I just bought my car 2 weeks ago and it has already broken down, Ive been trying to call and communicate this information but they NEVER answer, Being short staffed is not an excuse, If I spent my hard-earned money here I expect to be able to get in contact when I need assistance. At first I recommended this place but now I wouldnt I am passed frustrated with the services and it needs to better before I end my business with the company HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and a huge inconvenience for me to have to go somewhere else to have my car I just bought 2 weeks ago serviced by anyone else when they took pride in having their own auto service on the lot, Unacceptable.

The sales associate (Zachariah) was AMAZING. He basically was working with me to make sure I got APPROVED, had all the documents I needed, and to DRIVE off the lot the same day with my dream vehicle. He has great customer service and conversation. I felt like family talking to him while nervously waiting on the process.

I called to have my car serviced from The service department due to heating a lout knocking sound and the brakes not working. The technician advised me I needed 4 breaks and rotors replaced. They called me on Thursday at around 5:30pm on letting me know early car was fixed and good to go. Mind you they closed by the time I was going to get my car so he left the keys in the glove compartment. I pick my car up and it had this loud knocking sound scraping on the floor as if something was falling out of the car. The breaks started vibrating super hard and all the dashboard lights came on. I had my kids in the car and their life was at risk due to someone’s negligence! I called in and the lady told me to come in on Saturday in the morning and they will look at it. I called Saturday at 9 am letting them know my car was there. The guy told me they would have someone call me back after they look at it. No one ever called me back. I called back at 12:20 and a lady named valarie answered. she was immediately rude, yelling, arguing with me . She then hung up with me, I called back she continued to tell and argue with me I asked to talk to somebody else and her manager she said no and hung up the phone. I can’t believe you would have somebody working like for you! To be so disrespectful and then hang up the phone!! to a CUSTOMER! Her job exists because of CUSTOMERS! So to be treated this badly was mind blowing!

My car was giving me issues and I needed a car ASAP, I came into Adonis and spoke with Tawny and she was amazing, she told me everything that I needed to do in order to get into a vehicle, she was even willing to come in on her off day just to help me out. Two days later I was fed up with my car so I came back and from start to finish Tawny was so helpful and gave me all my options and the same day I was able to drive off in a 2017 Ford Escape, I was very happy with my decision and I would definitely recommend shopping with Adonis Autos and if you can work with Tawny she’s the best!!!!

Mariah was excellent working with me. I spoke with Adonis about a month ago and wasn’t sure if I was ready but Mariah stayed in contact with me and I came back. She was nice and helpful and left me satisfied with my purchase.

I have family members that have purchased fromHere and it’s a nightmare. Even if you pay your car note they will randomly turn your car off and take hours to turn it back on. This has happened so many times on school mornings and work mornings! If your job is strict about being late then DO NOT buy from here cause you will be late when your car randomly won’t start. And on top of that they take forever on repairs. My fiancé didn’t drive his car for over a week due to how slow Adonis repair is and today when he got it back it won’t turn on again at a gas station. So inconvenient and unprofessional. STAY AWAY

My fiancé and I went all the way to the Arlington location which cost us $32 there and $32 back. We bought all the necessary documents only for them to tell us we needed our sons birth certificate to show we have common debt. Went home retrieved that and went to the Fort Worth location. Once there it was really uncomfortable because the salesman was wanting to look through our phone and took pictures of things in our phone. He was also telling me to log into different things of mine. I have never went to purchase a car and my phone was went through. Then he blantly lied and told us he called his manager to get an approval. We went outside and came back in he had turned his computer off and his backpack was on his desk. Still in ultimate aww about how our lives were dug into for a no.

Got my car here, had alot of fails after the first day! took it to the mechanic just to find out my front bumper was only taped on there, car would stop with every turn i took & break lights never turned off, make sure your car isn’t just put together with tape.

I was in a wreck and needed another car. I passed this dealership everyday and decided to give them call. They advertised $489 down. I was skeptical thinking maybe it was bait and switch but I talked to Mariah and she said I got you. I was having problems getting loan info from a previous car so she stepped in and got it done. When she called me and said everything was complete it really was. I didn’t spend my whole day waiting and wasn’t given the run around. And yes all I did put down was $489.

Looks like this dealership is far from making customers happy. My daughter purchased a car there and has been in the service department six times and still no resolution. She was offered a loaner but was told there was 20 people on the waiting list. This says a lot about the type of cars that are being sold there. That’s very disappointing! Customers please have the car checked thoroughly before purchasing a car there. The manager at the service department was not helpful at all. The mechanics just patched the car up and let my daughter drive her car with a cracked engine and was told it was fixed and drivable in which that was not true. Concerning!!!!!

