After several visits for different types of tire service, I can report positive experiences each time. I’ve never waited in-house for my repair, but it seems tidy and suitable. The Chili’s next door would also be good.Their time and cost estimates have been accurate and reasonable.

Great group of guys. Always take care of my car and gets me on my way quickly. Plus its fun looking at the cute guys.

Went and had my brand new wheels and tires balanced here they did a good job balancing them the next day I go to wash my truck at the house and go to wash and clean rims and see two similar dings and scratches that took the paint off I called the manger and sent pictures to him and said they didnt do that now grant it I went straight home after leaving their shop and havent been anywhere else but they said I did it wow Im never going to this place again now I have to find some one to fix my wheels now u tell me if that doesnt look like they dropped the socket on it or the impact gun ran it on there go figure they wouldnt take responsibility for it

I needed a basic front end alignment on a work truck. They did a great job, got the truck aligned and didnt try to upsell a bunch of extras and I was in and out quickly. Great job!

I went to NTB because they were close to home, had an ad for Oil change for $21 (plus an online coupon for $20 off), and to tell me why my check engine light came on. The check engine light was a warning that I needed a new battery. The estimate they tried to get me to pay? $1,163.19! First of all, the oil change WITH the $20 off promo came to $95.08! And I went to Advanced Auto Parts and replaced my battery for $149 TOTAL. I dont know what constitutes fraud in the legal sense, but NTB should be shut down for trying to rip me off for $,163.19 for an oil change and a check engine light (which was simply need a new battery)

This NTB has been most helpful with getting my cars taken care of. Clint Paschall has been beyond attentive in making sure that all my needs were met. Great job!

Very slow service. I have been here for four hours to get an oil change. No sense of urgency to get me in and out. It took 2 hours to change the oil since the took my truck to the lift. They consistently try to up sell brakes to me. Not trust in their service at all. Last time I will use them.

Loved my experience here. Came in for a oil change as usual. Clint was super informative and not pushy on any upsales. I ended up buying tires, shocks, and brakes. I will continue to come back due to his superior customer service.

Strictly average service. Not great, not terrible. Had an appointment for tires and waited 3 hours from appointment time to pick up. Any other tire store Id expect about a 45 min wait.

After waiting 6 hours after making several trips, I find out that the original type tires had already been installed. I called at 9:30am and spoke to the manager, Brayden. I explained the situation and why our car was still in his garage. Over the phone he expressed his sympathy and said it should not have happened the way it did. He very much agreed to make sure we get the tires we wanted. Once we found the tires, Brayden did say it would require a delivery but he could have it done by close of business at 6pm. I received personal text messages and photos of the car being complete by 2pm.Though our experience with the technician may have been far from pleasurable, the store manager did give us confidence in this stores location to work on our car again. I have been a customer with NTB since 1997 when Sears owned them. Todays visit I did not see a familiar face. When I purchase tires I agree to the road hazard that they add on. On todays visit to repair a small leak in my back tire caused by a nail I was informed that it was outside the safe zone to repair. Ok I said lets go with the road hazard then.I was quoted a price around $240. which included the prorate discount for having road hazard. 😲Wait a second... I was told that the tire would be replaced free of charge provided the tread wear was within the legal limit. No thats not the case.Well he said its in the contract you signed...Shame on me for trusting the word of one of the managers and not reading the contract.After leaving and going back to the house my son stopped by and looked at the tire and said that was well inside the safe zone for repair and he showed me a picture on Google. He suggested that I go where he goes to Discount Tire and have them look at it. I learned that if the puncture is within a half inch of the outside of the tread this is not safe. My puncture was more than twice that distance from the edge and very much repairable. So now it seems that NTB was more interested in selling me a new tire than fixing the leak. Interesting enough Discount Tire quoted me a price for all four replacement tires which Im looking at in the near future and the cost of just one tire same exact brand came in $11.00 less than the quoted price NTB gave me even AFTER the discount for the road hazard prorated adjustment. 🤔So basically Ive been paying for road hazard all these years which is worthless. Discount Tires price included road hazard that is not prorated ( yes..I read the form this time) up until the tire is no longer legal. Im disappointed in all the money I spent on road hazard with NTB over the years and having to leave them after 24 years. The service I got at Discount Tire today was very much like the service I use to get back in the day with NTB. Moving on...

