In early March I needed to replace a 2-nd hand vehicle asap. I purchased a Subaru from Vaatco, sigh unseen. The initial conversations with. Angel were not good. He doesn’t understand or speak good English. Asked me if my husband could talk to him. I’m not married. Did some other calls w/ other salesperson who was much better. I was v-e-r-y suspicious when the Subaru arrived with new inspection sticker, windshield wipers that were deplorable and should never pass inspection. Then no wiper fluid, and hose had disconnected. Also no Freon for AC. Vehicle also arrived without an exterior Gas cap. And a bent outside crossbar:(.However, I’ve had the vehicle looked over once or twice now. It’s in good Shape! HOORAY!

First-rate service! I bought a 2009 Subaru Tribeca that had only one owner. No rust, no real defects (one door ding and minor scratches that can be buffed out) and supremely clean with only 89K miles! One owner and you can tell.After I got it home, some lights came on within the dash. I was mortified! I thought I had been taken (I think most people would). I called and emailed pics of the lights and the code. Then they said to bring it in and they would fix it! VERY rare for AS-IS vehicles.The problem was a knocking sensor and it was intermittent. When I drove it back, the lights went off and stayed off. They had their mechanic fix it and only charged me for the part then, delivered it back to me in Annapolis from Alexandria!Great service, great support... you cant go wrong buying from these guys!

Do not go into this shop to buy cars.I bought a ford and it was told to me it was in perfect condition but now a month after my muffler was broken and i had to spent a fortune to fix it.The guy in the shop told me that it was like that so i did not brake it .If you buy dont waste your money here.
