Nice place great ppl and hard workers who care about u and getting u the best work for the best price. They towed my truck and it didnt cost me ip front because I was in a bind with no immediate cash but they still took care of me and held my car on the lot as storage til I got my funds together. Extremely honest and super nice staff! I had such a positive experience with their tow truck driver, Russell who drove all the way out to my home to tow my disabled car. After talking to me for bit, Russell asked if he could check to see if the battery was the problem. He quickly got it running and then offered to follow me up to OReillys to get a new battery. The car died again on the way there, but Russell threw his caution lights on and got out while cars honked at me, etc. He jumped it again and then he stayed with me and my son (who has special needs) until my wife could come and meet us. Russell is an amazing worker with a heart of gold! He made a stressful situation so much better! I was more than happy to pay the service call fee only, because we didnt need the tow to get it to a mechanic. The manager Bryan called me to double check that everything went well, and he was extremely pleasant!*I have saved their number in my phone and I will be giving it out to everyone I know on social media! *Russell needs a raise! He was my angel today! Thank you!

The entire staff was really nice especially Mr. Russell. He took the time to come out and look at my car which was my back light which the entire light had fallen out while in a drive thru car wash. He was honest and patient with me, provided me with a quote that was at a great price. When they order the part they will ask you to pay half up front and then the rest when you come in to have your car fixed. They are also honest and accurate about how long your car will take for it to be fixed as well. I highly recommend them and I will be back most definitely!!!!! This is a great place to take your car no matter how old it is! (2007 Nissan)

I had the most amazing experience with City Collision Center! The tow/roadside service, first and foremost, was a quick and easy process!! They were on time and friendly and extremely professional! I am now having my second vehicle done, through them and know I will be, just as happy as I was when they finished my first car, that needed work! They came and got my second vehicle last night and had it loaded up quickly!! Super impressed!! The owner and staff are super nice and most importantly extremely knowledgeable! I had my truck at City Collision Ctr. I found their quality poor and a horrible customer service. Russell is very rude and has no regard for customers. I had to go back & fort several times and paid over $100 for Uber to try to get my truck because I didn’t have a ride. The owner is friendly at first to get your business but when it comes to issues resolution he ignores all your calls and leaves you with the rude Russell dude. Finally when my truck was ready after a long painful time Russell drove my truck with muddy boots and all inside driver side floor was filled with mud. I suggest you consider somewhere else to have your vehicle fixed. 😡😭☹️👎🏼

Great set of awesome guys! They stayed in constant communication while getting my jeep picked up in a difficult situation. This resulted in multiple trips to try and retrieve my jeep from a muddy situation. I am thankful for city collision as they worked hard to get the job done! I would highly recommend choosing them if you want it done right!

Awesome service!! My van stopped in the middle of street and God sent me a guardian angel by the name of Mr. Bryan Davis. He and a couple other guys helped push my van into a nearby parking lot. And it was very hot that day. He gave me his card and said call me and if you work with me I will work with you. He had my van towed to his shop and even sent one of his employees to get my keys. I have three small children and it would have been impossible for me to get my keys to him that day so that was a major help. They fixed my van and allowed me to make payments, within reason, which is almost unheard of in their line of business. Everyone was very nice and I truly appreciate them. Oh and the price was more than reasonable. The staff was very welcoming and warm. You will not regret using them.

I was referred to City Collision in Arlington,Tx on Harris rd.My husband and I have been involved in customer service for over 30 years, so we know good serviceand I am sad to say this is the worst customer service we have ever received! Our car went in their garage for a wreck where I was hit by a driver with no dl or insurance, so my insurance covered it.I had not even had the car for 1 year yet, it was new. My car was there for over a week, which is fineBecause I knew they would have to order parts. It was extended twice, so my insurance extended the rental for me. I work in Mansfield which is only about 10 min. away .My windshield was replaced and mypaint was chipped across the top of window.The tool they used scratched and dented inside door.The owner Thomas authorized the windshield replacement on his own without my approval or the insurance. When I came to pick it up, Thomas was not there. The receptionist told me to have a seat and that they were finishing up the windshield. I told her that the windshield should not have been donethat it was not approved! So she got Thomas on phone and he so much as called me a liar.I told him I am sorry for the misunderstanding on his part and the last I heard He said he would eat the cost his exact words! He spoke to the workers after we talked and had them to put the shattered glass back in .He was mad because I would not pay for what the insurance did not approve! Pretty bad huh?What happened to the customer is always right? NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE, REMEMBER YOU WERE WARNED! Thomas had my paint touched up and it looks like a child went out and touched it up with fingernail polish.... Very,Very Bad Service!!

