Very unprofessional, will try to steal all your money with their “in house financing “ they sell messed up cars as well! Not sure why owner responds to comments concerning his company with such unprofessionalism . Clearly has no concern about the way he does business. I’d advise avoiding them if you’re looking for a reliable car . I am still doing payments on a car with my boyfriend that constantly has different issues . Not saying every single car is horrible but they definitely are not trying to help you!

Do NOT trust these crooks, they will steal your money and sell you a bad car. I left a $100 deposit for a car and ended up not getting the car and the owner has been ducking me not wanting to give me my deposit back even though they have a refundable policy. Owner made me uncomfortable because he told me he wanted to sell me a car for 12k but he’s going to put it on paper as if he sold it to me for 8k that made me uneasy. I do not recommend these crooks!

Im sorry but Cynthia if thats her real name is the worst. Like it makes no sense for her to treat people like trash. Im contacting the better business bureau Monday morning. There very unprofessional she called me directly about a compliant that I filed against her about her rudeness . Little do they no that Im the wrong one. And I strongly believe in treat people how you want to be treated they will most definitely be served next week. She was rude to my references, and when she verified with my boss( really where I make my money?), she pulled up my boyfriends background (who did not sign for the car) and exposed his record In front of other employees as well as our children. She then disrespected me on a personal level. So I would say if your interested in getting a car here dont its not worth the stress. And I can garuntee you after I get the right people involved the will wish that they changed things up long ago. As to you Galaxy motors when I asked that Cynthia never contacts me again that she needs to allow another employee to speak to me I meant just that she said she gone call me anyway okay cool but when I call she keeps hanging up in my face .... Terrible Service. None of the cars are in decent condition. I bought a car From them and they Ripped the bumper after they tried to fix it. After I bought the car I had to go back twice because they made mistakes. I had a cash for clunkers deal that gave me an extra $1000 off With them. I would definitely Avoid going to them even With the extra $1000 off. I was very irritated by The lack of professionalism.

I worked with Ben when I went, and I know at least when I read these reviews I think sometimes that there are two groups of people who write them, the people who hate the place, and the employees who write good stuff about themselves. Well I am neither, I bought an 06 spectra there about 3 and a half months ago, and it is a great car. I talked them way down, they gave me an amazing deal. They were really flexible about financing, and took my aircheck texas trade in. They were quick about getting my tags, and always answer the phone when I call. All in All I was satisfied and I used to sell cars. I would recommend the place.

I advise no one to buy a vehicle from this place, Youll be treated unfair, give serious faulty product and whatever down payment that you may put down for a vehicle rather its $50.00 or $2200.00, the owner himself think its nothing. They will try to get you to put more rather you have it to give or not. They tell you a certain thing and do another, or they will choose not to tell you at all. I really hope that this place is shut down sooner or later if they are going to keep dealing with customers in such a way. The Better Business Bureau really needs to intervene with this company.
