Popped in yesterday to get help with a tailgate locking issue. Heather in the Service Department immediately helped and went above and beyond helping me understand the issue (which turned out to be fine). It was so nice to have instantaneous and effective service. Super pleased!
I went to Arlington at 9:15 as instructed via phone. I was told when I arrived the service had already been completed. It was a recall. Why was i asked to go there when I had called and service man made appt. for me so early by telling me the service had to be done and would last the whole day??????
I went in with a friend of mine who is looking for a new car. The sales people were absolutely great! Never any pressure to buy, and very friendly. They took the time to answer the several questions we had. They understood the type of vehicle my friend required and tried hard to find one that met her needs. Ken encourage us to take a test drive and a new Ionic. Ken also offered to bring the car to my friends parking garage to see if it would fit in the extremely tight space it needs to fit. The experience exceeded my expectations.
I had excellent service here.My Hyundai Santa Fe had a recall for a software update, they also offered a free oil change.I scheduled via the link in the email and was taken right away (actually 10 minutes early).They said it would take about an hour, so I waited, they were right.The waiting area is clean and comfortable, free coffee and some donuts, TV and massage chairs with charging station for your devices.Very pleasant experience, the only thing that would have made it better would be a WiFi connection available.

Nice salesmen, no high pressure sales, easy in and out.EV Drivers/Shoppers: They had Kona Electric Vehicles. I called and confirmed, showed up and they let me test drive. No hassles, no high pressure to buy this second. Knowledgeable salesman who told me about the features of the car. No brochures, they said everything was on the website.

Ask for Jim Wheaton. Weve bought two cars from him and it was always low pressure and he knows the vehicles well. Friendly sales/finance staff. They corrected a minor cosmetic issue I discovered after taking delivery, could have easily blamed me but they took care of it without any questions. Great EV dealer, very knowledgeable.
The parts department can be a bit gruff, but usually helpful in the end. Over the years Ive ordered parts from them a few times, including Hyundai fluids that others seemed unable to find.

I have bought two Hyndai Accent cars from Mirak and so far I am happy. John Waters was very helpful in identifying our requirements and helping in choosing what we want without any intrusion. Mirak service is also good as the staff are professional and giving suggestions to keep the car in better shape.

Stay away! Made a service appointment after giving a detailed description of the issue. Arrived on time, waited half hour while no one looked at the car. Then told it would be 2 hours before they would get to it. Dont take appointments if you cant honor them. Simple!

Every time we go for an oil change or something for our car they always mess up and do the wring wrong thing. They always have issues with coupon book we bought while leasing our car. The service sucks !

Dishonest business, does not post prices online until you actually schedule a visit and have committed to giving them your money, unlike the Hyundai dealership in Danvers, which is transparent about their pricing. Also, these guys arbitrarily come up with multiple diagnosis fees for each individual symptom you describe before leaving them your car, which are divided in such a way as to ensure the highest price to the customer.I paid $65 for these guys to tell me that a whine, which clearly came from the engine bay (and not the wheels), was a result of leaving on snow tires during the summer. Not a drone (which winter tires produce), a whine, like an air filter. Also, they charged another $65 to only tell me my brakes need to be changed. What is the deal guys? Do you not have a flat, full inspection rate like every other dealership on the planet?
