Only good things to say about my experience with Sam at Executive Auto Sales DFW. First and foremost I would like to thank Sam for all of the time and effort he put forward to assure that I was comfortable with the vehicle purchase. I am an old car buff and so when I look at a used vehicle I give it a close inspection. As you might imagine this takes some time and Sam was very patient and even was willing to help out with a few things where I needed two folks such as turning the AC on and off so could listen to the compressor start and stop. Now that is not even the best part. After I took the vehicle for a test drive I had some concerns. Sam went with me for a second test drive to see what I was talking about and he agreed that there seemed to be an issue. Now usually I would have expected that to be the end of the story but that was not the case. Sam suggested he have his mechanic take a look at it and he would get back to me with anything found. WOW! Sure enough a day or two later Sam called and said there were issues identified and it would cost $1200 to fix and that if I was still interested he would have them taken care of at no extra charge but he would require a non-refundable deposit. I suggested 10% or $120 and he countered with $200. I was nervous about taking the risk but what he described did sound like it could be the cause of the things I was concerned about and if all went well the vehicle should prove to be a good value. Well as you can tell based on me even writing this review that things did work out. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and so far everything is going OK. So, would I recommend Executive Auto Sales DFW? YES! But I would also recommend that when buying a used vehicle you have someone with knowledge give it the once over.

Alex sold me a Nissan Versa Note said it was clean car and runs great. One day later the transmission is slipping and has to be replaced. Buyer BEWARE this is not the place to get a car. Update! They added something to the transmission fluid to make it work for the day I bought it and now it is 4 k to fix it. They are cheats and scam artists do not get a car from them you will be sorry. All positive reviews are done by owner. I have reported them to Facebook market place and better business bureau.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! sam sold us a car that was suposto transport my 4 yearold to school and my Autisic son to therepy. Said the car had ZERO mechanical issues.. took it for a oil change and it has a MAJOR oil leak. The sales man said its never been in a wreck but my mechanic said theres no way its not been in one as the whole engin is pushed back. So disappointed thats what you get when you trust somone dont do what I did and get screwed by them!

Met on a Sunday for a test drive! Nice car, nice face-to-face service and cold bottles of water!!Over a week later and the parts for the ABS sensor scheduled to come in the day we picked up the car have never been sent.Also, had a flat and where the aluminum wheel had been welded in two places cracked, so I had to order a new one. Wouldve been nice to know the wheel had been welded when I bought the car.

Alex really went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got a dependable car for high school. Thank you Alex for everything. We love the Mazda!

I purchased a car from Alex yesterday. He had previously met me after hours so I could look at the car and test drive it. He was honest with me about an issue that the car had and the parts were on order. He will be shipping them to me when they come in. The service up to this point has been the best Ive encountered in my car buying life. So far the car runs well and I immediately took it on a make or break it run from Arlington to Pecos. I will update if there are any unexpected issues with the car. ***Update the parts never got sent so I had to purchase them. At least one of the wheels had been damaged and welded as a repair. During the course of normal driving the welds failed and I had to get a new tire and wheel. It was a front wheel and could have seriously damaged the car and caused an accident. Please get a pre-purchase inspection done.

I bought a car for $4100 and in with 3 days it was overheating and the repairs began. Basically Alex CROOK sold me a car with a blown head gasket and he knew it. The car didnt last 100 miles and they are taking no responsibility whatsoever. CROOKS-stay away.

I had a positive experience here after test driving at six other used car lots all over DFW. Of course you should know what you are looking for and do your homework, but these guys have a long term outlook and will treat you with respect.
