Convenient hours. Great service. Very helpful. Reasonable prices. Last shop I went to was a rip off that quoted 1800 then when I came in had charges of over 2400 because they forgot things or suddenly had a higher price. Was able to haggle it down a couple hundred. Here at Mr. Tire what I was quoted was what I paid. No surprises or having to haggle.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went into the shop and told them I needed an oil change and an oil pressure sensor replacement (I already knew the code and just needed a quote). In addition to the oil change, they charged me $120 for diagnostics despite the fact that I told them what was wrong in the beginning. So I basically paid $200 for an oil change and to be told something I already knew. Thanks a lot. Then they said the oil sensor replacement would be $1500. That seemed like a lot so I asked to get a quote somewhere else and they told me they would price match. They also said the $120 diagnostic fee would serve as a deposit if I repaired with them. So I didnt mind it paying it then because I knew $1500 was absurd and I could get another quote for cheaper.So I went and got quotes from several other auto shops, all for ~$350, for the same exact repair. I printed one out, brought it back, and not only did they not match it, they refused to refund me the diagnostic fee/deposit. I dont know what kind of shop theyre running but it sure seems like they are trying to scam hard working people out of thousands of dollars...

I had a very bad experience with another Mr Tire service center years ago, so I was very apprehensive this time, though I needed to go in for a flat tire. This service did better, and way beyond my expectations. Professional and straightforward, respecting the appointments and more importantly, they stepped up to a challenge they had with one of the tires. This means I am going to go back next time I need a service.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Even though they were very busy, I got a same-day appointment and they got my oil changed within an hour or so. Great experience and will definitely be coming back here for my car maintenance!

Extraordinary service:I recently had a wonderful customer service experience at Mr. Tire (5200 Lee Highway, Arlington). I encountered a problem four weeks after having some service work done at Mr Tire (new front brakes). I wasn’t even sure that the problem was in fact related to the prior service work, but I had the car towed to back to them. They immediately (without me even raising the possibility that the repair and the later problem might be connected) accepted responsibility for the problem and made the repair to get me back on the road.They further told me that they had also noticed that the probem with the initial work had caused some cosmetic damage to the inside of one of my wheels (I might never have noticed this damage). They told me that since the problem with the original repair had caused the cosmetic wheel damage they were going to replace the wheel. Further, they offered to pay for the towing charge. Throughout, they kept me informed of the status of the wheel order, and they completed all the work at no charge to me. This was outstanding custorer service and was above and beyond what I would have reasonably expected.Anyone can make a mistake. Most often it’s not the mistake but how it is handled that really matters. This allows customers to focus on the resolution not the problem, which is exactly what I have done. By proactively accepting responsibilty, Mr. Tire did the right thing. Impressive and refreshing.

This review is a bit long overdue. After going through the process of buying tires here and NTB multiple times my conclusion is that though the cost for tires is roughly the same the time needed to actually get your tires changed was less at NTB. Twice after buying tires from this location spoke to an employee and agreed on a time once the tires arrived to get the change done. Tires arrived, as did I at the agreed time only to be told to leave my vehicle and it will get taken care of when time allows. Compare this to NTB, same process, I arrive at the scheduled time but one hour (or less) I am driving away with my new tires. If you prefer to have changing a tire as an all day affair be my guest but with many options for tire service I prefer to use my time more wisely.

Amazing this has as many stars as it does. The company on BBB is rated at what Im giving it. Took my car in for a tire leak, Im later told the car needs $2,900 worth of repairs. Mechanic says the the car isnt safe to drive. So obviously I got a second look from another mechanic that was recommended by a long time resident of the area. ZERO issues with the car. Place is a fraud and shouldnt be surprised one day that somebody comes after the shop and brings them to court.

This is an honest shop that wont recommend work you dont need done and will help you figure out what is and isnt essential, as well as trying to get you the best deal on tires. I have been a customer there for over a decade. Damaged a tire last spring after getting a new vehicle and they patched it for free even though I hadnt bought the tires for that vehicle from them. Last week my low tire pressure light came on and they discovered a nail in one of my tires. They werent able to repair it, but they let me know that my tires were new enough that I wouldnt have to replace all 4 (AWD) and looked around for a replacement for me. I ended up ordering a new tire myself, and this morning I popped in to get the new tire mounted and they asked when I could return to pick it up. I said I had to go to work and even without an appointment or buying the tire from them, I was out the door in 20 minutes and out just $25 for the service. Stellar, honest service when it comes to tires and routine maintenance!