Service was done very orderly and well explained

This place should be shut down. I have had several bad experiences at this location, but this last one takes the cake. They had my car on the lift with my passenger door open, lifted it up and crunched my door. Then, they wanted to drive my car to take it to get quotes for repairs after I had already taken off work to go get several my self. DO NOT GO HERE!Update: It has been 4 months now and they still have not paid to fix the damage they caused to my car. Extremely unprofessional and infuriating.

Came in with a punctured tire, they only have 2 people working. After 30 minutes waiting, they still hadn’t got my truck in. Then said it was going to be another 45 min.

I purchased 4 tires from this NTB last December. I was hoping it would be a good place to have near my house for tire issues. I have found that not to be the case - either COVID or prior to COVID. You will ALWAYS have to leave your car even to have them take a tire off and check for a nail, hole, etc. Their customer service is anemic. NTB is the tortoise to the hare Discount Tire. I always went to Discount before this and will certainly return to them. How this place survives is beyond me. On a side note, I stopped at the NTB in Waxahachie to have my tires checked due to a low pressure indicator. The guy checked each tire and when I asked him how much was in the one that had been low he said “I’m not sure, I just started working here”. Really?? So I then asked how much he put in since he never bothered to look at the recommendations for my car. Again, he didn’t know. I went to Discount Tire two days later and was told every tire had a different amount ranging from 32 to 55!!! What in the world! Goodbye NTB.One more note - make sure you check to see if your wheel lock is returned before you leave. I didn’t check and they called a day or two later to say they found mine in the parking lot on the ground and said my make of car was the only one they had worked on and decided to see if mine. At least they notified me.

Girlfriend had a less than stellar experience at NTB. They gave her the full girlfriend treatment in what was supposed to be a $21.00 oilchange saying up to $500 in repairs needed to be done. When she said she wanted to hold off it got worse. I wont be sending any more people there.

Had a 9am appointment at the Little Rd. Store, car wasn’t taken back until 9:40. Bathrooms were nasty! No hand soap nor any sanitizer in sight. Seems like these would be essential items during the pandemic. The store on I-20 has significantly higher standards and better customer service. Wouldn’t come back here.

Superb service! I went in for my regular oil change and tires and not only did they take care of me in a timely manner, but they gave my car a good look over and found a few other minor fixes on it. And when I had questions they walked me to my vehicle and showed and explained to me the issues. The mechanics were very nice and good at helping me understand my car, sage was especially knowledgeable. As well as, I believe the boys names were Shaun and Seth at the front desk, they were very nice and polite and made the whole process a breeze.Thanks guys, I’ll definitely be back on my next oil change

Shawn & Seth were very friendly and helpful during my visit. The mechanic Sage looked over my vehicle and got me taken care of and back on the road quickly and I couldn’t have been more thankful considering I was already having a rough day! Great staff, and I will surely recommend to others!

Had an oil change appointment at 11:00. Didnt get check in until 11:40. I was told that because my check engine light was on and there was new oil in my engine that I needed to payback additional $120 for a confine evaluation. No new oil has been added to my car since my last oil change. Customer service at this location is terrible. Save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere else.

Had heard great things about NTB and made my first visit today. I think the oil change took a little too long for having an appointment and getting there on time. Other than that, the experience was okay.

