My family and I have been Lowetech customers for somewhere around 20 years. Not only is this a LOCALLY OWNED, FAMILY RUN SHOP, these guys are truly the best. Always honest and straightforward, and equally important, they are incredible technicians. From old pickups to brand new jeeps and foreign cars, they have always kept my family on the road in safe and dependable vehicles. Would recommend these three brothers to anyone I know.

My family used these guys for a long time. Now I use them for alignments and stuff I cannot do, even refer people here from my work place when it’s something we don’t deal with. They’ll take care of you.

Let me explain Lowetech.They are straightforward. They do not lie to you. When they rebuilt my AC, they brought out the old parts on a cart and explained one by one why each one had to be replaced. They have inspected 4 or 5 used cars for me free of charge because they know I’ll go back to them for the big stuff. They’re always honest with me, and I believe they treat me fairly and do not cheat me. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled. And more importantly they’re independent, so there’s no corporate agenda telling them to upcharge or upsell. They never lie about needing maintenance, and they help me make my car last as long as possible before I have to pay.They charge $50 for an oil change. They do this to counterbalance the other free services, I suppose. They’ve helped me a lot.Other:They’re a bit confusing to get to - they’re BEHIND the furniture mart. Turn in to the parking lot and drive back around behind the street facing buildings.

These guys are THE BEST!!! We have used them for years and they are always honest and fair and they do an amazing job!! I have recommended them over and over and I would trust whatever they say because we have never found them to be dishonest or try to scam us in any way.

When I bought my new-used car a couple of years ago, I was recommended to Lowe Tech when I was having my windows tinted by the company in the same complex. I wanted to have somebody give it a thorough look over just in case. Can you say AMAZING service. When they called to tell me what it needed I was prepared for another car loan price or to have to piecemeal the work over a few months time. The bottom line $$ made my jaw hit the floor. I was able to say, go ahead, do it all. Ive taken it back for all my standard maintenance needs. Ive recommended them to friends which means a lot for me to do. I am with complete confidence driving because I trust the work they have done or may need to do in the future.

I have taken several different vehicles to these guys and they are always fast, friendly, fair priced and they know what they are doing. It is rare that you can go to a repair shop and get 75 years of experience repairing cars between 3 men. I highly recommended LoweTech.

LoweTech was the first place I took my car in Arlington in January 2015 and they completed the job. They are closed all weekend, which caused me to be without a car longer than expected, but thats understandable and I knew that going in. Just expect it.Ive personally only met 2 of the brothers. One, a larger gentleman with a little longer hair, has his good days and bad days it seems. He certainly has some customer service skills. The thinner, somewhat older looking brother (who did the work on my car) acted as if I was a burden by being there.The price was fair, but when I asked questions about the work to be done the issue with the vehicle was not really explained, and any questions I had were responded to with one two word answers. I dont feel they did it intentionally, however I left without a full understanding of why the damage had occurred, what could be done to prevent it, or how to tell if any other issues were present.At the time of service they seemed honest, and it was affordable. However, I dont think they have very good human relations skills, and I would have loved to have known what exactly was wrong with my car and how it occurred. Short of being rude myself, I did everything I could to pull it out of them.Recently, the owners posted a response to this review on another reviewing site. The response not only refuted what I said, but never addressed me directly to rectify the situation. This response illustrates what I experienced at the shop. I would have been receptive to a direct response and would have likely amended my review, as I believe in second chances.Where they are located is loaded with mechanics (just down the street is a much better shop - see my other reviews) so you would think they would try to do something to set themselves apart from the places around them by offering a more customer friendly experience.

Only guys I trust with my vehicles. We drive there from Keller and when we move to Dallas, well drive from there. Honesty at its best with Lowe brothers.

I had a wheel bearing assembly put on about 6mo ago or so and they had it ready within 4 hrs, having to order the part the same day! These guys are friendly, quick and professional.

Honest professional mechanics that do great work!

Asked to fix a oil leak, car came back with 300 extra miles on it, oil all over the interior, they hosed down the engine without properly covering the air intake system or the spark plugs and costed me 600 in repairs. Also when I got back my car was STILL leaking oil. Asked the guy to come to my house and fix it because the 6th cylinder wasnt lighting so my car was shaking, he refused and proceeded to cuss me out and said he would only give me my 300 back, he lied about mailing it for 2 months and I had to drive all the way over there and he gave me a hard time about getting it back. I knew something was wrong when they called me a day in and asked me if I wanted to sell my car??? DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
