercedes dealership. Thank you.

They picked up my car from my office. The loaner was a upgrade from my E class and I loved it so much I wanted to trade my E class in but we couldn’t make a deal. The guy (I didn’t get his name) that dropped off my car and picked it up when it was finished was nice, very professional and told me all about the car (which really made me buy it) Derrick was really great also he gave us time to decide if we were going to buy or fix. He didn’t rush us to pick up the car, connected us immediately to a sales man he was great also I think his name was Shelton. But we’re going to pay down the E-Class and will certainly come back for the trade in! Everything was perfect I love the pick up and drop off service! Saved me so much time and they scheduled it fast. I’m completely beyond satisfied. Excellent Excellent service to all 3 of these guys and I know we were tough we didn’t have the title, my husband and I couldn’t agree on what we wanted to put down and plus and these guys were just wonderful, I just can’t mention it enough.

The most fantastic experience purchasing a car Ive ever had! My wife and I were in the hunt for a vehicle that met our needs and we just didnt want to deal with dealerships. We went on to explain we wanted a certain color and this professional salesman was relentless with finding our dream car, and we were in that car within 5 days! Worst experience getting a loaner!!! Before even understanding your servicing issues, you are told on an early morning of 7/22/21 that you cannot get a loaner until 8/02/21 just because they have quotas to follow…so REALLY the customer NEEDS do NOT Matter. This dealership must get it together and STOP subjectively picking and choosing who gets a loaner.
I found the vehicle I wanted and applied online. Antonio in finance was amazing with explaining everything to me. Staff was very professional and great. Luke delivered my car the next day and took time to explain how to connect and work options with my phone. Great experience for my first Mercedes purchase!

5 stars without hesitation! I definitely recommend this place among the DC area.I came with 3 problems on my car:1. Type A service & oil change2. Wiper blades not working for the first two switches3. Right rear tire pressure goes lower quicker than other 3 tires.Brenton Crow and his colleagues address my problems perfectly:1. After the service, my car is neat! Some places do oil change and services separately, but not this place.2. Wiper blades fixed and Brenton explained to me how they repair it in detail patiently.3. The primary propose of my trip here: to fix my tire. I try to find the same type and same brand of tire some where else like tire rack, Walmart, and Costco. Tire rack said they are on back order for my car’s tire type. Walmart had the tire but google reviews said they have bad services attitude. I went to Costco at last with two pre-purchased rear tires. But the good Costco employee said that they won’t install it unless it’s the same tire brand or purchased and mounting in set of 4, which makes sense. I came to Arlington without my hopes up. But Brenton told me that they have my tire brand - “continental” and tire type. After going through all the troubles, it brightens my day when Brenton said that they have the qualified tires and they can fix this.I know these are not serious-serious problems but Brenton handled these professionally. This place definitely stands for their name and I would recommend this place to someone around the DC area who need a good Mercedes service.
Stopped by service to get my vehicle worked on. My service advisor, Naomi, took very good care of me. Communication, which is very important to me, was AWESOME! She seemed available every time I called or texted with a question about my car. She was also very patient in helping me understand the total process, what was needed and why, and the breakdown of cost. I also want to mention another service advisor named, Hugh, which I caught after hours and ended up staying late to process my payment and was very pleasant about it. If it was me, I would have slipped out the back door, but not Hugh. Overall, what a great staff! You can bring your vehicle here and feel confident that you’ll get the white glove service one would come to expect with an elite car brand. How is your response going to be We had to cancel the order due to the massive inventory shortage affecting the entire auto industry. Since we are located in Virginia, MBUSA requests that we primarily work with clients in our area of interest. It doesnt matter if there was a shortage or if someone is not in the area of the dealership. Someone placed an order and you pulled a fast one by canceling his order. Not a proper way to do business. Doesnt matter if there was a shortage. I worked at Chrysler and if you did this to a Chrysler customer you would be at risk of losing your Chrysler license.
The service department exceeded my expectations. Staff is very professional and provided daily updates of work performed. I was pleased with the results. Free multi point inspection report was a bonus.