Came in late tonight w/ 2 nails in my rear tire. I had called the Mansfield store, then another location in So Arlington. They quoted me $80 for install - with road hazard warranty.Thankfully, I went to location I purchased my tires. So where do I start I called this morning About a brake job they told me it would take an hour I got there at 9:30 I left for lunch at 12 come back at one I didn’t leave the store until just about 4:00, The store was unprofessional I would ask the guys in the back how long it will take but never got an answer they gave me the runaround on answers of when they were going to get my truck fixed There were customers that were walking in and waiting 10 to 15 minutes just to see A sales rep, we’re walking out and leaving. they charge me almost $400 wasted my day. Then when I paid and left after being there for almost 7 hours, I had to go back up to the store because one of the Mechanics had taken my wheel lock.

My son took his car in today for brake pads. They told him he needed to have the rotors done too. He okayed the work and after a few hours and $600, the brakes were worse than when he took it in. They told him there was nothing they could do about it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Great service! Fast and friendly staff! Had me in and out within an hour, and compared to the dealer that’s incredible lol Staff was very knowledgeable and recommended routine maintenance that I wasn’t aware I needed. Will for sure be coming back again!

Made a appointment for alignment 1 day prior. I called them before my set appointment and told them that I did not want the alignment and need just my tires balance and rotated. Asked the person that answer the phone if there was going to be problem with my change of surface and said no and will see me at the time of my appointment. Went there 20 minutes early to my set appointment and was told that it will take up to 1 hour and 1/2 before that they would look at my car or even more. I asked him that I made appointment and what is the point making a appointment if it is going to take over a hour before they work on my car. He gave me some B.S which is unacceptable to me and the amount of time for service.It will of taken them over 3 hrs to balance and rotated 4 tires. This is a ongoing issue at this location. I live near this location and they just keep me B.S. This is last time bring my car to NTB I am DONE with them.They should of told the truth over the phone. I dont mind paying the service and giving up my time but I despised been lied to straight to my faced, totally unnecessary.

These guys took such good care of me and explained each item that needed repair and future attention. While I was waiting for my car to be repaired, one of the mechanics came in to get a cup of coffee because it was cold outside. He asked me if I would like a cup and I told him I was fine. Not every mechanic is that friendly and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this location for service!

Went to get an oil change, customer service was fantastic, everyone was very helpful and friendly. They explained everything really well and it was done quickly.

Wouldnt change my oil cause they wanted to sell a diagnostic fee after spending 450 less than two weeks ago on new tires and changed my oil 6 weeks ago with same check engine light, not to mention I let them change my coolant like a month ago, I tried to depend on em, they let me down. Real shifty NTB. Sad parr I was gonna get brakes in front and Trans fluid flush next, gonna have to take my money elsewhere.

Trevor and his crew always take care of me. They are honest about whats needed, give you a fair price, and tell you what needs to be done now and what can wait. And when I had something they couldnt fix, they recommended a place that operated with the same principles they do. BTW, the store lobby and wait area is always clean-if you couldnt see the repairs being done, you wouldnt know it is a auto service center. Keep up the great work guys!

Not busy 2day. Excellent knowledge on tire differs. Wanted a front end alignment with 2 new tires but kinda high for this. Not as high as discount tires. Very friendly compared 2 Discount tires also

The guys were great at explaining the issue with the car. The lobby and bathroom on the other hand werent too clean. There was a big spider in the womens bathroom.

Over all had a great experience, came in for some routine maintenance Seth took me in at the front and had my car in the shop in no time. There mechanic was super friendly and helpful and had me in and out with in an hour very impressed will be bringing my Tahoe back.

Came in today 2 hours before they closed with a flat tire and was worried it would have to be replaced.Could not have have been easier or less stressful.The best service quality and friendliest workers ever.Very nice location to get work on as they have a restaurant next door and will call you when it’s done. Also a nice waiting room. Very good pricing and honest mechanics which are rare these days it seems.NTB just got a customer for life.

I went into this establishment because I had an issue with my car and brakes. The business told me I had 1000 dollars worth of damage. I said you sure. He said yes and showed me a one picture of a rotor and pad and didn’t show me the other wheels. I went to get a estimate from another place and I had one bad rotor and pad and it was the back. They up charged me for the parts and lied about the damage to my car. Don’t bring your vehicle hear because they all about making dollars not helping the customer.