My experience with Adonis was less than satisfactory. I was very straightforward about what I was looking for and what I had and even still after being guaranteed I would leave with a vehicle I didnt. Not only that after my original review I was contacted by management Tony for a follow up and asked about my experience and was told by him he would rectify it and that he would keep in contact with listings of cars that I said I would like which was also another broken promise. Not only that but I was asked to remove my review by management because it made the company look bad. Well I have news I will no longer be quiet about the terrible experience I had at Adonis and how its management made empty promises on good faith just to let you down and have you wasting your time and money like I did being told I would leave in a car that wasn’t detailed, had dings, and less that professional salesmen who didn’t even listen to what I liked and tried to get me to sign and test drive a vehicle that was filthy… definitely not what I was expecting from a professional car lot.

First i was told i was approved 10/25 gave them all my documents sat there for 3 hours the car i wanted was so call getting spark plugs i know they verify all my references my income on 10/25 so i called them on 10/26 of course no answer called them several times no answer so i text the guy to tell him about another car i was interested in he tells me well your approve already so of course i get all happy he tells me he has to go to Dallas to pick up the other car i was interested in i said ok just let me know when to head to the car lot so this entire time i’m waiting for him to tell he’s there with the car then he texts me say he couldn’t proceed with the application I ask why and mind you he texts me at 5:09 pm we unable to get a car because we have another car note well duh i need a vehicle so does my husband i called Adonis to ask what are there qualifications was told income & employment also i let them know about the other vehicle he tells me thats no problem so tell me how was i approved this whole time then was told can not proceed Adonis has poor customer service no one answer the phone this car lot is in Arlington location

Cody got me in a vehicle. 2 days later it randomly stoped running. I haven’t Heard from Cody since. Now Adonis barely answers the phone. They tow the car 2 days later. Another few days goes by and now the car is fixed “Supposedly”. Pick it up and don’t have it for another hour before it cuts off while I’m driving on the highway!! Don’t buy a car from here. They don’t know how to communicate with people after a purchase is made. I have no clue what’s going on with my car and no one seems to call and let you know anything. They will let the place close or “there department” and deal with your situation tomorrow like you don’t need your vehicle or in my eyes they just don’t care. Payments are high because they are going way over price with the car but won’t tell you until everything is already in motion. Overall this whole experience was a lie and they don’t meet the standards that are promised to you. I’ve been ripped off. Got a car last Saturday and drove it for maybe a day literally . This sucks‼️ I bet they want they payment that’s coming up though 😩

Zero stars was not an option so 1 star will have to do. Don’t go here. They had me and my husband drive 3 hours in from Austin because they said they had a car for us. Of course when we got there the car was sold to someone else. The man (I forgot his name) couldn’t even look us in the eye when we arrived like he literally acted like we wasn’t right in his face. Then!!! They hoe’d my mom. Her car has been in their shop for 3 weeks now and every week there’s a new problem. She’s consistent with her payments and has requested a trade in because she’s limited on miles with the rental they have her using. They are giving her the run around but happily taking her hard earned money. DONT GO HERE!

Zachariah was good he was able to get me into a car with lil to no hassle. It was good going to a lot and not getting the run around it was the easiest car experience I’ve ever had.

Stay away from this dealership they will charge you extra money for a undue payment then when you talk to accounting they will basically tell you that the money is taken out already so there’s nothing They can do about it and won’t refund you or nothing and still charge you the regular payments also I have only had the car for four or five months after a couple of hours of haveing it the 1st day The check engine light came on I was told to take it to the mechanics but when you take it there there’s a long wait they take forever to fix your car and still doesn’t fix the problem and end up coming back again also the car was given to me with the license plate bracket broke I was told to take it to the mechanic shop and since it wasn’t on the list of things that was already wrong with it they did not fix it. and the accounting people do not care to solve your problem if they charge a extra payment of fix it and they have Attitudes what happen to the Customers are always right. I will never buy a car from here again I would give this place 0 stars if they had it there nice when there takeing down payments but sale you cars with stuff wrong with them.

I went to Adonis with problems with my air condition. It was blowing hot. I got there early and they found the problem there were leaks. They tried to fix and it wasnt holding freon so they noticed I needed A compressor. Well I had to wait will the part came to them and they put it on and it was a long process but well worth it. They filled up my gas tank because I waited for them to finish and didnt complain about anything. I was working with Jesus Villegas and he was very nice and kept me informed on everything. Just like what this company does to care for there customers. Recommend them to all.

Kind nice sales people they stick to their true price 500 down however there payment team is absolutely terrible will sit on the phone waiting just to be hung up on multiple times. Or cant get through when you call during business hours so hard to make a payment over the phone for people like me who cant make it in before work is done😡