The Arlington dealership has a first class service department department, I was very impressed with the treatment I received when I arrived.
Cancelled a customers vehicle order within 2-3 weeks of their vehicles delivery in order to charge others a hefty markup. There is no customer loyalty in cancelling someone’s vehicle order after pulling credit, approving them for the vehicle loan and agreeing on a specific price just to simply sell it to another customer that will pay over sticker, causing your original customer to wait multiple years for another car or to price gouge him. A shortage of inventory is irrelevant if the vehicle is already sold as that vehicle will produce a profit, just not a big enough one I guess. I cannot comment on previous business doings but this action would not bring me any comfort when making such an expensive and important purchase decision.

My advisor Bill Detwiler was the absolute best I’ve encountered in my 5 years as a customer. He’s the perfect example of how customer service should be when visiting. I had an emergency with my car not starting and had to get a jump start, upon arrival Bill went above and beyond with ensuring I was immediately taken care of by sending me off in a loaner and maintaining constant communication. He’s a total jewel!
This is an unbelievable service department. I called to get some service information about a car I bought 2 years ago from a person who bought the car at this dealership. I have the carfax of the car and was always maintained at this dealership by the previous owner. I just wanted to know if the transmission service was done at the last service. It is stated on the carfax, recommended service done. Thats all I wanted, needed to know. My car needs service and was thinking to continue the service at this dealership. After the run around, calls, hold emailing etc... I got an email back in a timely matter, telling me its a private law matter that they cant give it out. Never heard about that. Carfax is public. Nothing private about that. Got finally a call back, left me a message, Need a copy of my driver license and registration, just for a simple answer, yes or no, the transmission service is done. I called service departments before for information about vehicles. Never once they asked me that. Unless this is a new law, just came out, but last month it was not in place when I called BMW. Got all information I wanted. I understand if you need a key for the car, that they will need to verify that you are the owner of the car. But not this. My personal information is private. Im not giving out my information to a dealer service department to obtain an answer to a very simple question. By the way I have all the information about the previous owner if thats a concern for the dealer. Remember I bough the car from that person. Involved is a title with all information etc... With this attitude they loose for one a customer for the service department, 2 a potential future customer to buy a used or new car and 3th if someone asked me about this dealership, this is the answer they will be getting.

My husband. And I had a very good experience. With Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. The service was Great, but what was done to him is unforgivable, My husband is a honest man & I gladly stand by his side. Until the day of 8/23/19, we pick our car up, from being repaired, due to the 5 star review, we decided to take our SLC43 /AMG back where we bought it. Little did we know, that their is a bigger dent on the drivers door panel & it was not noticed until he got out of the car to get gas. Now mind you. this is a 3-hour drive to pick up a vehicle after being rushed to get back in it, you know youre supposed to be experienced, now I feel as if hes being ignored and no one is returning a phone call. I felt as if something was wrong when we picked it up, normally they do a walk around with you so you can see that everything was done but NO, it was like it was brought around the building the door was open we got in we left. This had to of happened before the time of pick up. It was strange to me why no one did the walk-around . We have two other vehicles that are well taken care of and, Glenn, deserves better this is for my husband, Glenn Drew

The service I receive at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington is impeccable--from the service department through sales. In fact, even if you ask a question of a staff member who is not working with you they will go out of their way to make sure you are directed to the right place. There is a reason I drive the distance to this dealer, when I could go elsewhere--SERVICE. They have been taking car of my old Mercedes for 6 years, and now will have them take care of my new Mercedes. A big shout out to Clayton Garrett--Clayton took the time to be sure I understood the new vehicles and the whys to help me make a decision that was best for me. If someone could make one feel like they were listened to and respected it is Clayton. Another efficient and courteous service experience. I visited for routine A2 service and rear brake pads. Despite a very busy check-in, I was squared away in short order and set up with a loaner vehicle. The volume of cars in for service pushed my pick-up to the next day, but everything was smooth and trouble-free. My service was prepaid; pricing for brake pads was reasonable for a premium vehicle serviced by Mercedes technicians.No complaints. MB of Arlingtons service almost always has been top-notch at each first attempt, and on two occasions where it wasnt, the problems were rectified quickly. Im very satisfied.