This location is either hit or miss when it comes to its work, speed & competence.

Worst experience ever. Went in for a simple oil change. Asked for windshield whipper fluid. Was told once I picked it up they filled my radiator fluid and windshield fluid. Cool. Took my car home only to find out I got no windshield fluid and oil/grease all in my car. On the door keys, steering wheel, dash and on the head rest! The head rest?! Took it back up there considering they damaged my car didn’t seem to concerned. Will not be returning to this location again.

I give one star but feel it should be all or nothing. I took my Excursion there for an alignment that came with a free tire rotation. I needed both. After picking it up I of course paid before inspecting my vehicle. I was about to leave when I decided to check to see if my tires had been rotated and they in fact had not. I went back in and confronted them about it and how they word let me leave thinking they rotated my tires. They told me they couldn’t lift my vehicle. Then I was invited back to see how they didn’t have the correct attachment to lift the entire vehicle. I asked if they had a jack and jack stands and still I received more excuses how they only had 1 and that they may not hold. In the end I guess it was more work than they wanted to do so lying to the customer was the result. They said they “owed me” a rotation. Of course I still payed full price for the service and nothing in retiring for a free rotation. Never again will I return. I got there at 11 and picked it up at 4. They said they would call me when it was done and they did not do that either. Looks like I’ll be doing this myself NTB. I don’t have another 5 hours to waste. Time is money.

Extremely friendly staff / mechanics. They treated me like family. This isn’t even the closest NTB location or mechanic to where I live but I’ll gladly drive an extra few miles todeal with these guys. Will definitely be back when I need tires and brakes!

They purposely double book appointments and end up WAY behind like multiple hours. They also didnt air my tires up all the way! My TPMS was going off when I picked it up! They just dont care.

Worst service ever! I asked for the same size tires to be put on my vehicle, and put the old tires in the trunk. I received smaller tires then what I originally had on my car and they kept my old tires. I am very disappointed. Will definitely not be going back to this place.

Last Spring I took my wifes car in to have new tires installed due to a blow out she had. One of her tires had a hole the size of my fist in the sidewall. Several months later, I was checking the tires on the van for a road trip and decided to check the spare (which I almost never do.) When I lowered the spare, it was flat and had a huge hole in the sidewall. They had put the blown tire back on my wifes van as a spare. When I think of all the miles my family traveled without a spare I feel really fortunate we did not need it. Some of those miles were very late at night in the middle of nowhere. As far as I am concerned, they put me and my entire family at severe risk by placing that tire back onto my vehicle.When I approached the store manager and presented my receipt from my previous tire purchase which clearly indicates to Make sure the spare tire is in good shape and check tire pressure he offered to sell me a new tire. I couldnt believe it. How do you put a spare tire on a vehicle with a hole the size of a mans fist? I just dont know how this mistake happens. Since we were about to leave town, I paid for the tire. It is the last of my money they will see. I cannot recommend doing business with this store.

We bought the tires. They told us we needed some work that they just happen to offer. We took the car to the mechanic shop we have used for years and they said that the car absolutely did not need the work recommended by NTB. So, I would consider that Strike One.Today is our first visit to have the tires rotated and balanced. Lets see how they do. They could not get us in yesterday. Really?? Lets see how they fare today.Well, back from the appointment now. They did not have a record of the appointment. Very disappointing. I, like so many, wish there were an option for ZERO stars.

Thank God for NTB. Got my battery replaced under warranty for twenty bucks! Quick and painless, too! Only took about an hour. Always good service.