Thomas with City Collision Center was a God send yesterday when my vehicle broke down on a Saturday evening in Arlington. We are from out of town and ended up stuck with engine trouble and he went above and beyond to make sure to give us the help we needed and even contacted someone that could look at my car that evening and agreed to work on it on Sunday. He also made sure we got back to our hotel safely. I highly recommend City Collision Center for all your towing needs. Very honest and kind hearted people. That is so rare to find anymore. Let me start by saying I really wanted to like City Collision. They were friendly, gave me peace of mind, and the other reviews were great. However, I feel -- was -- horribly mislead. I was told it would take 4 days and I would have a loaner car (the MAIN reason I chose them over less expensive options). Not only did it take three weeks, but the loaner car broke down after only a few days (around 100 miles -- I reset a trip odometer).They said one of the main reasons the job took so long because parts had to be ordered. Well, then how about you order the parts, let the customer know when ALL parts have arrived, and then you can begin work on the car. Do not keep the car in your garage for weeks unnecessarily when there are no other viable, inexpensive forms of transportation. I called them for days afterward to see what had happened to the loaner car. They had to send it to other shop. So, I gave up on that, but I kept calling about my car and was always told they would call me back with anything updates. They never did. In fact, they once had me on hold for 45 minutes.When repairs were finally completed on my car, I noticed a few flaws. Let me stress that I am by no means a car expect. Honestly, I do not care about buffing, waxing and whatever, but I can tell when there is a new scratch on a window, what seems to be glue on a new handle, and misaligned paneling. For the price tag, I expected to not notice anything. The job seemed rushed, which is odd since it took weeks.In sum, they are expensive, slow, do not communicate, clearly do not care about their customers, and, in my opinion, do not do a good enough job for the price tag. STEER CLEAR.

Well, they took two hours to arrive and when they spoke to my husband and he said he wanted a jump first before towing, they decided to cancel and no show, leaving us stranded (my 6 year old near a crazy busy intersection) after a 2 hour wait with roadside assistance call through Farmers. What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

But my impression of the BIG DEALER shops was by far no match to that of City Collision.A extremely welcoming team, great customer service, took over dealing with my insurance and wait for it............. They gave me a FREE, yes FREE loaner for the duration of my cars repairs. I couldnt believe it. As I left I for a minute I thought I was being punked.No punk !!!! It was just before the Christmas holidays and my car was ready in a couple of days.I admit I was nervous as I drove to pick my car up not sure how good a job they had done. It was not good it was GREAT. My car looked exactly as got it new.Thank you City Collision for a great experience !!!!!!

This Has Been A Horrible Experience & All They Could Say Was Sorry Smh I Really Advise You All To Go Elsewhere Because Its Not Worth The Frustration & Hassle.

This place is is awesome. Bryan (one of the owners) is a good dude who really cares about the customer. I went to 3 other local body shops, his price was extremely competitive, and he made sure that I knew all my options. Had my car in and out on the promised date. The painter knows his trade, and he takes pride in his work. The shop( including people that I didnt mention, Hector, tito ect) went above and beyond, and did little things that they didnt have to do, such as repairing a few stone chips in the front, and even buffing, and polishing out of scuff in the side skirt... the damage that I paid to have repaired was in the back. After all said and done, My black pearl wrx is brand new, so after the repair, I expected it to look brand new, and I certainly wasnt disappointed. I was shocked by the service of the shop, and I recommend them looking for a outstanding service, and quality workmanship. Gives a great name to small business.

Took over a month to fix minute damages and some other things that Id rather not rant over because its too much. Bottom line took forever for a disappointing outcome. Reused my old parts but with a new crappy paint job. Wasted my insurance settlement money on them.

I couldnt of had a better experience than I did. Initially I had an insurance claim, but while my car was going to be in the shop I inquired about an out of pocket expense (replacing front bumber) and they gave me a solid price! My Monte Carlo is looking brand new and I am completely satisfied with every aspect of my interaction with Brian, Ryan, Mario, and even the shop dog was awesime!

Never answer the phone. I had to take off work early and drive over there just to check on the status of my vehicle.

I brought my car to do work there after they had the car for 3 months the only work they were able to do was on the motor and I had to pay out of pocket for that after I paid out of pocket and went to come pick up my car the bumper and lights were taking off they didnt put back on the bumper or lights the correct way they drilled screws to my bumper and then said my clips were broken thats why they put screws in through my bumper after that I drove off after I had paid cash for my car to be fixed two days later my engine stopped working I had to get it towed on the highway to my house
