I accidentally pulled into the full service gas pump. Im not from around here and these always confuse me!At this one, the gentleman pumping the gas did a good job. I was a bit before the posted open hours and he didnt say anything about it.I believe the cost of the gas was actually cheaper than the posted prices of other nearby gas stations!!

I got a flat tire.I contacted them 9 am, they said it will be done very soon bring your car!I was there 9:10am.Waited for 15 mins.The guy came checked the wheel, he called some other places to get the tire for me.He said the price is $147 and we can fix it today but no later than 2pm!I was waiting for them to call me around 2pm.No one called!I went there around 3:30pm and the guy said it will be ready at 4:30 pmFinally I went there 5:30 pm waited there 45 mins for the m to finish another car and finally they changed the tier!When I get to the office for the payment the guy said the tier was $170 and the labour $50!It took me 20 min to convince them the price was $147 in the morning.I am not familiar with the labour cost but $50 for 15min!The tier pressure supposed to be 29 but my dashboard is showing 48!Check everything in advance and even after your visit!

This is a great place -- heart of the neighborhood. The owner is helpful and honest, the staff is friendly, inspections are fast, and the prices are good. It tended to look a little long-in-the-tooth for a long time, as in most of the outdated photos on the Google listing, but in summer of 2018, they kicked it up a notch by commissioning an amazing redesign of the station -- in bright colors and artistic designs. It brightened up the neighborhood and even inspired a big public art project to decorate the whole block during the fall.

I brought my car in for a simple inspection and oil change. I was told my Rear LED lights didn’t work.Abe was not only unable to diagnose the problem with my car but insisted I NOT bring the vehicle to the dealer.I was told my engine was going to need to be replaced at a cost of around $6k.He had me take a photo of his computer of what he believed was wrong with the car... the fact that he could not tell me what was wrong was puzzling.Alas, I brought my car to Herb Chambers.... only to learn that my rear LED lights were fully functional, and that there was a MINOR problem with one part of the engine. (Covered under warranty)Needless to say, I would NOT RECOMMEND Abe’s sub par service at Arlington Global Service.Nor would I recommend him for inspection.

Friendly folks work here. Gas tanks are playfully painted. Good service.

He always tries his best to rip me off since im new driver. So, i will say if you are a new driver & dont have that much experience about cars problem then dont go there to fix your car cause he will definitely rip you off, but the gas price & customer service are good.

A very different set of experiences. Had tried this place on and off for many many years. Last repair (the very last), the car had been left out doors for many days with the windows open all day, all night. I would call on the phone and mention this and theyd patently deny it then Id walk over on the weekend with the windows still open. One guy said--ah its safe in the lot. Yeah right. Prices? --how about a battery that was marked up about $30. Reliability--how about a string of days being told my car would be ready or its being worked on and Id drive by and see it sitting in the same spot it had been delivered in? How about Abe, many times saying itll be ready by 4. You come by at 4 and he politely tells you he couldnt finish. (happened a great deal). How about a phone call for this?Ah another time--first time I went, should have been my last. I had a muffler installed. I left and the thing was banging and rattling on every bump. I went back and Abe told me he didnt have the part. I asked to get it fixed. He said his lift was broken (there were cars up and down on it all the time.) Small things --flat tire, oil changes A, big things D. Yes very friendly setting for sure but most repairs are done better elsewhere. Go to Yelp and read around a bit.

Pulled in to get gas, saw that the mid grade on the 5X3 sign facing the street listed $ 275.09. On the pumps its listed $299.09. I said to the attendant, 275.00 or is it 299.00? She said 299.00. Well, if Im not mistaken the law says if its posted lower thats what you are to get it for! I pulled out.

I love this place. When my boyfriends bike broke down, the owner Abe offered us his car to go to local shop for new bike battery. He had never met us before. Just handed us his keys. I am a devoted customer with them now.

I have been a client for many years.Abe and his team are great.Their technical excellence is supported by a sophisticated computer diagnostic system. I drive old Volvos - Abe goes out of his way to solve problems by crafting solutions as opposed to ordering costly assembles. You leave with the feeling that they are serving you and your pocket book.

Ive been there twice and really liked the service ( 4 stars is about as high as anyone will get from me). Abraham is very good with explaining the problem (even had me stop by so he could show me in person), and I dont think the prices were bad. Definitely did not feel like I was being exploited, and I have bad memories of mechanics in that regard. Has even followed up to see if everything was working correctly.
