TLDR--I have been to this service department three times, and I am extremely disappointed with the service department, and the poor customer service I received from Brittany. I am not sure why I didnt learn from my first visit, which was a brake diagnosis that they wanted to charge me about $3500 for. My second visit was because the dashboard lights and general power in my Prius were not working. Jason recommended replacing the auxiliary battery, which cost around $300. Two days after this replacement, the same problems started occurring (lights not working). I called the service department on two different days to make an appointment to have this looked at again, and was basically hung up on because they were too busy to make an appointment. I eventually did get an appointment for a Saturday at 7:30am. I made it clear at the time of making this appointment that I would have work that afternoon, and would need at least a diagnosis before that, and the person that made the appointment for me was understanding. I arrived for my appointment, and was told that Brittany would be taking care of me. I waited 10 minutes past my appointment time to even be checked in, and when I asked about needing to check in it appeared to inconvenience Brittany. I did not hear from Brittany all day, and when she did call me at 4:50 on that Saturday, ten minutes before the service department closes, she did not leave any information about a diagnosis in the message. I then had to wait until Monday to even hear a diagnosis, and was told they couldnt find any issues with the lights. I picked up my car and stopped for gas, and literally when I turned my car back on after getting gas the lights were not working. I am so frustrated with this location, their ridiculous prices and diagnosis fee, and the fact that I had an appointment and my whole day was wasted waiting to hear from them. Also, this is a car dealership and I was surprised that with all of my car problems it wasnt even suggested that I buy a new car. What a joke.

I do not recommend this dealership specifically if you are intending to utilize your warranty and their service department. Their service associate would not listen to me or my husbands numerous, very simple complaints/instructions. As the customer, I went without a car for several days, I had to make several unnecessary trips to the service center and my car was never repaired by them. I tried to make a complaint with the service manager on his employees poor service and arrogant attitude, but I was told the service associate was an important person. I guess the customer is not more important. This ordeal wasted my time and money, and I ended up having to take my car to a different dealership for repairs.

The service department is a joke. Even with a scheduled appointment they estimated a 3 hours wait. What is the point of scheduling an appointment and making arrangements if the car will be there for hours. It’s so ridiculous. I will no longer be taking my vehicle here for any service nor do I recommend to anyone else. Drive to a different Toyota. And don’t waste your time.

Im only giving it one star because I cant give it less. I dont want to waste MORE of my time typing everything out that this place did wrong, but I will tell you to drive the extra 30 minutes and go to Toyota of Grapevine. Muuuuch better service.

I went in for a simple wheel rotations on 12/30/2020 and left out with damaged wheels on my new 2020 Camry. technicians just rush and don’t take time in doing Quality work. I’m very unhappy with my services today. I’m sure they will try and offer a second hand resurfaced Wheel option that’s I’m not interested in. Dealerships takes no accountability for their actions these days. Remind you this is my first and only service on this new car. Let’s hope they will stand by there customer.

I had an appointment for my scheduled maintenance at Vandergriff Toyota and the service advisor Mauricio was disrespectful and lacked in professionalism. He told me that he didnt find an appointment for me and that it would take a little longer because of that. After showing him my email confirmation of my appointment, he just shook his head and said okay. I waited for nearly 2 hours for my maintenance to be finished, even though I had an appointment. I sat in the waiting room as people that arrived after me left before me. I was treated without any regard for customer service, and will not be returning to this location. I definitely recommend going to Family Toyota in North Arlington after this visit. The technician that pulled my car out was a very nice guy and provided great service though.

BEWARE of shady business practices. We purchased bumper to bumper covering all repairs. We noticed the very first week the seat belt was broken. The service department looked us straight in the face denied the warranty and stated we broke it by pouring coffee on it. Its like health insurance, deny first avoid responsibility. We take our car to N Arlington now.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE! They say every car comes with a 7 year/100k mile warranty but dont put price on the sticker. Youll see a $1300 charge for it when you finally decide to purchase, then they try to sell you ANOTHER warranty on top of that. Their Zaktek paint treatment costs $600 and is a mandatory purchase. Coincidentally, Zaktek and Vandergriff are both Berkshire Hathaway companies. This coating is garbage as I already have horrific scratches on the surface after only 3 weeks and 4 handwashes. Salesmen are nice up until the time you drive your new car off the lot. Service department botched a simple repair on my car and after they wash it you end up with silicone tire sealant all over your vehicle once you hit the highway. AVOID!

They called me three times to set up an appointment and to remind me of my appointment time I get there before time I wait for 15 minutes and there service people are looking at me through the glass and no one has movedOnce I decided to takeoff they came running which was too late I did not give them the business and I will never do that againMy previous visits were a little bit better but they are very poor and badTheir so-called professionals or slow lazy and give you the impression that they didn’t want to be there
