Made an appointment with the shop manager Eric for 10a.m. when arrived no one new of appt and didnt try to reschedule. Eric never came to apologize or anyone else.

Eric was very courteous and kept us in the loop the entire time while they were working on my girlfriends vehicle. Also, he was able to get it up and running in about a day! Compares to some other quotes we got, Ace was a little higher, but in the end Im glad we went with them and would definitely go back here for other auto work.

Always overcharging now that I have been buying my own parts to have my 2006 Volvo S40 fixed I do not trust them to buy any parts on my car due to them being used after I had an alternator go out on me and paid $315 for a “brand new” one as they claimed after having my car for a month but yet had to get that one replaced a few weeks ago smh if I could give no stars I would