They were closing within an hour Saturday evening, I called needing to have a flat on my wifes car fixed and Devon said hell make sure its fixed. Drove up there on the donut and they showed me the inside sidewall has a 1 inch irreparable gash. Said he can get an exact-match tire there by Tues. But they also said that my wife can drive up to the Dealership where she recently bought the tires and either use the tire warranty or get pro-rated for another tire. Then he made sure the service-tech checked out the donut to make sure its road-worthy. Honesty & integrity go a LONG way. I will bring my business here every chance I get from now on. Thank you guys!

I got my oil changed here and it was the easiest experience ever. They got me in and out within the hour and the person at the front desk explained everything to me.

Charged me for a ride replacement even though the tire was under warranty (got a refund ) Front desk service is VERY slow and they generate lots of paperwork. Staff is friendly and technicians explain things well.

Right down the street, always a quick fix making sure my car is running at its best! Never busy when I come always in and out! Great customer service with a nice chill waiting area!

Ordered tires on line went to ntb to install took them allmost 3 hrs for 4 tires was told when i seen all employes on cell phones was tolf truck was done but still had to wait was told tech was on lunch my truck was only vehicle in there very rude managment worse time at a tire shop will never go back and will tell all not to go there either

Ive been going to this NTB for over 10 years. Ive never had any problems with them. Theyve always been nice, friendly and knowledgeable on the cars Ive owned.

I personally am not overjoyed concerning the attention level of the techs there.I had 2 tires put on the front of my truck and one service person failed to snap on my left front hubcap. It was dangling loosely when it was driven to the front of the store to turn it over to me.Upon arrival at home i discovered the right front tire had 14 pounds of air instead of 32. Fortunately i did not have to drive on the nearby Interstate.

My first visit was with my wifes car. I had some questions. They checked her car out thoroughly, answered my questions. I didnt spend a penny and I left and they were fine with it. So, I bought tires for my daughters car there. They were patient and very helpful talking me through my tire options. After the install started and determining that it needed an alignment, they reworked my work order and gave me an alignment guaranteed for 1 year, but it wound up not costing me a dime. Know that I had already had this Xterra in an alignment shop that had told me these vehicles were not able to be aligned. Turns out it is possible, just a pain. They did it with a smile. Ill never go anywhere else.

I went to this location for an oil change and inspection. Immediately the guy (who made it clear that i was interrupting his day) at the counter said they were too busy and only taking appointments even though I was the only person there and it was 9:00 in the morning. I asked if I could drop it off he said yeah, but it would take all day. I went back at 10:00 as discussed and he said well we can probably do the oil change, but I am not sure if we can get the inspection done. I said you remember me right, you told me to come back to get this done less than an hour ago. He was visibly upset so I just left. This guy did everything possible in 2 different interactions to have me take my business elsewhere. So I did. Been using NTB since high school. Just too many options these days to have to put up with someone who clearly has no interest in helping.

Absolutely fantastic 1st time Ive not had to agree to pay Inspection fees if I decide I dont want to do the repairs yet a long time Ill tell you everything thats wrong with your car would still wrong with your car what the other people did wrong and what the proper course of action is to get it right and not take any money

Wifes battery died completely and I called Seth letting him know that our car was being brought up to replace it. He was super helpful and got everything squared away.

My husband and I have being going to NTB for like 9 yrs. But today, they were not honest with me. They said it would take 1or 2 hrs to fix our Camry. I was in there by 1035am till 6.30pm. THIS is not FAIR

Ive used this particular store for my oil changes for a long time. This was the first time i dealt with a new manager, Seth. It is the outstanding personal support like what he provided this trip that keeps me returning. While changing my oil the mechanic discovered the drain plug was stripped and would not come out. Although it was late and he needed to close the store in less than an hour, Seth located an oil pan at a dealership and got it. Then, he got the oil change completed and the new oil pan installed. And, since only NTB had been doing my oil changes for a long time, he didnt charge me. He could have easily tried to put me off until the next day, and charged me for that pan. But, he was determined to do what was right for his customer. So, again that is why I will continue to use NTB, and this store whenever possible for all my oil changes, mechanical work, and tires.