My tire gave out on me on the way to work, and I lucked up and found Mr.Tire. The customer service in this place alone was awesome. My technician was able to effectively assess the situation and provide clarity on the best options of tires for my vehicle. The building itself is pretty spacious so I was very comfortable as far as social distancing is concerned. Everyone was nice and my tires was changed quickly. I stayed at the shop no longer than an hour. I would rate this place 10 stars but I could only give 5.

I’ve been all over NOVA trying to find the right place to get my tires done right for a great price and I’ve finally found one. Not only that they have good pricing but Lucas the manager is super professional and he have the best customer service I’ve came across. Lucas was very honest and straightforward with everything. I got my car serviced at this very location, I originally came in due to needing new tires however it kept making this strange awful sound when driving to the location as well and when I arrived I shared my concerns with a gentleman named Lucas whom I believe is the manager, he was very knowledgeable, professional and honest with what it was that my car needed. Mr Tire Off of lee hwy has always impressed me with their no frills, easy servicing approach. Today Robert took care of me with four new tires and an oil change. These guys are the best. Blew up my tire 45 minutes before they closed. They took me in, inspected my car and recommended a tire. Very affordable service and total life savers. I’ve worked with Hendrix and he has been very courteous and helpful and has always provided the right advice. The location is very convenient. They provide free wifi and there are plenty of dining options around so one can get lunch while the car is getting repaired.

Great service and went the extra mile to help us out in a pinch. We got a flat tire, not repairable, just as we were heading out on the 160 mile journey home. After getting the temp tire in place, we were able to make it ~7 miles to Mr. Tire just before closing. The crew stayed after hours to replace our tire so we could drive home, rather than having to find a hotel and spend the night. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Kudos to Mr Tire Arlington!

I went in just for a normal oil change! And not only was the staff helpful and savvy especially since Im not exactly car savvy, they explained it to me where i could understand ! Hendrix and Lucas both were attentive and not only did they do the oil change but went the extra mile to just give my car (they knew i wasnt comfortable with car maintenance) a glance over and were able to make recommendations based on other findings. Where i really saw that this shop goes above and beyond . They made a plan with me on when to expect to come in and how i can stay safe but also not spend all of my money at once! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!Lucas and Francisco have provided excellent service for me. On the Saturday before Christmas with a 10 hour drive ahead of me, I discovered that one of my tire stems was leaking air at around 5:00 in the afternoon.My first thought was to take my car to Mr. Tire, where I had purchased the tires several years ago and hope they could fix the stem right away, so I could start my drive.Lucas greeted me and immediately offered to help. It turns out that I needed all four stems replaced because Volvo makes these electronic stems that check the tire pressure to only last about 7 years. They then corrode and break. Lucas replaced two stems that needed immediate replacement and then offered to replace the other two when I returned from my trip in January. He also gave me a great deal on replacing the four stems as a package.When I returned yesterday, Lucas replaced the other two stems at exactly the time of my appointment. I then asked if Mr. Tire could do an oil change and Francisco immediately offered to help and locate an oil filter if they did not have one in stock. The oil change was done quickly at a very reasonable price.My experience with Mr. Tire at this location has been excellent!! Thank you again Lucas and Francisco for your help. I moved 800 miles from home on my own after college and my car did not survive the drive. I was anxious, stressed, upset, and truly at my breaking point, but the staff at Mr. Tire turned that all around for me. They were incredibly kind, transparent, and more than fair. I will be going to them for my car needs as long as I’m around the area. I couldn’t recommend them more, especially for women who don’t want to have the cliche car experience we all hear about and fear when going to the mechanic. Even with an appointment, a total wait of 4 hours and 49 minutes to have 4 new tires installed and an oil change. Ill let that fact sink in for a minute...I had an appointment for 10:00 AM to purchase and install 4 new tires and have my oil changed. I arrived at 9:55 AM and reminded them that the oil needed to be changed (which I noticed had not been recorded in their computer from when I made the appointment). Handed over the keys, told them Id wait in the waiting room, and asked how long they thought the job would take (I was expecting about 2 hours). The manager told me about an hour, to which I incredulously said, Really? Only an hour? Great!After waiting for two hours, I inquired about the status with the manager. He went in the garage to check, came back, and told me the work would take about 1/2 hour longer. So I walked outside to go get some lunch. Walking through the parking lot, I noticed that my car was exactly where I had parked it and that they had not even started to work on it yet! I considered cancelling the work and taking the car somewhere else.After eating lunch slowly (trying to kill time for another hour), I walked back to the tire shop and noticed my car had still not been moved. After having an appointment for 10:00 AM, and after waiting for three hours, they had still not started to work on my car! Again, I considered cancelling.I resumed my spot in the waiting room because I really needed new tires and an oil change before a long road trip. I usually don’t complain. In my experience, complaining doesn’t do anything but hurt the quality of the work being done that you can’t see. I proceeded to wait another hour and 49 minutes for the work to be done. I waited a total of 4 hours and 50 minutes.I almost never write reviews (I have to be motivated by very good or very poor experiences). I am also a pretty patient (too patient) person. Ive worked some hard jobs in my life and know that this type of work can be thankless sometimes. Ive been a loyal customer (numerous sets of tires, alignments, brake work, oil changes) at Mr Tire #591 at 5200 Lee Highway in Arlington since before it became Mr Tire (used to be Craven Tire until about 10 years ago). Ive never had a complaint about the quality of their work, but this time, I didnt get the truth about work status. I value honesty and reward it with continued business. I detest dishonesty and reward it with reviews like this.