Perfect service when purchasing a car. Perfect service when they remind you about the Daimler survey and ask for 5 stars. But absolutely NOTHING, Now that I own the car, my temp tags have expired weeks ago and DC is not providing them with plates because I just moved here and haven’t been able to obtain a drivers license yet due to no availability for DMV appointments in March 2021. No suggestion. No offer of help. The woman who does the registrations, Lana, won’t even bother hitting reply on the email. How hard is it to respond and say, I’m working on, or I tried, or something! Like I am not even worthy of her time? Alvin, My salesperson, who gave me this wonderful pitch about his concierge type service before I bought my car, has nothing. Not even a hey, is this still an issue? These are the people with the experience. Not me! Where are the suggestions? Where is the support? This dealership is all shine and no heart. I wish I had purchased my MB at the Tyson MB I purchased from before.Update: So it took this review for someone from Arlington MB to reach out to me with some solutions.
As a younger women, car dealerships are a bit intimidating and i alway fear I will be taken advantage of for my lack of actual car knowledge. But that was not the case here.I had the pleasure of working with the service advisor Juan and he was just fabulous! From my initial visit, to communicating my car issues to me, to ordering the parts and diligently working to fix the problem! The purchasing experience was great at MB or Arlington. I went to several dealers; MB, Audi, Acura, BMW, Cadillac. Of all the dealerships, especially the MB dealers, the Arlington dealer was by far the best. They were very friendly and never pressured me into getting anything. The showroom is awesome and again the professionalism of the people was great.

Hi customer service was worst. After I have buy the 2021 Glc 300 I need to talk to finance manager his name was Samuel Beloff I try to call so many time also left messages and email him and I also call to my sales man his name was Rudy Shirley also so many time but no one reply back at all so I had a worst customer service. The reason I need to call is the warranty they sell me was a mbenz extended warranty and when I came back to Georgia and take it to my dealer in after 3rd day she said they sell you after market warranty and they told me it was from mbenz extended warranty so when you go to buy you need make sure so it was a worst experience for me.

I always experience superb service at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. They are always courteous and eager to help me. The service team seems honest and always willing to give me the best possible deal. Working with Gary Burke over the years has been excellent. He has a very professional manner and is responsive to my calls. Additionally, they are always willing to give me a loaner car to avoid any inconvenience to me.

A friend of mine ordered a g wagon from then, then they go on to cancel his order after the received the car and try to sell it 25k above market value and not refund his 10k$ deposit
Our service guy Dan always does a great job. He is ready when we arrive and there is always a loaner car available if we need it. He is very thorough. The staff is always friendly and the mechanics do excellent work.

Serviced my Benz there for while and most of them are not very patient almost rude !! Then just last Friday I took my 2016 E350 to be appraised and one of the used cars managers made me feel terrible about my car and said we can’t buy it but maybe it’s worth 18k then I took it to carmax and sold it for 24kDon’t ever take your car there for a trade in sell it somewhere if you want to get a better deal
Worst experience ever, I ordered a G63 from them on Nov 2nd 2020 which is a paid 30k over the msrp to get after really long time of waiting the car just arrived yesterday to the dealership, I went today to pick it up when I arrived they told me the car had an accident yesterday when they were doing the pre inspection test drive so the manager (Mark Zetlin) hes so rude and unprofessional offered to fix the car which was a full rear bumper replacement and the rear gate have to be replaced and painted as well and it’s going to take another month to get it done, so I told the manager Mark Zetlin at least to reduce the 30k to 10k since the car had an accident now he didn’t agree and said I’m walking away from you I don’t know what kind of customer service is that and then he said will fix it and sell it, so guys be careful the vin number for the car W1NYC7HJ0MX387753 black matte with red interior. wouldnt pay even MSRP