Excellent customer service and great prices! Recently had my tires replaced and got a wheel alignment at Mr.Tire on Lee Hwy in Arlington. They matched the cheaper price quote I got from Costco without any hassle. I appreciated that no one tried to push me to purchase other tires or services I didn’t need. Instead of waiting on my car to be serviced they had a courtesy vehicle to take me home. If you were to wait the waiting area is comfortable. Great place!

I went to mr tire to correct a flat tire, get an alignment, and to figure out why my car was burning oil. I met with Lucas- he was super helpful and walked me through my options. He did a really nice job of letting me know the options, discussing the pros/cons, but didnt pressure me into anything. I really appreciated that- will definitely go again!

We have three Toyota Land Cruiser all at least 19 years old. These guys have been great, as my dad lives in Dubai causing a whole world of issues in communications, these guys make it easy for our family. Couldnt ask for a better service center for our Toyota workhorses!

I brought my newly repaired Lincoln to Mr. Tire to have a proper alignment. I must say I am very pleased that whomever did the alignment did a fantastic job and my car now drives like a dream. I included a coupon to also have my oil changed (somehow cheaper than I could buy six quarts of oil). The technician spoke to me in a very friendly and jovial way to tell me details of my car and it was very refreshing.I was a bit put off by the gruff front desk personnel but he warmed up as well. One negative was that there were extra charges so the billing was much higher than advertised.

My car was having issues starting. They were very quick checking my battery and able to find and show the cracked battery cell. Then replaced it. All total in and out in 45 minutes!

They did a great job from my first phone call to installation. They ordered the tires I wanted based on our phone call then picked them up and had them ready for me an hour and a half later when I came in. They honored the online pricing with no hidden fees—only tax. They were able to replace the locking lug nuts which had a stripped key without a problem and replaced them with matching regular lug nuts. Overall very pleased with the service.

I started coming here about a year ago, after my mechanic of 25 years retired. Francesco and his crew are polite, personable, and stand behind their work. Ive had 3 significant repairs now on my 2007 Mazda, and I am happy to say that my car is running great, no residual or repeat problems. I trust the work they do. I drive to Arlington, Virginia from Montgomery County, Maryland because I finally found a shop I can trust.

We started taking all of our cars here for service (oil change, brakes, tires) about two years ago. The customer service has been excellent. In fact, during a recent oil change visit, they brought be back to speak to the mechanic who showed me some areas of wear and tear on my Jeep. Surprisingly, there wasnt a push for more repairs--he just wanted to make sure I was aware of potential problems down the road. Refreshing to say the least.

Mr. Tire did an absolutely fantastic job fixing one of my rear tires. The tire itself turned out to not only have one, but actually two nails in it. I was made aware by the tire pressure management system, ignored it for a while and finally decided to take it somebody for professional help. At first I got in touch with Cody, who directly took a look at the tire himself and pointed out that they could do the job right away. Have only had my vehicle, a 2017 Honda Accord LX for a whole week now and the rear driver side tire was seriously low. I brought it into this location where my parents always go and within 20 minutes it was fixed and i back on the road with no further issues!! DOPE service guys thank you so much!!

This is my second time getting my SUV serviced there. They are friendly, courteous, professional, and I have never felt they were trying to take advantage of the situation. On the contrary they saved me a bunch of money when I wanted to buy new rims because that was what was told at a different establishment.
